Hey Joel, I have implemented some of your stuff already. When you gave me the download I did a no carb day before my cheat day in which I did circuit training and cardio, cheat day I did an hour of high volume heavy training with little rest, enjoyed alot of good food. Then fasted 24 hours before I did some interval training, next day I was down a good bit of fat. Anyways I’m in decent shape been working out for years, I’m a solid 175 at 5 foot 10. I will be 40 in two weeks and will be going home in 2 months for the first time in 3 years. I want to blow people away with a ripped body at 5% or less body fat right now I’m at about 10 to 12%. I know I can do it and am totally committed to doing so. I also want to be an inspiration to my sister who is overweight. Thanks.

I’m always reading inspirational stories when it comes to weight loss, and i guess i want mine. I have the will power, but have never had to correct strategy to put in place for extreme results. There are too many sham’s on the internet when it comes to dieting and when i came across the “Extreme Fat Loss” program i was too stoked. Im 19 years old, I used to bee over weighted with a huge belly fat when I was a kid, and am one of those guys that when they are into something they don’t rest until achieve it. so I started my journey like when I was 13, all by my own (witch was the stupidest thing I’ve done) doing abs, cardio and push ups first, (thinking it was that easy) so is like every night I was doing like 200 crunches thinking it will make me ripped, and till I grow up I started to go to the gym where I did some workouts to gain more muscle. And I may say! i did it!! this journey brought where I am, I lost that belly (almost) and my abs started to pop up, but I got stuked!! and I want to say something. IM JUST TIRED OF BEING STUKED! ive been there for about 2 years, obviously i gain some muscle, then vacations, then when trying to lose dose laaast pound of fat I couldn’t, and now im at that point again.

So that’s why, I started my research, studding and reading allot of bodybuilding magazines and articles, that how I discovered Vince, Arnel, Roman and you. You know, till now, you people have change my life, specially Roman and you whit this all new stuff!! And because whit all this research and knowledge Ive made, I think am in very good hands. I know for sure this program can bring me those so dreamed results. Because is so different to all stuff I thought that where the best for cutting, and ive tried. but just because like you say, it is working smart!! Thanks allot!!!

I am able to train myself with intensity and have tried other fitness/nutrition programs that supposedly are meant for bodybuilding (I even was subscribed to an internet based training and nutrition program ran buy a well-known fitness competitor) and stuck to the system for 4 months with NO CHANGE in body fat percentages. I absolutely gained muscle and had results in other ways but the reason I got the training was to LOSE body fat!

I want a nutrition program that marries to the intensity levels of training to ACHIEVE my goals. At this point I just feel defeated even though I still train but feel like it doesn’t matter how well I eat because it hasn’t worked in the past for me.

I want to have the way I look show the hard work and intensity I bring to the gym!

Hi, I am of the older generation. I like your ideas of diet days and cheat days. As a disabled person, I have been told I need to cut my carbs which I am trying to do. My weight is obese and has plummeted because of medication and inability to exercise. I would not be able to do your exercises but I would be able to follow your diet. Medically, to loseweight would be a big plus. but not only for me but also for my family. My husband and daughter also need help with weight loss. We have tried other diets – high protein no carb which work but not on a social scale or if visiting relatives. If I win one of these packs – wouldn’t it be a big plus that it also works effectively for disabled people even if not at the same rate?

In the past year I have started to avoid processed foods + certain fats and to eat healthy fats such as coconut oil and recently I purchased some Prograde products. Already I feel much better than I did a year ago. Your program is the next step. You really have done your homework and put a lot of time and thought into this. So I heard about this diet and after checking it out and hearing people’s success stories, I realized I needed to try it out. Its exactly what I need right now. I am a young college student who has never felt good about herself, and never felt pretty. I’m overweight, But I am confident that with this program I can acheive my weight loss goal. My weight has held me back for years, and I have tried numerous diets, and NONE of them have worked. All I want is to be a healthy weight and to feel good about myself, and none of the other diets I have tried have worked. I have been trying so hard to lose weight for 5 years, and have not succeeded. I am a poor college student trying to make my way through and i dont have alot of money or time, all I want is someone to just tell me exactly what i need to do. its frustrating doing it on your own and never succeeding. I want to lose weight and I know this program will help!! Thank you so much.

I have PCOS .

(That’s an incentive, not an excuse).

Three doctors have agreed that I should lose 10% of my body weight so I can have children, but the metabolic issues associated with PCOS combined with the fact that I’m in my healthy weight range (i.e. that 10% is my last 10%) is making this a difficult dream.

I am also wary of taking things too far. I know from my early twenties that when left to my own devices I can take the exercise + diet thing to a point where I’m doing more harm than good. It would put my mind at ease if I was following a program from a professional – I don’t want to go back to that place where I’m refusing to see my friends and family because they’re cutting into my workout time.

The funny thing about that time in my life is that hardly eating and exercising for 4 hours a day STILL didn’t get me decent results. Some results, sure, but nothing even noteworthy.

Lastly, I’m ashamed. Of my cankles. Not obese person cankles (I’m not obese) but hereditary, funny shaped calf/ankle cankles. It means that unless I have a lower body fat % my legs look downright FAT, and the only way to hide them is in pants. Boots don’t even fit!

I dream of simple things – kids and skirts.

I’m SO ready .

At 45, with 2 young children and a full time job, I eat what I can, when I can. I don’t eat junk food, but my current diet is not balanced, healthy or effective! I desperately need to get my body back in shape and be the person I used to be. Its summer and I want to look good too!

I have tried every diet going, but the day it stops, the pounds come back and as my current fat loss diet consists of simply ‘missing meals’ I now realise that I need to educate myself with a plan that I can (and will) follow and educate the whole family at the same time.

My husband has lost 20lbs since December 2009, but no matter what he does now, he can’t shift the last 10lbs and I would be gutted if he lost his motivation to reach his target weight, or even worse, he returned to old habits and gained the weight he has worked so hard to lose. We have bought a set of free weights and a weight bench etc for home use, and we are supporting each other to follow the exercise plan, which we love. We go on a family holiday in 5 months and want to look great, feel confident and have an abundance of energy!

Thanks for everything you have taught us so far, can’t believe how much bad advice we have been fed over the years! It’s never too late to make a difference.

I have already the program from vince delmonte and it helps me alot and so you guys are good friends I believe it could help me that much how it helps vince =P

One thing I have learned for sure over the years, that truthful knowledge is the key to any success in weight loss. The information that you have provided about your diet system makes sense. Using diet and exercise strategically to get the body to burn more fat. I find it very exciting that your diet system promotes rapid fat loss and muscle growth together. Awesome!
I’m going to be 42 next month and I’m at the point in my life where I desire to be in the best physical shape ever in my life. I am desperate – I am 55 years and my weight is168 lbs – my comfortable (but by no means ‘trim’) weight is about 135lbs. I have tried every fast fat loss diet on the planet. Since my menopause my weight– especially my stomach area – has spiralled out of control and I now look 6+ months pregnant all the time (worse when feeling bloated, which is all too often!). I know my stomach fat problem is hormonal as both my mother and grandmother had the same problem. Normal dieting just doesn’t work for me unless I walk briskly for 40 mins a day and then I always completely stop all weight loss at 6-8lbs. I really believe the xtreme fat loss diet could work for me – it makes complete sense! I believe this programme is perfect for where i currently am at in my training. A year and a half ago at college i was big at 16st 5lbs and desperately needed to lose weight and build some lean muscle as i was pretty chubby. I did the whole healthy low calorie eating with regular working out and am now 13 st 5 lbs with a bit of muscle on my frame. I weight train 5 times a week and have followed your supplement advice etc. and have seen some real gains.

However i am now at the stage where i dont just want an okay body, i want a great body with ripped abs. I dont believe i have ever seen my abs and it would be great to lose the last few pounds and really be truly happy with my body and keep it there as i also find it hard to keeep the weight off.

I believe i have shown through my dramatic change in quite a short time that i have the commitment and motivation to really do your programme XFLDS real justice, and show people the results possible.

Joel, thankyou. I’m not going to beat around the bush. I’ve been working with FPFL and DEFL and now need a good solid dietry programme…me thinks..I want to try your programme because it’s recommended by Roman and Dr K and it has cheat days.

I have been on jenny craigs for 12 months and I have lost 27 kg’s, I need to lose another 10 and I have read the last 6 posts and I think this is the perfect way to loose those last 10 as it will give me the information I need to do it. i love cheat days and I want to know how to have them and how to make it work in my favour. (we spell here in NZ differently)

I am a 56 year old soon to be grandfather. For most of my life I was in good shape but I have gotten the “beer belly” over the last 8 years. I have tried some diets but none have produced the results I am looking for, and fewer have kept my interest long enough to get the results. Eat pizza and lose fat?!? Are you serious!?! You had me there… I was so in!!! No, seriously, It got me very curious.. And, the more I read the more it made sense. Particularly the part about cranking up the leptin levels once a week (“The glorious Cheat Day”) to avoid the dreadful plateau, build lean muscle with strategic exercises the same day and double your fat burning the next day and this is week after week. It was so logical. It’s almost ridiculous. Of course, psychologically, instead of feeling downright crappy and menstrual, you feel happier and more alive everyday. And it sound so much easier when someone tells you “Okay, follow this for 25 days” than ”Hey this if your life” Let’s face it, one is more likely to stick to the former. I know I am.
Although not overweight, I do have a high body fat percentage. And If this program can really do what it says it can then it’s not just for me but for everyone who wants to lose body fat and be happy in the process instead of depressed with sorry *** results.
And if I can lose 25 lbs. of fat in 25 days and at the same time build lean muscle… Well, I’ll be laughing…. And singing…. And dancing…. :-)

Hi! I’m a sixteen year old girl living in Saudi Arabia. I was underweight for ten years of my life and then we moved here and my mom introduced me to her friend, Mr. Food. This resulted in me turning into Sokka from Avatar the Last Airbender, but unfortunately I am not blessed with his metabolism. My dad is a cardiologist who believes in traditional weight loss methods (hello, Cardio), and they do not work for me. I am now five seven and weight one-fifty-four pounds (God, this is embarrassing) and I need help. Fast. :(

I have worked very had to reduce my weight from 93k to 72kg. Now I am striving to come down to 65KG which is appropriate weight for me. Your techniques talk about body science and seem very logical.

I am 44 years old. A few years ago I had surgery on my wrist for tendinitis and then while I was still recovering and in physical therapy to regain the use of my wrist, I tripped getting off an elevator because it did not stop completely level with the floor. Needless to say, I ended up breaking my ankle. I was unable to perform practically any kind of physical activities during these periods. I ended up gaining about 30-35 lbs during this period. I changed my eating habits to include fruits, vegetables and fiber as much as 5-6 times a day. Still nothing was helping me to lose the weight, even if it would have been 1 lb a week I would have been satisfied. I cannot run, because my ankle still bothers me and I find many exercises difficult to do because of my wrist. Walking too much makes my ankle swell up and I get pain. I would like to try this program and see if it will finally make the changes.

I’m going to be 45 years old this year….I can’t believe it! Anyway, I have struggled with my weight all of my life. My own siblings would tease me about my weight and then when I started school, I was teased there by my classmates. So I took a different approach of being liked which was to buy people’s attention and love including my own parents. The last time that I thought I looked great was when I was 14 years old. I basically starved myself to 130lbs and what I considered thin. A year later I was 165lbs. Since that time my weight has fluctuated all over the place but I could never get back to 130lbs. I have since gotten married and have a 12 year old son. I have yet to shed the weight that I gained during my pregnancy. I am so disgusted with myself. I am tired of being sick and tired. I have spent thousands on gym memberships and trainers. I now belong to 2 gyms and I still weigh 185lbs. I don’t want to be the fat girl anymore. It hurts me emotionally. I am 5 feet 5inches tall and I am tired so tired of looking down at my belly fat and the muffin top/spare tire. I just want to be healthy. I want to lose 50 to 55lbs. I sometimes dream of being on the show “The biggest loser” but I’m not big enough for them. I feel like my metabolism is at a standstill. I work and am a mother and wife like most women and I always put my family and work before myself. I try and get to the gym at least 3x a week and still nothing. I don’t like to step on a scale and I don’t like to look in the mirror. I don’t remember the last time I was at a beach or pool because I won’t wear a bathing suit. Please help me!

After being a bit of a blob through college, I managed to keep fit and healthy for most of my 20s and early 30s. Now (pushing 40) I’m finding it startlingly hard to get the baby weight off after my second baby. I’m talking about trying to lose 70lbs. I get 20 off and back it comes. Then I gird my loins and get it off again, and back it comes AGAIN! I want to look and feel as good as I used to, and also need to lose the weight to help my sacro-illiiitis (painful inflammation of the pelvis).

Your system, Joel, seems sensible (I’ve done enough fad diets to know) and effective (I’ve tried enough other programmes that promise the earth and deliver pretty much zilch). Yours feels different – combining diet and exercise to maximise results makes perfect sense. I wouldn’t know where to start to find out what you have learned in your career, other than coming to you and learning from your work.
