Hey Joel… Cool idea for the giveaway.

Here’s my short story.

I used to be a fat kid. I wasn’t happy with my life, so I started lifting weights, and eating right, and alot of things went for the better. Confidence, strength, and many more. I even entered a BB Show as a lightweight, and did pretty well.

I think this book would be awesome because I hate traditional dieting for shows. Cutting diets are miserable. Downright boring and more mentally taxing than the workouts. This book would be perfect to try something unique and scientifically proven to get me to my goals. I’d love to move up a weight class, and shed any fat easily this time. Hey, and once the results speak for themselves, well… I gotta tell a few people right? :)

I will be 40 this summer, I have been working out for the past 3 years with moderate success but just don’t seem to have found the right program to help me loose the last few lbs of fat. My nutrition (using Isabel De Los Rios DSP) and exercise program (currently using Vince DelMonte NNMB) is pretty good but I just can’t seem to shift the last few lbs.

Whilst I could probably workout how to modify my nutrition to some success by adding depletion, cheat and fast days, probably I would miss something. However the main reason I need your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System is to know how to effectively incorporate the correct type of exercise to take full advantage of the diet strategies. I feel this information will not only hit my targets but surpass them also allowing me to eat some of the foods I love.

I am not looking for a quick fix, I am looking for a solution to get me past my current plateau and a technique I can keep with me for the rest of my life. I want to push past Mr Average and become Mr Inspiration. I want to show others it’s possible to have the body of their dreams, without consuming their lives. Being able to enjoy the foods you love only makes that easier.

As they say; All Work and No Play makes Joel a dull boy :-)

To fat for to long. Need to get rid of 40kg to bring my blood sugar under control.
Finally a system backed up by real research. For 30 years I have tried all sort of diets from the weird and experimental (remember the Israeli paratrooper diet) to Doctor supervised nothing has provide long term help even though I have lost weight on most diets it always seems to come back with interest.

Hi Joel.

I am 43 years old, living in Iceland, Europe. Since teenage I have been lifting weights/jogging/spinning off and on. In short, living a pretty healthy lifestyle. I met my wife in the gym and she share this lifestyle with me. In fact, our 3 children (4,6 and 8ys) even come with us to the gym on Saturdays and play while the parents work out. We want to be a great role model for them. Last summer I had a back surgery, got seriously overweight due to the illness and was not able to starf again in the gym until last january when me and my wife teamed up in a 12 weeks program called Body for Life by Bill Phillip. The result was only semi-good. We want great result. We work out 5-6 times per week (lift weights 3x with a program from Istvan Javorek) and my personal goal is single digit body fat (9% or lower). We started 2 weeks ago implementing your Cheat Your Way Thin Strategies and the result is already showing. We motivate each other and have the commitment but need more solid info and guidance, based on science.

This is for me because I have seen the benefits of using John’s Romanello’s Final Fast Loss program and I now better understand how beneficial it is to train in a manner that continually stimulates you body. Also because I am not good with diets and always go back to bad habits at some point this would give me another advantage which I need. In the 8 weeks which I have used John’s program, I have lost about 10 lbs of fat, put on at least 8 lbs of muscle. Have defintion in my arms, my stomach – upper and lower abs are flat and even though I have not been as strict with my diet know the results of following a program and seeing the results. I also want another program to complement his as well as having one for less than a month that would be me over the hump which is to be in beach body shape by Memorial Day.
Also, I know that I and others who use to be athletes know what it takes and the benefits of training like one and we can pass it onto our friends. Finally, as someone who once was a PT and is thinking about doing it again could use all of the resources and tools available and I think this could be exceptional.

Dear Joel,
Five years ago I found a diet that got me down to my ideal weight. It was a constant struggle, I could not eat what my partner ate, I had to avoid lots of different foods and be constantly on guard as to what was being put on my plate. I did not dare go out to eat because the food would be wrong.

I then fell ill with chronic fatigue, and I no longer had the stamina to continue with this diet. And with that the weight came back…and more. I am now worse than where I began before the diet.

I still suffer with the illness but I hate the excess fat that has come with it. I search everywhere to find a diet and exercise program that will get me back to my ideal weight but in a way that is sustainable and healthy. The more I take care of this body, I hope, the better I should be able to manage my illness and feel better about myself.

I feel like I can no longer use my illness as an excuse for being overweight.

Here’s the scoop. I’m 35yr old female, 5’4 and up until a few years ago I was in great shape. Due to physical, mental and emotional stress from my past job and life the doc put me on meds for my neck which caused me to gain weight in addition to not being able to work out due to the pain & my diet went to crap. I got off the meds, did a cleanse & went to a chiropractor – turns out i was using 10% of my muscle capacity to her astonishment; like I said I was in PAIN. I’ve been workin’ my butt off for the last 6 mths to get back into shape. but now using 60% of muscle capacity and continually getting stronger ( although I still appear somewhat “skinny-fat”). Trying to keep my sanity diet wise and enjoying life semi-pain free.:) I do A LOT of research, and what I know so far about your program I KNOW it will be a god-send for not only myself but others trying to reach their fitness goals. I need something extreme to switch things up, get rid of these stubborn love handles and backfat (which I have never had until this year). I can be exhausting reading, learning and trying everything to get back to a place you can be proud of your body and again, I KNOW this program will work wonders & I’ll be one of your biggest promotors. I’m 18 years old, about to graduate from highschool, but I suffer a lot. I’m about 25 pounds overweight, in fact ever since elementary school I’ve always felt like the fat guy. No matter what I did, I would still feel the same, seeing as my body fat simply stayed there.

But now you have given me a new hope. A new chance for me to say that I can pull this off. I certainly do want to be noticed by the people around me, but that’s on a second plane. I want to do this for myself. I want to be proud of myself and of my OWN body.

You see, I usually wouldn’t have the courage to say this things, but it’s just one reflection of how motivated your program has gotten me.

hi, i was 140KG 3 years ago(188cm height and now I’m 25 years old) … i started training with judo and then last 18 mounths I’ve started bodybuilding too… now I’m 103 kg with enough mass of muscle and i,m honor of myself that i never used drug for my fat loss purpose… and now it s my last stage to show my muscles and losing the last layer of fat which is became more harder after these years… and the last thing is that in my Country Iran fitness couches always make mistake on their diet programs … and I cant trust them

thanks for the past weeks worth of insider tips on the xtreme fat loss I can’t wait to try the program in it’s entirety. I have started implementing a few ideas, but I’m making guesses about the details. I have done what my idea of a carb depletion day and a cheat day and just completed a fasting day – it wasn’t as hard as I thought. I am psyched to launch into something new, and this seems the one. But I need the details of diets and workouts to match so that I can really rip it up. I have struggled with my weight for all of my life and I’m going to be forty next year I have a goal to be fit, fabulous and forty and I know with the day by day and moment by moment approach that your program gives that I will be able to achieve it. I started my quest for a 6-pack last year at 19 when i stumbled upon the add for the Truth About abs book by Mike Geary and it turned my life around.
I was 190 pounds and in a few month (yes i know it took a while but i was a COMPLETE ignorant about nutrition and fitness), i was down to 155 pounds.
But still, i was never lean enough to get my abs to pop out.

Then John Romaniello came and launched FPFL which i bought immediatly as i was getting really desperate but it came at a bad time as college was more and more demanding.

Now, 2 weeks away from summer vacations, i’m even MORE desperate and all i want is to see my abs before june to show off to my friends at home and i’m sure it’s your new program that’s going to fulfil my dream.

I would love to receive this program as I am in my last 10 pounds of weightloss and these are I find the hardest to lose. When weight is not dropping off in large amounts I find it very dfficult to be so rigid. Your program shakes things up and allows for those treats without slowing the metabolism which is crucial to keeping weight off. I need to keep my metabolism burning yet still be able to retain the lean muscle mass I am putting on.
I have gone fro 179 lbs to 129lbs over the last few years. I am 5’1″ with 4 kids and a hubby and I would love to be your success story!!

Joel, I have been overweight most of my life. Got to a healthy weight the year after high school when I traveled out west for work and was away from what and who were familier to me but did work for weight loss. Then came back home, broke a leg and gained back what I lost again. 15 years later I become buff again using pills and when I quit smoking I piled on the pounds and I mean piled. I have some of the plans from this circle but am looking for that one that will really lay it out like “weight loss for dummies” Thats what we are and need to be educated by our mentors in that way. “Its not insulting our intelligence”John

Hey Joel, I know that this program is for me. I have lost 85 pounds myself and have now kept that off for 3 years…but I’ve been trying my hardest but the last 15 pounds just loves me too much to let go. I keep losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. My problem is food. I love food. Every kind of food. I’ve been going week after week depriving myself and then I cave and binge for a weekend, gain 5 pounds and start the week off feeling like shit and losing those same 5 pounds again. With your program I feel because of the strategic cheat day I will be able have my cake and eat it too. I do very well on a diet and exercise program that just tells me what to do. I hate the guess work. I am frustrated with all the different diet programs out there that I’ve tried. Well i’ve been doing weight training since i finished school 3 years ago and i buffed up am trimmed off, but i’ve never managed to get below 14% body fat. After reading and applying the secrets you gave in the updates i’ve started to notice a slight decrease in body fat!, i especially like the 5 sneaky tricks to triple fat loss! Eating what i like one day a week is great. Overall i think the XFLD system sounds amazing, and i think it’d give me a leg up for the nutrition course i’ll be starting in august.

Joel; I’m at the point in my life when at 62, even though I look 42, I want my body to reflect the age people believe me to be. I’ve modeled since I was 16 and slowly those pounds just snuck on the body year after year til I don’t want to go on a holiday anywhere as it may mean a bathingsuit. We went away last year and hubby tried to make me feel good and I tried to tell myself that many others were overweight too, but I was really mentally sinking into a hole and wanting to drag it in after me as well.
When your offer came along after me joining FastTrack, I thought you were the answer to my prayers…………..well, your offer that is. I teach at a major college institution and I am always looking for ways to motivate, instruct, and encourage my overweight students. This looks to have the answer for them. I have also tried all the weight loss diets out there for myself and I always fall off the wagon. I exercise faithfully but never seem to lose the fat. I’m also 57 and a female, so I think that adds it’s own set of problems. Thanks for all of your insight!

Hello there!

Where do I start? I am 49 years old and about 45 kilos over weight. I also suffer from Lupus and am on a miriad of drugs to try and cope with the pain associated with this disease. One of these is prednisone with one of the side effects being weight gain. I have tried several diets and had limited success but I always plateau and then give up. Your plan makes a lot of sense and I would be keen to give it a go.

I’ve been training since I’m sixteen and I turn 54 next month. You’d never mistake me for Arnold but not too shabby. Even in my youth I didn’t have six pack abs, oh I was flat no belly but never the sixpack. Now at 53 going on 54 I still don’t have a sixpack but what I have taken on is a little bit of a muffin top. I’ve tried the wonder pills I’ve tried dieting based on the age old information that we’ve been fed with zippo results. After reading the “truth about abs diet” and the accompanying updates my whole concept of how to diet was simply turned upside down. Trying some of the new things I learned actually started a change in my body so I can only imagine what kind of results I might see with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, I simply must have it!…Peter

i’ve been struggling to lose that fat that hangs around your abdomen for quite some time now. i’m a big believer in the power of resistance training but i’ve found that i always gain some fat with the muscle in addition to an increased appetite. I’m attracted to the program because of the integration of the nutrition with exercise. I’m excited about getting started.
