Joel,
I need this program because I was recently diagnosed with both low testosterone (on the scale for normal adult males of 300 to 700 I was a 76) AND I was also diagnosed with low growth hormone (again, I was off the charts on the low side). BOTH of these conditions contribute to extra body fat, esspecially around my mid section – the worst area to carry extra body fat.
I have been working out for over a year now and have added 15 pounds of muscle but have been unable to loose the fat. I need Xtreme Fat Loss!
All of the information you’ve provided makes me realize there is help out there if I do it right.
