I am a 41 year old man from Holland. Ever since I finished college and my life got into that “routine” of work, relationship and a child, I fell right into the trap of getting less and less active, eating worse and gaining weight each and every year. 18 months ago I decided things had to change. My selfesteem was lower than ever, I did not feel healthy and I really felt fear that my son would have to grow up without a father if I were to continue down this path.
So I started working out, doing lots of cardio, went on a diet and within 3 months I lost 15 kilos of weight. I felt great about myself but then I hit a plateau that I just have not been able to beat.
Recently I started DEFL and it’s great, however I would now very much like to integrate it with a program that concentrates on the food aspects. From everything I read, I conclude that XFL can really help me to finally, FINALLY put together a complete program that helps me achieve my goal.
