Hey Joel,
Firstly want to say, even if I don’t win, I’ve enjoyed your tips over last few days. Now, I don’t want this, I need it dude!
I do try to keep fit, and eat healthy, the eating healthy isn’t so hard, but I’m coming up 44 with two teenagers and one 11 year old, work full time and then some, look you all now the deal with this modern society, how the heck do you find the balance and stay in shape? and believe me at 40 plus it gets harder!!
This is the first time I’ve seen the science and program that works the dietry and fitness needs in synergy, and for me thats exciting.
It’s easier to stay in shape with teenage to thirty year old energy, but Joel, this program is going to add life, toning and energy back to us 40-50+ citizens, and man if that doesn’t excite the world, then wot will?
So, not just for me, but for my teenagers and 11 year old (not to mention my wife! (of 23yrs) who will, lets say appreciate my new toning!), give me the chance to prove what this program will do, and I’ll keep in touch and be your future advertising role model!!
So, if you chose me to win, let’s make this partnership a synergy worth celebrating to, that’s my commitment to you.
Joel, you rock,
Keep up the good work.

I’m going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

What can I say. I have been the same weight for the past year. I need to lose at least a stone but I’m more concerned about losing body fat. I go regularly to a body builders gym but with not much advice I am finding it very hard to shift the belly fat. My abs are screaming to be seen. My body shape has changed but with the belly I’m looking like someone expecting a baby. I need help and a program that works. I’m in the UK and Joel you’re at the other side of the world….Can you help ??? I really need this.
Hi Joel,
My name is Dries, I’m a 22 year old student and I live in Belgium. Here’s my story:
All my life I’ve been overweight and unhappy with that fact. I First came into contact with the “fitness scene” about two years ago when a random youtube visit showed me one of Arnel Ricafranca’s videos in his “I WANT SIX PACK ABS” 16 week video journal.
Since I was a student with no real money to my name, I really liked the message that I could, with absolute certainty, get that awful body of mine in shape, without having to pay very costly gym fees. I quickly bought a set of bodylastics fitness bands, a stability ball, and I downloaded and read as much information as I could. (a.o. Articles from Arnel, from Vince, Jeff Anderson, your “Cheat to be lean” mealplan, I bought Mike Geary’s “Truth about abs ebook”,…) and I started my own 16 week ordeal and I did Arnel’s home workouts three times a week, while the other days of the week I went running in the neighborhood. I tried keeping some basic eating principles (protein, nutritional value, rough caloric estimations etc.) in mind, but my main focus was the workout.
And… I got some real results and was very well underway in week 9 of the program when I had a real climax in fitness experience!
I went on an adventure trip to spain, and considering I had always been the one who couldn’t keep up in gym class I was amazed to see I was the first one to reach the 10k+ ft mountain we were climbing. I can’t describe that feeling. From the top I called home and nearly cried. :) Thanks to all of you guys!
Sadly, as irony often does to us: later that trip I cried over the phone again. But this time it wasn’t a good thing. While descending a ridge off a mountain, one of the rocks I was holding onto came loose and I fell 20ft to the ground below. (Luckily I was that far into the descent, had it happened earlier I wouldn’t be sitting here, writing this story.)
I was repatriated to a hospital in France and I was diagnosed with a busted knee, multiple bruised ribs, an elongated ligament in my shoulder and a severe concussion. Needless to say, my trip was over.
BTW, I remember the doctor saying (in French): “You’re lucky you’re so muscular, from the fall you took, you’re lucky to come out with as little damage as this!” Hehe, thanks again!
The next year was hard. It took my knee and ribs about 4 months to heal, and a doctor recently said to me: “Your shoulder will never fully heal, the ligament is damaged, try to learn to live with it. I can still use my shoulder, but it sometimes hurts pretty badly and I’ve lost a considerable amount of strength.
Of course, with the busted knee and all, my workout plan was over. After my accident the weight I had lost flew back on and I got into a 1.5 year phase where I started a workout routine, but failed to keep it up, or tried to make up for lost time and went too hard in my exercise, which got my injuries acting up again. As you can imagine, I was getting a severe jojo-effect in my weight(up and down and up again).
Two months ago I decided enough was enough and again I set up a 16 week exercise plan for myself. Except for some occasional pain in my shoulder I felt fine and I felt the time was NOW!
As before, my main focus is the exercise. I often feel that the whole nutritional aspect is too complex, so again I just try to keep to certain nutritional principles in mind.
I currently do five 400ft hillsprints every morning before I go to school. When I get home I change my outfit and I either go running or swimming, or I work out with my bodylastics set. You cannot believe how frustrated I am to tell you now that I’ve gotten no result in my weight or fat percentage what-so-ever. I can only think the jojo-ing upset something in my bodily (hormonal?) balance.
However, I have to say I do feel that there is some muscle increase, I feel more energized , and I’ve got a better fitness level. (Two days ago I ran half a marathon )
All I’ve achieved until now is to stop the jojo-ing and keep my body from gaining more weight. I can only conclude I’m not doing the right things diet-wise, cause I don’t know what else to begin. It’s been two years since I last had a proper relationship, and I want to finally feel confident enough to see myself as a date-able person again.
As I said, I feel I’m not doing the right things diet-wise, and that’s where your new program comes in. I’ve followed your mails intently over the last week and I was excited to hear there is a day-by-day explanation of exactly what to do and eat. As me, setting up my own diet clearly isn’t working, I don’t need information or freedom anymore.. I need someone to tell me what to do! So, I’m probably almost as excited about this launch as you are. I’m mainly excited about this chance to win it, because, like I said, I’m a student with no income. But you asked us not to go into that. ;)
Sincerely yours,
Thank you again!
Dries
Hola Joel!
There are two main reasons (among many others) that made me “fall in love” with your Xtreme Fat loss diet…and both reasons are derived from the same fact:
I’m a Spanish RESEARCHER (field of Astronautics)…
You may be thinking what the heck being an engineer and researcher has to do with this program…In the first place I spend hundreds of hours a week sitting in front of my laptop reading articles, books, magazines and writing so when my long working hours end I need a boost of adrenaline. I was the typical nerd with large glasses and more than a few extra pounds but I took the determination of changing that image and started what I called the “cool guy quest” because my fast-food lifestyle was not sustainable any more and because I was transparent to women. After a couple of years I find myself in a plateau in which I cannot move forward, I hit the gym 5times a week and have tried many kind of diets but I’m clearly stuck in my quest. Here the second main reason is…as an engineer I can’t buy any of the lies that miraculous programs sell every day so I look to the detail (scientifically speaking) every diet or workout that I try…so when I came across your article and read…I’m a researcher…that called my attention, I sympathised with you and made a little research on my own and my friend…you have convinced me!
Lose crazy fat and a cheat day…c’mon – that’s AWESOME! I tried the BFL excercises Bill Phillips promoted, somewhat worked, but something was missing…now I see what it was – Joel had an edge – his nutrition plan…I want this so I can gain control of my life and more importantly, I want to pay it forward with the results I’ll get & others will see. I teach and want to become an example and a role model to others. In my profession, as you know Joel, as in yours, there’s NO greater reward than when you’ve made a positive impact in someone’s life…your plan, my soon to be AWESOME body – let’s ignite a fire of inspiration!!!!
Hey Joel,
Here’s the deal. I’m like you in a lot of ways. I’m a trainer (check), I love helping people (check), I live in Tampa Bay (check), I am obsessed with finding the fastest, most effective ways of losing fat (check). The fact is I used to be one of those “by the book” trainers. I drank the Kool Aid from the text books that spouted the virtues of the aerobic zone, diets rich in carbohydrates, and strength training as almost an afterthought. I’ve since become more pragmatic. These days I am loyal only to what works. The methods you detail in your writings, although rather extreme, are backed by hard core science. I called your methods extreme, but with two thirds of our population being overweight (half of whom are obese) and the weight loss industry succeeding financially because it fails to deliver the results people want, I would say we’ve reached extreme circumstances. And what do extreme circumstances call for? EXTREME MEASURES! I’d say your program is here at exactly the right time. Bravo!
Doug Betts
(By the way, you are welcome to use that as a testimonial! I’ve seen enough already to be willing to put my name and credibility behind your program.)
Why do I need this? I need it to simply to move to the next level. Over the past year, I’ve made a commitment to myself and have dropped 60 lbs by finally listening. The information is always out there, but to internalize it is always the struggle.
Finding those that can help you and information that is legitimate is a struggle sometimes. I know that is not the case here. I have 20 lbs to go before I am at a point where I will be able to look at myself and say, “you’ve arrived”
I want/need this program simply to bring myself back full circle in life. From being an in-shape college athlete to a man who had life let life get him down; this program will be the cherry on top of every recovery effort I’ve made this year.
I need this simply to become the guy I envision in my mind, once again.
Since I have memory, everybody has told me that I am too short and with bad genetics for having a nice body, ten years ago I decided to change my life and I lost 15 kilos and went from the nice fat girl to sexy woman with a never known self-confidence. This help me to achieve a lot, even to get married to a finnish guy and change country, two years ago, we had our first kid and you can´t imagine how many things I have tried to go back to my slim happy me, I feel fat, tired and with no sex-drive at all. I turned 35 recently, and I refuse to believe that I just had that chance 10 years ago in which I was feeling young and vibrant. I have the will, and I know I have the discipline to achieve a better body and health this time for good. I just need the guidance.
Hey Joel,
Pretty much, my spoon full is that I’m sick of losing all the weight I have only to enjoy it for a short amount of time and then put it back on again. The last time I ‘relapsed’ was 8 months ago, I’ve never stayed in my “heavy” stage longer then 2 months and I’m terrified this time it will just never come off. I’m ready to make some life long changes here, just as long as I can stop worrying about another fad diet or how many calories I ate — I’m 17, and I just want to live. I think this program will give me that chance… I just need to get back in touch with myself and the body I belong in.
Tried everything had some successes not much, it has wrecked my self esteem. I recently unsubcribe from all my fitness emails, too much info no results. At the start of this year I chose carefully who I get emails fromN Joel is one of the two, the other is lose stubborn fat. I have googled this product and it makes sense and is doing. I like how every day is new and results are seen in good time. I need to see results to keep me motivated. I am going on a Habitat for humanity project in July and want to be fit to make a strong contribution to the project. I have clothes that I can’t wear help ;oel.
Well, i think i have spent hundreds (if not thousands!!)on diets and plans that have not worked. I’ve been the “fat kid” my whole 30 years, but have always been active, (baseball, basketball, cross country), but could never shed that fat. Having trialed the pre release information, i have already started to realise that life long dream of not being the “fat kid” anymore. Your program in its entirety could be my life long saviour. Either way thanks!!
Hey Joel.
Thank-you for this opportunity! :o)
I’m VERY excited about this program as the thing I’m after at the moment is SPEEDY RESULTS! I’m 41, 5’7 and 96kg.
Years of dealing with Anorexia and Bulimia messed up my fat to muscle ratio, and whilst I’ve beaten them both, that process (and two babies) left me 30kg overweight. I have two small super energetic boys who need me to be able to run riot with them – and desperately too!
We are preparing to be missionaries over seas and need to be fit and trim – yesterday!
The time is NOW for me. I want to drive that last nail into the coffin of my food and body issues and prove a point to all those who don’t think I can, and who said it would take ‘ages’ and ‘hours in the gym’ (that I don’t have) at 41 to reach my goal.
I’m keen to see just how MUCH and how FAST this program can do it! My vintage 1950’s dresses are calling me from the wardrobe…the ‘AFTER’ photo is waiting… :o) Bring it ON!!
Hey Joel!
Well, I’ve started with your friend Vince’s NNMB programme and have seen amazing results after 4 months. I’m at 27% body fat and need to get it way down. Everything you’ve said sounds real good and promising. I think even if I don’t win it, I’ll take everything you said and apply it to my life and Vince’s program and I’m sure I’ll see results.
Thanks for inspiring so many people and that you want to help people to achieve their goals.
I would also want to be that inspiration and example to other people.
I think you are an absolute ‘freak’ but in a crazy cool obsesed way and because of your intense research into how a human body can burn fat it seems as though you have certainly come up with the goods on how to make it happen. I deserve to win simply because I love your work and I’m 100% sure my body will be loving it to.
Hi,
I am 26 years old and struggling with weight since my adolescence. I am about 128 lb and at 62″ tall. The question is …. I am getting married in July and I think this is the best time to say goodbye to the extra weight and begin this new phase of my life as fit and radiant as possible. I’ve already lost 33 lb with diet and exercise and i am not afraid of the hard work, I just lack the knowledge to achieve the results I want until my big day. I hope you can help me start this new fase with a new healthy body.
Thank you for your inspiration,
Joana
Joel
I am from South Africa. I’m 57 years of age and have been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager. Any chance that your programme can help me?
Thank you for all the info already received.
Regards
Henda
Hi Joel,
First of all – thanks for even considering me as one of the fortunate few who could stand a chance to win this program absolutely free! I have tried to follow numerous “diets” (have been doing so for the past 20 years!), and finally I feel that I have found a program suited to me. I live on an island in the middle of the South Atlantic where “special foods” recommended for some diets are are not always readily available. With your program I feel that now I can make the best of whatever we have available here. I NEED TO LOSE FAT for my health. I have a back problem and know that being overweight is not helping it. Thanks once again!
Hi Joel,
There are three stages in life; 1:The Growing Up Bit. 2:The Working Bit and 3:The Retirement Bit. The first two are very active periods where fitness and health are easier to maintain. I decided when I retired in 2002 that I would do everything in my power to maintain my fitness and enjoy every minute of every day. I have some mobility problems, but I only see them as challenges. I try to learn something new every day and make someone smile. I don’t do depression or moaning and believe that every day above ground is a bonus.
I need to reduce my body fat to regain more mobility, so I thought that your programme would be the ideal vehicle to assist me.
You really ought to SMILE.
Regards,
Brian
So I was at a seminar recently, and during the lunch break I was sitting with a pretty hot blonde discussing diet techniques over some pretty great chocolate cake. We decided our favourite technique was ‘calories don’t count if they’re from someone else’s plate’ closely followed by ‘calories don’t count if no-one sees you eat them’. Ok so we re half joking, but I think these methods are about as useful as and possibly less dangerous than a lot of popular diets out there!
What I really like about what I’ve seen of this plan, is that it makes complete sense to me. So much of the fitness advice available today is pretty bad for your health. So much of it is unbalanced, I find it impossible to stick to because I know it’s a load of old tripe. I’ve been recently thinking that there must be a way to combine your exercise plan with your diet to give a balanced plan that gives you good results. Turns out someone else has done the hard part for me. Thanks dude!
Hey Joel,
I am a 17 y/o upcoming Tracuer and Calisthenic practitioner. I have been trying my best to eliminate the last few pounds of gook on my body for the last few months. I believe that I am around 10% at the moment(thx to your AWESOME GOD SEND, CYWT :), but I could really use the help of your Innovative, strategic, not to mention utterly ingenious set up of your program to finally, FINALLY achieve my physical zenith! My reason for wanting to be as fit as possible is that I am delving into practices known as parkour and freerunning. These are extreme sports that require top strength and leanivity(lol I know thats not a word) to perform flips, vaults, wall runs and to better manipulate gravity overall. I also understand that your new program is more prone to have a stronger muscle building and toning effect. This to me is a double edged sword in that the program could help me to lean down and put on a little bit more mass for extra strength. CYWT has helped me along my journey for a year now, but I think its time to for me to use something a bit more, EXTREME :) to cross the finish line. Thx for your awesome techniques and for the progress that you have already given me through CYWT. Your a blessing to us all man.
Hi Joel,
thank you for the change that you give the CYWT-Community to win a copy of your latest program. My name is Roland and I am from Austria. I am now 40 years old and struggle the last 20 years with my weight. I have tried several diets but nothing worked so far in the long run (yeah — the yo-yo-effect).
I work out 3 days a week in the gym on a regular basis (bench pressing, dumbell exercises) and now I joined Vince Del Montes program on MYM.
I am sure that his program together with your nutrition plans will help me get the body that I deserve and I am despartely working my b*tt off. Nutrition was always a very complicated topic with a lot of different ups and downs for me. I tried several diets to get a lean, muscular, sexy body …
I am absolutely sure that your XFLDS-program can help me achieving my long term goals (decrease bodyfat, increase muscle mass). And moreover the topic “nutrition” in combination with “cheat days” sounds toooooo good to be true. That even if you cheat one day your results will be still not lost and you can start over and over again.
Joel, please assist me in achieving my goals and getting a hotter, sexier body ..
I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I have tried every diet under the sun and if I don’t get this weight off once and for all I may end up dying from the complications of the disease. I have an 8 month old son and I really want to be around to see him grow up.
I consider myself knowledgeable in the fields of exercise and nutrition. I even maintain my own fitness blog. However, in your last updates I have learned a lot, and this proves to me that you know your stuff. Plus, I have 10 more pounds to lose until summer (don’t we all?) and that’s why I need the program!
Hi Joel
Like many others, I’m doing the CYWT thing – it’s so cool, I tell everyone about it. I’ve lost 13kg (29 lb) on it, which is wonderful, but I still need to get rid of at least 10-15 lb (I’m losing 3.5 ounces a week now and so things are very, very slow). I’ve also been slack about exercising while on CYWT (!), so, although I’m thinner than I’ve been in a while, I have definite flab issues. After having a baby, I also have stubborn tummy fat that I never used to have. I think this programme would be just the thing to get me into the shape I’ve always wanted!
Cheers, Heidi
Hello Joel
I’m 47 and I have been overweight for many years,as it seems to me that I’ve never been thin.I sometimes exaggerate with alcohol when I go out with friends and this may be the leading cause of my weight. My wife is very dedicating towards her family and very healthy as well. She always tries to prepare healthy meals for me and the kids. But,everything has been stable for me since the recent weeks.I used to never care for my weight and my body.
Something suddenly changed inside me.I don’t know to say exactly where did all the motivation come from but I guess since I started reading about all this stuff.
Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System would really help me in this tough yourney. It;s the first time in my life that I take notice of what I eat and I’ve started running as well.I’s a great feeling and I hope I would get the opportunity to shape my body correctly through this wonderful system
Thanks Joel,
Have a prosperous day!

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
