I was told by a doctor that my cholesterol was too high and that I needed 20mg of some statin drug, that changing my nutrition and lifestyle overall wouldn’t do any good. It had to be meds. I was obese at the time, 205 lbs and 46% fat for 5’5″ and aged 45.
I proved him wrong by dropping 65 lbs of fat in 6 months (and keeping them off for the past 6 years I might add) and he took me off the drugs! Victory :)

However, I’m “stuck” around 20-22% fat and really want to get to the upper- to mid- teens (shooting for 15%) and this program I know will get me there! For myself, but also to inspire others in my family, circle of friends, and my training clients (I since became a certified personal trainer).

Because I work damn hard, thats why. I get up at 5 am every morning so i can drive for 2 hours to get to the gym before work, so that i can come home at 7 in the evening and have some time with my son before he goes asleep. ive never worked so hard and i really need something thats going to accelerate my results before i give up forever and become a fat father that my son has no respect for. Please Joel…..I won’t let you down.

This is it…I’m at the point in my workouts that this is what my body needs to drop this last lingering stubborn fat. The inner thigh, glute area fat that plagues so many women. I have been training for the past 6yrs. Im lean with some muscle and definition. I have tried to become extremely ripped but cant get it done. After reading info in updates all makes sense. Im open to try a new strategy. looks like this is for real and looking forward to it.

I’m just getting myself and my life back on track after a very dark time – grieving the death of my beloved mother (my best friend); and a particularly nasty relationship break up which took half of my business with it and left me in a bad place, emotionally, mentally, physically, emotionally and financially.

However, being my mother’s daughter I am strong and determined and have been learning and using methods from you Joel (and Craig B) in order to focus on my health and fitness first and foremost. Healthy body = healthy mind. I know, when I am back in full flow physically, I will feel far stronger and able to become a superb mistress of my life again. I know this method works for me because the diet and training I have been utilising this far has enabled me to come off a 16 year long stretch of taking medication of a pituitary tumour and, yesterday, my specialist told me my endocrine system is “perfectly normal” (for the first time since I was in my teens! I am now almost 37.)

This was an almighty boost for me and I KNOW for a fact it was diet and fitness and a positive attitude which created this amazing result. I have booked a photoshoot for myself for my pending birthday (June) in order to celebrate and boost my confidence and it would be awesome to win your system to help me on my way.

No stories here about health probs, or being overweight most of my life, or having tried everything with no success.

I’m honestly in great shape. I’ve got the top 4 abs but am not willing to sacrifice enough to see the last 2.

I have been on a weight loss journey/transformation since April 2006. One day I realized I needed to make a lifestyle change. I started at my heaviest weight of 277 lbs. Now I weigh 180. My lowest weight was 164 lbs. I have learned how to lose and maintain (somewhat) the weight, but I would like to lose the 16 lbs I put on and maintain that weight (give or take a few pounds). It seems as though I have hit a plateau. I am doing all the “right” things i.e. mixinig up my cardio routines from day to day. I have tried many of the different exercise regimens – interval training, circuit training, boot camps, supersets, compound exercises, total body workouts, slow cadence, tabata, etc. I eat all of the “proper” things. I even have a cheat meal here or there to trick my metabolism. I am toning and getting definition to my body. But this body fat reduction and weight loss is not happening. After reading your emails and the emails from your network of friends, I believe this program is what will push me right pass this plateau, over the edge – no longer on the brink! I don’t really know whether your programme is the best programme for fat loss.What I do know for sure is that Fat loss is quite necessary for all guys who want to look nice unless en untill they have already less than 10% fat levels.
I am currently at 18% and would like to get ripped…..7%. If your prograame helps me to achieve that then it would be the best programme I have seen so far.
I am prepared to follow your programme to the point , find out and share the results with everybody……That´s it.

I think this makes alot of common sense. It sounds like it will work . I have tried alot of things and do not seem to be able to stick with them. I need something really practical and affordable. I am about 25 pounds more that I would like to be. my hard part is i am a sweet a hollic!!!!!! and need to exercise. This just sounds like a natual way of loosing. I have a good feeling about this program the fun part no dieting!!!!!!!!. thanks

I’m 51 and workout regularly 3 – 4 times per week weight training & cardio. I try to eat clean although sugar, particularly chocolate often lure me off track with my eating. Although I’m in great shape I cannot seem to lose the excess body fat I have. I work with a trainer periodically, and I have a good amount of muscle unfortunately It’s underneath the fat so I can’t appreciate all of my hard work. My % of body fat is currently 22 and I would LOVE to get it into the low teen range. I’m going to see my boyfriend the end of June who won’t have seen me since the beginning of May. Dear Joel,

People always dream. And I, for one dream BIG. I was 40lbs overweight at 16 and I decided to do something against this status. So over the last 3 years I’ve learned everything I could about fitness and leading a healthy life and now stand at 10% bf. Now I try to do everything I can to help others.

But I don’t wanna stop there. I WANT to be a role model for all my clients and family and I need to lose that last few pounds and I definitely believe that ur system is the solution. My big dream is to lead everyone in my country (Hungary) towards a healthier lifestyle.

I like to eat. I like to exercise. I like to be a couch potato on a saturday and I like to take long hikes on a sunday. Above all, I like to be healthy – and I want to be healthy. After years of yoyo dieting, no-sense exercising and depriving myself from every food that is yummy (only to binge on it the next week), I need to find out a way to be able to eat healthy, eat yummy stuff, exercise correctly and lose fat. I have no self esteem problems – but my size 8 jeans which I don’t fit into anymore, my back and my evergrowing belly will be very greatful. Thanks, Joel!

I am a 17 year-old teenager. I am not proud of myself in terms of looks, physical activeness and feeling good and confident for those things. The last time I remember I felt good for those things was when I was 10 years old. That’s when I was active, physically healthy and I was confident and proud of myself. What came after that only destroyed what I had before. I have read your free report and I believe that your program can help me. Ýou see, very soon I will be in college and a few years later I will get a job. So now is my time to start working on myself and make it a habit to work out, eat well and I will continue to do that during the years. But first I need to learn how to do that, and learn how to do it properly. Two years ago I had a total hysterectomy. Yes, I gained the dreaded 25 pounds and haven’t found a way to take it off yet. I would really like an easy and understandable program to follow to be able to shed these “surgery” pounds.

For about an entire year I`ve been watching and tracking all of the info you , Vince and John have been posting and sending to my email , so first of all I wanna thank you for that , it changed my life . Second of all , I`m 18 but for the past two years I`ve been struggling to lose weight. When I was 16 I weighed no less than 97Kg with 30% bodyfat.Since , I`ve lost 28 Kg but unfortunatelly I kinda damaged my metabolism, and health in general.But after following advice from you guys things started to click. I`m on my last 4-5% fat to lose and I`ve been trying for quite a while ,but I was kinda worried because in the long term my eating program is kinda strict and I thought I wouldn`t be able to keep it up forever.My greatest fear is to become fat again . But when I heard of the Xtreme Fatloss Diet , I felt as if I had reborn, I was literally dancing of joy , because not only it is somehing that works physiologically but more important it`s something I can maintain psychologically . I am 53 years old, 5ft and weigh 154lbs. and tired of feeling like a YO YO….I have tried every imaginable way to try to loose weight only to fail. I am sure that I have spent enough money to retire comfortably on fad diets only to see them go down the toilet. I have 2 grandchildren and need to loose this weight and get healthy so I can keep up with and see them grow into adulthood. Please help!

Coming across your Xtreme fat loss technique is the best thing I’ve done this year. I use to be a lot slimmer than I am now (a 5ft 10” female weighing 126lbs), I use to be one of those people you’ve talked about, who starves themselves for weeks on end. And yes I was slim, but I still didn’t have that body I dreamed of. I still seemed to have fat on my belly, and I’d think to myself ‘what more can I do? I’m practically starving myself here, and I’m still kind of flabby’. My energy levels were zero, I was freezing cold most of the time, and I use to find it hard staying awake in class.

I managed to maintain this body and eating habit for 2 years, then once I started university I began to put weight back on. It was as if something just flipped inside of me and I was over-eating to make up for all that time I’d starved myself. I’ve now gained 28lbs and this has affected me in despairing ways: I don’t go out with friends any more because I’m embarrassed that people who I use to know when I was ‘thin’ will see me. I buy clothes that are too small for me (the size I would like to be), that just sit in my wardrobe until I get to that size. I sometimes think I should just starve myself again so that I can be the size I use to be, but then I remember how unhappy I was, and it’s really not worth it. I couldn’t interact with a normal life when I was starving myself. Now that I’ve discovered this plan I know that I can change myself and lose the weight. Joel you have given me hope and I literally can’t wait to get started on it.

I have tried everything Joel, EVERYTHING!!! I am your classic 30-something female, emotional eater, who has yo-yo dieted all her life. I have been anything from 6 stone to 16 stone and am currently 12 stone again, 3 years after having lost 7 stone to be an ideal 9 stone. I can’t seem to keep it off Joel, and I need your help!!!

I’m tired of being fobbed off by celebrity exercise videos and the latest “fad” diet, being told lies by pill companies and trying to work out what works and what doesn’t. From what I have seen of your plan through your fantastic previews and emailed articles, you have a plan that will really work for me, telling me the TRUTH and laying it all on the line for me to follow easily. I need structure, I need support and I need to do it NOW!!!

I am worried about the longterm health implications of my constant weight loss/gain cycles and need to be FIT and HEALTHY as well as getting my confidence back and looking damn fine to boot!!!

Thanks for this opportunity. I’ve been dieting my whole life, having been chubby since the age of around 11. Being overweight has been a major part of my life and in some ways could even have been a positive thing, in that it has made me look at aspects of health, fitness and nutrition that I might not otherwise have done. When I first became aware of your program I became very excited because I felt that at last someone had discovered a formula that would be able to tackle problem areas around weight loss with proven strategies for fast effective weight loss and which included the possibility of greatly improved muscle tone, for me this program has everything!

I eat reasonably healthily, I run for an hour around 3 times a week, but I still can’t seem to shift the 25 – 30lbs that I need to lose, its always a pound here and a pound there which immediately goes back on, if I have a large lunch one day. Enough is enough, I’m tired of always dieting, very tired of food being the enemy, but most of all I would like my psychology to change, I don’t feel like the real me, I feel trapped in another body, I don’t hold or present myself the way I’d like to and this has always affected my confidence. basically i need to loose that last few stubbourn pounds that most of find difficult to do .( that last bit of abdomen fat and that bit more off the love handles ) Its so frustrating not being able to get to that so called cut stage + finally see that six pack , my goal is to achieve that by my 50 th birthday this year in october, im not going to get into measurements + details but i am in very reasonable shape but i just need to get the body fat % down a bit more , i have tried numerous diets with good results but i am hoping your extreme system is the key i have been looking for ?

I believe I am truly deserving of this programme. I have been going to the gym for years now..(total gym freak!! :) ) and have decided to take this passion to the next level and am waiting to start a course in personal training, something I’ve dreamed about for years. In the meantime I am working in a job I hate which is always tempting me with sweets and chocolate and I have put on a good bit of weight and am truly unhappy with my body (it doesn’t feel like me!). Don’t get me wrong I am fit and healthy but need this programme to get me back on track and tone my body and slim down like never before.

I have never been able to stick to a diet EVER before (I hate all the restrictions) however you’re programme has really spoken to me.
