i absolutely NEED your Xtreme fat loss diet system because, i have tried everything possible (that is for free, because i have no savings at the end of each day), except this program. My family has discriminated me for being fat, and even worse, the doctor says, that i’m obese. and the problem with my family is that they believe that running on the treadmill is the ONLY exercise that will ever help me lose weight.

Good Morning!! I will not give you a sob story or fuss and whine. I will be blunt, I have no self control. I love to cook and I love to eat. I am not terribly overweight, but only 37 and not happy that I am already 30 lbs more than what I should be. My biggest concern is my 16 year old daughter, she is active, but not balanced with intake vs activity. She needs to lose about 60 lbs, THAT SCARES ME.
You guys are definately persistant, I give you that!
Keep it up, you will encourage many to acheive.

Why me? Well, I’m sick and tired of being overweight. Hating summer (as a matter of fact hating all seasons) because I feel like a whale and I can’t fit into my clothes. I don’t want to give my old clothes away because I always tell myself-this time I’ll lose weight and keep it off. And I don’t want to buy new clothes (bigger) for the same reason-and this has been going on for 5 years. Even when I was skinny before I thought I was fat. Now I see how stupid I was. Of course I’ve been on diets and exercised, but I would gain all that weight back. I’m just sick and tired and ready for a change. Help! Thanks!

I am very interested in your program due to the fact that it is the first program that identifies that diet and exercise must go together in an intergrated solution. I beleive that you have taken the best of many multiple disiplines and combined them into a temendous plan and solution for all of us that need to lose weight. I truly believe that by combining individual daily diets with specific exercise routines, that extreme weight loss can be acheived. Certainly the human body is extremely complex and when lossing weight, all of the survivor mechinisims within the body need to be defeated or tricked to allow weight loss to continue over time. I am so excited about your program. You really have created a great thing for so many struggling with their weight. Being overweight for me hasn’t yet effected my health and I’m hoping with your program I will be able to avoid those problems and be able to give my kids the better mom they deserve. I have seen with time that we as a whole are losing our conception of good food habits and what is considered healthy or not. On top of that we are being inundated with special fad diets that seem to say to us that we don’t have to do anything at all to lose weight, just follow some special diet recipe and you will see the pounds fall away. What eventually happens is that most weight loss is more water than fat and within little time the dieter is back to his/her original weight or heavier. Of course this just gives the dieter more reason not to diet. from what I have read from your program, it is first balanced and realistic. You have no special formula. It does take work and dedication, which is only logical, but at the same time you are losing excess weight sensibly. This has been my problem for some years. As I have gotten older and have had more responsibilities, my time for excercise or my attention to healthy eating has waned and of course this had meant more weight. I don’t expect to live forever but I would like to live healthily and be more responsible in relation to what I put into my mouth. I think your program would help me do that without it seeming like I am starving myself to be healthier.

Im 29 years old , i have two beautiful children and I have been struggling with my weight since i gave birth to my first child. My husband has openly told me that I am not attractive to him anymore and since hearing that I have been on every diet out there and have taken many diet aids and all have resulted in the same thing – I lost a bit of weight and put on more weight once i stopped the diet. I want to feel confident again which i lack and I want my husband to find me attractive – it would be nice to have him look at me and be proud of being with me – maybe it would also improve another part of my marriage :) Ive been reading all your emails and I really need this program – it would change my life and my self esteem and possibly save my marriage!

Even though I will want to cut at some point, I’m not in desperate need to do so myself. However, I’ve been getting fittness, diet, and fat loss questions from some of my coworkers. I want to do this for them. They aren’t very willing to change their habits quickly and take my hard advise even when I know it would be a smart change for them. So I’m looking to Joel to give me a great program that would outline everything from start to finish that my friends would see as a legitimate package they could wrap their arms around. I’ve been researching and looking for a program for a while. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose personally, but i would like to get comfortable in my own body. I am also looking to gain some muscle so that i can go work on a Ranch in Idaho, next summer. I have always wanted to do this and the position i would be going for is Ranch hand which means i would have to get some muscles and get in shape.
Now enough about me. The main reason i have been looking so hard is not so much for me. It is for my Dad. He is in the Air Force and right now he might not be able to place next rank based on his health. He has quite a bit of weight to lose. The military is saying that he has to get his waiste down to a 37, which is really crazy, because he is 6’2″ his waiste should be half of his height.
Anyways. I would love to get this program of yours that Vince has been talking about. I think it would really work out for not just me, but my dad too. Please help us get into shape. Please help him lose some wieght so that he can be the best he can be.

Since turning 40, I have gained some unwanted fat that I can’t see to lose no matter what I do. For the past 5 years, this stubborn fat around my mid section just won’t go away. Currently, I’ve been exercising 2-3 times a week and I’ve tried several eating plans that don’t appear to be working, so when I read about this extreme fat loss program, it sounds like a program that could make a difference in my life and I would like to have the opportunity to try it.

Hi Joel! To start out with, I’ve always been a pretty lean and strong guy and practiced sports of different kinds for as long as I can remember. But, I have always struggled with the last few pounds of fat (lower belly and lack of definition on arms etc). Many times I’ve put up goals with different methods to achieve a lower % of body fat, but I have failed. Some of the times, sure I did lose some fat and gained some definition but the time and effort spent during that period was much to be worth it as I have alot of other stuff going on in my life. I have never really felt good about my body and it is about time I change that. I want to look strong and healthy, not just for other people to see but for myself aswell. I found out about your work through Arnel Ricafranca, and I’d like to thank him for that. However if I was not to win I will still buy a copy as soon as it comes out as this seems to be the “bomb”! :)

At age 59, I have had to admit that the only time I have ever been a proper weight was when I was smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day. Since I gave up smoking in ’87 (for the last time) I have been unable to keep my weight down. I have tried many different diets with only minimal and temporary results. I have tried fasting and vegetarianism and high-protein diets all with the same result. After a short time of tiny weight loss the returns were so low for all my effort, that in depression I just went back to my regular habits. Your xtreme fat loss diet system appears to be the best researched diet I have ever read about. Everything I have read makes perfect sense. I have always known that in my case I was going to have to fool my body somehow in order to achieve results. This way of yours seems to be the ticket, I have already been following the five sneaky tips with some success. I have lost some weight and turned some fat into muscle, and above all I feel great and sense that this is going somewhere. Even if I don’t win the free system, I will continue what I have started because it is working at makes me feel great

I was one of those people who could eat just about everything and never gain an ounce. As a result, I never developed any discipline around food and exercise, although I love to walk and could go 10k every day. Now I’ve reached the awkward menopause years, and the pounds have been piling on. My metabolism has gone through the floor, and I need help!!! Your plan sounds like just the ticket to get my life back on track.

A LONG TIME AGO I QUICKLY LOST 100 LBS IN 6 MONTHS ON 7 OZ OF PROTEIN A DAY. 29 INCH WAIST WITH 42 INCH CHEST. THIS PROGRAM HAS THE THE TOOLS I NEED TO GET BACK TO THAT. Like many others I have tried many things to lose weight and get into shape with varying degrees of success, along the way I have heard people recommed ‘cheat meals’, weights before cardio and so forth and a million other things – to be honest i’m now so confused with the whole thing!! I just want one program that gives straight advice and actually works in a short enough time to hook me in and get a routine happening! I like the look of what you may have to offer and would love to have the opportunity to follow your program and provide honest updates about my progress.

Hi there. I’m from all the way down under in New Zealand and would love to try your program. I’ll admit it I am a huge skeptic but am scientifically minded and love where your are coming from, it makes chemical sense to me. I have mentioned your program to friends and family and they all think its absolutely nuts (xtreme to say the least) so would love to prove to them that it works on me. I have always had a small problem with weight and though if I keep on a strict diet (ie controlled starvation) I have been able to lose the weight it ‘s as you say not with a toned look and it doesn’t take long for the flab to come back. I had never heard of the Cheat Day until Isabel sent me your link.

Anyway people seem to always judge you on how you look and not for your personality and I would love to show those people that hey I can have brains as well as a hot new look. So far with Isabel’s Diet Solution program I have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks and I now weigh 145lbs at 5ft 6inches height. I would love to get down to 130lbs but not look fat skinny as I have in the past but look hot buffed skinny as your program promises. Been reading through your gear for a little while and have come to realise that you know what you’re talking about, your not reselling someone else’s ideas. That’s why I trust you.
I have been married for 13yrs now and my wife has struggled with weight for most of our married life, it started as a medical condition, but her body has overcome that but not the weight. This has kept us childless. We are both in our 30’s ( Im 37, she is 34 ) and the body clock is ticking. I believe that your program is exactly what we need to help us in this area.
My body fat % is 27%, my wifes is around the 32-35%.

I’ll go straight to the point-I need access to this information because:
-Im a student on break right now. Im stuck at my weight at 62 kilos, even though I have access to the gym I dont see that Im losing

any body fat at all anymore.
-I read about your 5 priniciples for extreme fat loss, but I dont know how to incorporate them in my lifestyle, except for principle

number 1 which is you eat more to increase your leptin levels. But I dont know how to do the rest.
-I want to do a proper lactic acid training and the proper diet along with it and what must I do after I replenished my leptin levels.
-Since I read about your “25lbs in 25 days” article I want to see the change in my body frame this May.
-I don’t want to miss this opportunity-I don’t want to do unecessary training programs and diets.
-Most of my family members are overweight, if not nearing obesity. If you could grant me this opportuniy I also want them to

experience a change in their figure too.
-I want to be healthy and fit and I want to be a living testimony and be an example among my peers.

I am a 52 year old woman and my husband is 55. We have been reading with excitement about the new Extreme Fat Loss program. I have been working out 3-5 days a week for the last 5-6 years as I have been going through menopause. I have made it through pretty good except for the “pot belly” that was left behind. My waist had become too large to be healthy. I have tried cardio and weight lifting and nothing seems to be helping. Today is my 54th birthday. I almost didn’t make it as I am recovering from meningococcal meningitis. I have been overweight for a number of years and having read about this program, I can see that it makes perfect sense. Diets in the past have just caused my metabolism to slow down and then gain more weight. I feel so lucky to be alive and that I’ve been a given another chance at life. I feel it is essential for me to get fit and healthy, to gain a strong body. I need this for myself, for my health and above all to live as long as possible to see my 13 year old daughter grow up.

I have been working out and playing various sports as long as I remember but never had that lean, cut body. For years I have been trying to drop the last 10 lbs but regardless how hard and how much I train, I cannot seem to get there. And there is always my seemingly impossible desire to have a six pack! Most of the programs out there are for people that are not fit, have bad diets, etc. vs. people that are already in shape, are working out, so I am looking for that last push, new challenging work out that will hopefully be something that will help me achieve my goals.
