FREE,FREE,FREE. When I think of how many people will respond to free and actually buy the program, the results will be staggering. I will buy the program whether I get one or not. I come from a Marine Corp family and have been the only one to go to college and pursue my dreams in healthcare. I now look at my brother and father and want to lead as an example to show them I can get myself into optimum shape without the need of the military. I have seen my brother and father expand their BMI exponentially, and would love to show them I can do it and give the guidance to do so with your program. I would like to be able to lead by example in getting myself into optimum shape in as little as 25 days.I have always been the smaller or not in shape type. Having stopped nearly all my training by the age of 22, got married with 2 children, i am now 35 weighing 92 kgs, border with being obese. I had reached my max. weight of 104kgs and after following the Atkins diet for a couple of months i went down to 78kgs an ideal weight for me but in the last couple of years through dieting my metabolism has suffered simply cause i was eating less and being less active. Keeping up with 12 and 8 year olds during games with extra weight on is a good days work task especially during weekends. Many friends tell me it is also their story with one diet or another.
I went through your xfl diet information and decided to keep following until i obtain a copy. I am expecting that with adaptation, this programm will guide me step by step in revitalising my sluggish metabolism, gaining some muscle before getting older and mostly to reduce weight and keep it off permanently. If this will be the case for me then i am sure i will have more happy and leaner friends.

i am 39yrs. old over the last ten years or so i have really put on the weight and kinda let myself go. i am really out of shape. about 2 months ago i was wrestling around with my son who is 14. and he made a comment to me that hit me just right. he said dad what do you weigh? he said i think you are over 300 lbs.
i replied yeah right. i stepped on a scale and it said 325lbs. i was floored.
since then i have been eating organic and grassfed meats. i have not found

This program would be perfect for me. I’ve been overweight since I was a boy. About 2 years ago I started working out, and I’ve dropped probably 50-60 lbs of fat and put on some muscle, so my motivation is there. For me it is a late mid life crisis. I have not been below about 18% body fat in over 30 years. I do not want a new fancy car or a young woman in my life (I love being married)….I just want to be the best I can be without joining the army. At 58 years old, I think I am safe anyways.

I believe this program makes sense and it’s not about dieting. I have been fit most of my life, but could never get the fat off. I have spent the last three years trying to lose weight from my third child. This summer’s going to be busy.

Dragonboat season’s starting, and as a co-captain responsible for the team’s training I want to be at my best; to inspire them, and show them something to shoot for.

Martial Arts training is doing awesome, but carrying that last layer of extra fat is just all but effective. Also, I’ll be training for the next Fight Night and I definitely need to show up there ripped.

My blog is progressing well; I’m taking challenges from people, and already achieved some of them. However I’d really like to look great for my readers when they see me doing stuff.

Lastly I’d love to have a try at my first photoshoot. For my blog too, sure, but also just for the thrill for myself.

Fat loss has ever been my life’s war. Now I’m ready to win it, once and for all.

Greeting Joel,
My weight struggles began ~14 years ago while pregnant with my 3rd child. I developed health problems and as a result ended the pregnancy with a beautiful baby girl and about 120 extra pounds. I have tried every diet / product on the market with dismal success. I have probably lost over 200 lbs in the past 10 years, unfortunately it has been the same 10 lbs. I am now at ~250 lbs and my health is suffering. I have knee issues that require painful shots, kidney and heart issues and my blood sugar levels have been worrying my doctor. Most if not all of these problems could be alleviated by losing the extra weight I’m carrying. I recently stumbled onto you Fat Burning Furnace series and although I haven’t finished reading the material and implementing the full program, I have already lost about 10 lbs just by adjusting my diet. I believe you new system will guide me to a healthier lifestyle that will allow me to get back to all of the thing I used to enjoy with my active family.

I NEED this program because I have been reading on your blog about cheat your way thin since Thanksgiving, I have been trying to piece together what I’m still doing wrong to lose the weight between strength training, cardio and diet, but it is just not working. I have been eagerly reading my email everyday waiting for you to be there. I am a single mother with 8 children and have been on my own now for several years. My children range from the eldest being 15 and the youngest 4. I have devoted my life to them and now that they are all off at school I finally have some ME time!!! In the last 4 years I have been seriously ill and have gained an incredible amount of weight and 2 years ago I hit the scales at 120kg,not good when your only 164cm in height. I have worked so, so hard and now I am 70kg and still going.

I’ve been fat all of my life, fortunetly I have lost most of it, but now that summer is very close and I dont have the body that I desire, I know that I need to do something fast. I dont have a long way to go, but I just don’t know how to maximize my fat loss. This programme is just what I need and I’m totally dedicated in looseing fat, but unfortunetly I always end up with a jo-jo, because I don’t have a specific plan to follow.

Thanks for doing all the research. Being busy does not leave time to look into every aspect of a new diet/fitness program that comes out. I just turned 50 in March, I have been struggling with my weight ever since I had an accident in 2004 in which I sustained a lower back injury and lost my balance nerve in my right ear. I have been struggling with exercise and because of the pain overeating as well. Just reading the updates and the “5 sneaky tricks” I have be become really excited about this, I really think this will be my answer to finally having permanent fat loss and be able to get back to my healthy self I was 6 years ago. On another note my son(also named Joel) has been deployed to Afghanistan and I would like nothing better to have him come home on his leave for his sister’s wedding and to see me a fit and slim mother of the bride. Work full-time in a very difficult and stressful profession. Also have a big input in my family’s childcare so don’t have a lot of free time. This diet is perfect for me as it doesn’t involve going to the gym and I can do everything at home.

I’ve tried so many different diets, programs, routines, trainers and drills. I’ve never gotten to where I really want to be, and then, it all comes back, plus more. I am a 40 year old over-the-road truck driver that weighs 350 lbs. I suffer from continuous depression, a fatty liver, swelling in my legs, and I am constantly tired.

Ok so I’m 27 and have 2 children ages 2 and 3. I was in pretty good shape before pregnancy and in having 2 children 15 months apart has wrecked my body! I did manage to lose 20 lbs last year by lifting weights and being on a restricted diet, but I gained some of it back!!! I know the importance of lean muscle when losing fat and regularly check my body fat percentage rather than relying on the scales. The way your program emphasized gaining lean muscle while burning only fat was a huge attraction for me. Anyone can lose weight by restrictive dieting, but you’re not losing fat, it’s muscle!
The huge factor is that I work 12 hour rotating shifts with a 1 hour commute one way to work. So I’m looking at at least a 14hr day on most days, and I rotate back and forth between day shift and midnights. (I work 7am to 7pm or vice versa) I barely know what day it is or when I’m supposed to sleep half the time. I need someone to tell me exactly what to do, when to eat, and what to eat, and I’ll do it. I’m excellent at following specific directions and will stick to a program better if it is highly structured. If you give me one inch… you know how it goes. So I’m sick of this fat and not being in pictures and videos with my kids because I’m embarrassed. Just tell me what to do and I’ll do it. Help me be your next success story!!

Well where to start.

To get things rolling, most of my life ive been a tall skinny-fat guy. I was always kind of embarassed to take my top off in the summer because i didnt have any muscle and had over-hang on my gut which doesnt look very nice, especially on a small frame.

Was only until about a years ago that i was fed up with having no muscle definition and being somewhat overweight. So i started going to the gym and have bulked out considerably. The only thing holding me back from having that beach body is the fat that still linger over my abs, mainly my lower abdominals.

I cycle everyday and always get a good sweat on at gym and eat fairly healthy but cant seem to get rid of that last 20lbs or so to be confident to take my top off and start attracting babes on the beach.

Im sure with people like Vince Del Monte and others who have followed your program has helped has helped them lose the few last lbs for a picture perfect beach body, im sure it can help me.
