Hey Joel! I am so excited about this new program. I am a fast reader and just can’t wait to get this implemented. I am starting a blog to document what I honestly believe will be the fastest weight loss I have ever experienced. I have used cheat day and fasting in my nutrition routine before and have always felt a little let down. I really want access to this data. I’m 48 and have always struggled to lose that last 10 – 15lbs of body fat. I train hard 5-6 days a week do cardio and diet to the point of near stravation and cant seem to make any progress. So I still have that remaining 10-15lbs of fat and lucky me I seem to be prone to store it in my belly area. I have read your blog with interest and it seems that it may contain that information I need to get past this plateau and finally acheive the results I have been string for.

So I NEED this program because I have been faithfully swimming between 3 and 5 MILES a week since March 09. I now swim a mile in 40 minutes, it used to take me 52. It’s not M. Phelps, but not bad for 100% breast stroke from a 40yr old mother of 2!! BUT have I lost a SINGLE pound?! NOPE!!! I burn (based on my weight, height and stokes swam counted on my swimmers watch) 650 calories per mile! Am I deeply frustrated?! YEP!!!
Three weeks ago I started eating as clean as a whistle, (no sugar, only good fat, high protein, no refined carbs) I dropped 6 lbs, but that was in the first week (clearly water) and NOTHING in the 2 weeks since. I am 5’6″ tall 200lbs and a girl – aka I NEED to drop at least 40lbs to be even CLOSE to a healthy weight.
I have NASH (fatty liver disease, and I dont drink – nor did I ever) and NEED to lose weight to save my liver and my health. I am doing EVERYTHING I “should” and not getting results. Clearly conventional methods are NOT working. Please let me try your program. : )

It is so nice to read about a program where you don’t have to starve yourself everyday to lose weight. I am 44 years old and have struggled with my weight for years…..diabetes and heart disease run rampant in my family and I am trying, trying, trying to stay one step ahead of it, but, man, it’s hard! As I get older I realize how much harder it is to lose weight. Hormones seem to always get in my way–and then I am told I have no willpower, which leads me to want to give up. I exercise religiously and I eat pretty healthy, but it just doesn’t seem to work anymore! HELP!
I’m at the point where I’m looking to overcome a long-standing plateau to get into single digit body fat. I’m back at the point where I usually lose motivation and tend to pack the pounds back on. I’ve acquired a great deal of education over the year and this program sounds as legit as they come. I could use that little extra push to get myself over the hump!

I used to be a chubby teenager, then lost all the weight, became pretty skinny (lost A LOT of muscle!) and gained almost all the weight back on. Now I’m trying to lose it again, but this time the right way. I really tried almost everything: the weirdest and unhealthiest diets out there. Believe me, I’ve been through it all and surprise, surprise! they didn’t work. Now I started to work out a lot more and I’m already seeing results. I do weight training and HIIT every other day 6 days/week + one day off/week. I’m very much into healthy eating, but I’m not seeing the results I want to see. I’m improving, but I know I could do better. I really want to be lean and toned for summer. That’s something I never experienced before. I put all my heart into this. I spent hours researching what works and I examined what you’re saying with an extremely fine-toothed comb. It all makes sense! I trust you! I am a spiritual guy trying to help people on the physical level – if the spiritual is not about transforming the physical world then it is no use!
I am looking for the most effective combination of diet and exercise for people to work on – even when in a low income and time limited situation.

I am 43 years old weigh 257 pounds am 5 ft 10 in. I bought the Cheat Yourself Thin Program recently and started it on Sunday. I’m down 3 pounds from then. I have been on a diet now for about 16 months and lost about 25 kgs, but at the moment, I am at a standstill and have put on a couple of kgs.
I now need to try something different to get me motivated. My husband and daughters weigh my food every night, but I am addicted to chocolate.

XtremeFatLoss is shaping up to be a must have tool for the likes of me. I flit around programmes looking for strength gains, muscle size, conditioning etc. I have been training for years off and on but much more consistently in the last 4 years. Even so the goal of low body fat has eluded me. I am stronger than I used to be, fitter than I used to be and I work hard in the gym. My nutrition is about 70% ok but definitely lacking. I see that as my main weakness and feel like a done for you system of nutrition and exercise such as yours would finally allow me to get rid of the last of my flab. It’s been with me to a greater or lesser extent since childhood and I would dearly love to wave goodbye to it forever. On a recent trip to China I got sick and didn’t eat for 4 days and could actually just begin to see some semblance of ab definition – I’m would love to make that vision a reality with your help.

Yo-yo dieting has been the way to define my life in the past. I’ve struggled with my weight for years and have truly put forth the effort to overcome it. I have done everything from HCG, the “grapefruit” diet, going to a gym routinely for months, and numerous infomercial systems. I have a two year old daughter, which makes meal planning and finding time difficult. I LOVE the idea of the 5 day system, because I could easily plan meals for my family and not worry about what I will eat, it’s already been taken care of! I also much prefer weight training and always felt it was my strong suit, which would also be easier than other purely cardio programs- with a toddler in the house! My husband would like to do this program too, and I think it is the first maintainable program out there. This would help me not only get fit, but my husband also. And then we’d be able to be better role models for our daughter, who I hope never has to struggle with her weight as I have .

I’m a mother of three, boys. Generally I am too busy taking care of them and my husband to do much for myself, but I am trying to get “me” on that list of priorities. Over the last year I have lost 30 pounds and feel great about it. It wasn’t easy, but it was rewarding. When I was listening to your audio discussion I felt there was hope for me. I still have 30 to 35 pounds to go and have hit a major wall that I can’t seem to get over. After listening to your friend talk about his relative trying to loose weight for her wedding I thought…”That’s Me”. If she can do it, I can do it! Reading and listening to your updates this past week have made me feel like there is a new tool to get me in the best shape of my life.

Looking at the comments ahead of mine, I’d say we all have a fervent hope to be a winner. Do I deserve this program more than anyone else? No. We all have our struggles in life, and most of us overweight folks have tried everything in the book and more to get fit and healthy. As you pointed out in your tips we’ve been getting all week–diets fail us every time. You know what? I just want to finally feel like a winner after feeling like a loser (and not in a GOOD way!) for the past ten or fifteen years. What can I say… I don’t want to write the next few paragraphs because it means I have to admit my weakness!
I am 36 years old, mother of two, primary teacher who loves sport and fitness. I have always been a high achiever and been fairly competitive with myself….but I can not maintain my goal weight of 58kgs. I am 166cm tall and currently weigh 63kgs. Whenever I get around 59kgs I find that within a few months my weight is back up!
I even feel guilty writing this to you telling you that I need your program because surely there are people who have more weight to lose out there than me ….. and surely I can do this on my own….. right??? Wrong…. I finally have to admit (after years of starting new fads and diets) that I need the support of a program that is written by a professional in the industry and not just searching the net aimlessly for answers, thinking I can do it on my own!

Hi Joel! I have been able to loose 15 pounds by myself over the last 4 months to get down to my prebaby (twins) weight. I really want to push myself to loose bodyfat. I am feeling great and think this program will get me to a place I thought I never could be. I am at my perfect weight of 120 but want to get to 18% body fat and am not sure how to gain muscle while loosing just fat. My stomach will never look the same after birthing twins (unless I have surgery, which I wont) and I have started to come to terms with that. I need this program. I have tried almost every program out there to lose weight and nothing has worked. I’m a firefighter so keeping in shape is important to me. I work out and try to eat right but I still can not lose the weight I need. I think this program would help me. My fifteen-month-old trainer (let’s call him “Turbo”) definitely has some mad skills for keeping me on the move.
His routines of choice include the 10-yard dash (also known as “catch me before I chew this electric cord”), the power-squat (“throwing food while mommy is holding me”), “hold the writhing baby” (those pathetic Shake Weights have nothing on this), and of course some SERIOUS ab exercises (deep, delicious belly laughs).
However, Turbo here is hardly qualified to synchronize my diet and exercise efforts. His preferred diet is the Cheese, Crackers, and Bananas Only diet.
Don’t get me wrong – my little man is as fit as a extremely fast-moving fiddle. But I think it’s time we rounded out his education.
Send me the Xtreme Fat-Loss Diet system and I guarantee you – he’ll have to start chasing me!

To be honest, I discovered that the words “I used to be able to ” were becoming more common in conversation. I am committed to losing weight, and getting healthy and staying healthy.
