Thanks for this opportunity. I am very excited to start your program because I can place my confidence in a program that is so accurately designed. With an engineering mindset, I am driven to follow procedures. I will work through the specified program, run it like a controlled experiment (and allow those cheat days for relaxing!) to achieve great results. I was born without a thyroid gland, which you likely know, controls our metabolism, so fat loss and weight management has been a life-long issue. I have been a 5-6 day a week gym rat for almost 20 years, and have a rowing machine at home for high intensity interval training, which I do 5-6 days a week also. I’m in pretty good shape, at nearly 40 years old, but have 20lbs of fat, most on my belly, that just won’t go away. I eat a healthy, balanced diet, and have used most sane and/or scientific diet approaches my research has suggested are worth trying, but still that belly fat remains. Also, I have great muscle tone, but it can’t be seen so well in the middle. My legs are rock-solid, since I can squat & deadlift well over 200, same with my bench and ab work. It is so frustrating to have my hard earned awesome abs covered in a blanket of stubborn fat! I know through experience that starving doesn’t work, and that ‘the Devil’s in the details’ concerning both diet and exercise. It would be so wonderful if your system worked for me. Then both my body and mind could enthusiastically recommend your program.
Hi!! I’m 24 right now, working in Japan. When I was in high school, I went to this exchange study program in the states, and came back gaining more than 20lbs in less than 6months… After that, it’s been seriously hard for me to lose more than 10lbs. Lately I’ve finally gotten down to losing about 10~12lbs and keeping it there, but cannot shed off that last 10lbs or so..

I am 72 years young and did not start training until I was 60 years OLD, I have gone from 107 kgs (235,8 lbs) down to my present 186,2lbs) but am now finding it difficult to reduce further. I do weights only twice a week as it takes me longer to recover these days. My training at present consists of full body work out each training day, alternating between 3 programmes for legs, chest and back. I only do 3 exercises for 3 sets, at present I am doing 5 reps for the first 2 sets and to failure on the last set. I try to add 2.5 – 5% weight each time I train. My next programme will be to keep the weight I have used and increase the reps each time I train.
Most other days I cycle, I have a route which I do 6 times and try to do it faster each time.
I would like to win to test your training method to see if I can get down to about 75kgs (165.3lbs).

I turn 40 in July. I refuse to let that be an excuse to let myself go. In fact, I find it to be a great motivator not to. I am the only one among my friends who works out and follows the latest concepts of diet and exercise. I second guess myself as to how to balance fat loss and muscle retention. This program is perfect for me because according to what you said I need something to balance my hormones that are very much out of whack and nothing out there seems to address this growing (no pun intended) problem. I can not do it on my own. I don’t know how to do the research myself and from you have accomplished in your 100 of hours of research, carb rotation seems to put the two hormones involved in hunger and weight loss back into balance to start burning fat. I would love to learn this technique along with the “right” exercises that also help excelerate weight loss. Sounds invalueable!
I believe it was not accidentally that I came across your program. While trying to put my life back together after my Down syndrome boy was born and my husband left, I’ve put on over 10 pounds. To be frank, I don’t want the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet for me. I want it for my daughter. She’s a brilliant, beautiful high school student with an amazing personality that makes her, to my eyes, absolutely stunning. But for more than 3/4 of her life, she’s been struggling with her weight. this might be funny but a bunch of guys and myself did a challenge (12 of us in total) to see who will excel the most within a 6 month period in terms of transformation of our body. so far, 2 month have passed. nothing still works much on me. i have not been getting more toned. i tried various workout. somehow, my percentage body fat gone up a little and that just prove that my workout might be wrong. i tried following some eating “manual” but some just way out of hand as i can’t possible endured eating oats everyday (like come on! i’m a chinese asian. we live to eat all the scrumptious awesome food here. heh!).
don’t get me wrong but i’m doing this not just for the challenge. i’m doing this so i hope i can change myself to look and feel better, to stay healthier, and also to help other people like me to reach their target even if we are a person that sometimes works more than 9to5 job times. of course, in order to do so, i have to be an example myself. thanks for reading. cheers! :)

Most people want to lose weight because they are looking to become more attractive, physically fit, comfortable or for health benefits. My reason is a little different. Six years ago I met the love of my life, Melissa, and we married two years later. Soon after she became pregnant and she gave birth to our beautiful daughter, Raquel. With a child come many financial responsibilities, so I left my job and opened up my own business. I have dedicated my life to my family and business which left no time for me. I have gained 70 lbs in this span because of my bad nutrition and the only excuse I have is that I was more focused on being a financial provider and good father that I forgot about me. Now, even still I am focused on being a great father to Raquel who brings me to my reason. She is at the age were she is very active and mimics everything she sees. Having been a dieter (yet athletic person) for most of my life, I have never been able to connect the dots and have everything make sense until I have read your fat loss information. My approach over the years has been all wrong, especially my diet. I am now best able to appreciate the combination between my metabolism, the power of lean muscle to burn calories (yah!!) and avoiding the deadly combinations with my diet. My eating habits have change dramatically and my workouts are now structured to build lean muscle. Fat takes up more room than muscle and muscle burns calories? Wow what a concept! The truth is, I would love to be able to share this with my girlfriend, who is on a mission to lose weight and get healthy for the first time in her life. I was SCARED of pizza! Ate it and tried your tips for following with low carb days, and it worked like magic. I do short-course triathlons but am AFRAID to stop training, and don’t eat much. Mine is the struggle that i’ve been living with since i was 14 years old and became now an embrassement for me,in school,and now in university.Now i have no self-confidence at all.
I’m actually 231 lbs and my goal is to drop off 30 pounds.
I’m doing those interval and resistance training 2 weeks from now but don’t have the real combination of exercices and diet.

I have lost 50 lbs in the last 6 months on a low-carb diet, but I am stuck 25 lbs short of my goal and incredibly bored with my menu options.
