Hey Joel… Cool idea for the giveaway.
Here’s my short story.
I used to be a fat kid. I wasn’t happy with my life, so I started lifting weights, and eating right, and alot of things went for the better. Confidence, strength, and many more. I even entered a BB Show as a lightweight, and did pretty well.
I think this book would be awesome because I hate traditional dieting for shows. Cutting diets are miserable. Downright boring and more mentally taxing than the workouts. This book would be perfect to try something unique and scientifically proven to get me to my goals. I’d love to move up a weight class, and shed any fat easily this time. Hey, and once the results speak for themselves, well… I gotta tell a few people right? :)

I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid.
