Hello Joel! Your program is exactly what I need in my life at the moment to help me loose weight after a severe childhood injury; I fell from the top of a 3 metre diving board onto the concrete below. As I age (now 40yrs) my body is finding it harder to cope with the stress of a tonne of connective tissue damage. Exercise is difficult as my neck/throat is very swollen, making many types of cardio exercises hard to sustain my breathing. A method to stay trim and fit will definitely keep other illnesses (diabetes etc) at bay.

I feel that the information in your program will help me get my body/life back. I am keen – ok, desperate – to rebuild the tissue damage through weight training (once was a gym junkie) and learn which foods to include to achieve my goal. I have searching for many years for a means to rebalance my body and loose weight and would love to follow your program.

I just got back from Cancun for a friend’s wedding, and before I left, I dieted and exercise my butt off…only my butt stayed about the same size. I have been dieting since 4th grade, exercising since 8th grade, and have probably lost hundreds of lbs, but have never made it to my ultimate weight goal. I decided when I got back, that I needed something new…something that will finally get me to my goal. I feel ready to fully commit, I just need the right program. I have tried everything under the sun, the most success I had was at Curves, I lost 45 lbs and 45 inches. I am up about 20 lbs from there, and have changed my body significantly with weight and circuit training. But I never push myself enough to get where I want to be. I want to be hot in my bikini by summer! Please help me :)

Trying to follow a good diet is very hard (especially while putting yourself through college) but I believe if found my answer in your program. I’ve done every diet known to man and even spent months making up my own. Sadly, I also fell victim to the weight loss in a pill scheme from big name companies. This resulted in a damaged metabolism, hormonal profile and in the end no results to show. I’ve gotten back on track and I am ready to handle a product that can actually help me, and THIS IS IT! Thanks for everything that you’ve done for people like me trying to make themselves that much better.

10 years ago I developed a bacterial infection in my lungs. It was misdiagnosed for 6 months and during the treatment they were mainlinining prednisone directly into my bloodstream.
I gained nearly 75 pounds, and lost 78% of my lung capacity so the exercise regimen, even with maximum O2 still doesn’t burn enough fat to make any appreciable weight loss possible.
Every other “weight loss” plan has failed to live up to their over hyped promises.
From what I have read on this plan, and the results I have seen on acquaintances, this can get the weight back down to more normal ranges.
I’m 63, and the weight problem keeps me at the “borderline diabetic stage.

I’m 34 years old and have had a slight, to big, to slight fat tire around my waist for the last… oh 15 years. I played soocer from 4 until 20, and then between school and finding a job and dating and living in Texas for a while, and more dating, and so on… i started losing… no not started losing, lost my soccer body… still got the calfs though. Anyway, been trying to lose this gut for a long time, and even when I get myself down to skinny everywhere else, I still got the handles. I would liketo use the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to get ready for photos for my website and marketing. I am a former franchised boot camp instructor who is about to strike it out on my own as a personal trainer & maybe even boot camp owner. You see when I told my boot camp employer that I wanted to try to do some gym training to get more money as well as the outdoor boot camp she thought that I would steal all of her campers and take them to the gym I want to work at, so she “doesn’t need me to work right now” (check with Vince I wanted to do MYM). I think that just proves that I was wayyyyy better than the other instructors if she was afraid they would want to stay with me, but maybe that’s just my ego talking. Anyway I want to get into the best shape of my life in order to further look the part. Now I am fairly fit, but if I drop 7-9lbs of fat and pick up 2-3lbs of muscle marketing should be a heck of a lot easier. I would love it if you could help me get there I am highly motivated.

I’ve been training since high school. I’m 43 years old now and have four kids. Having grown up in apartheid South Africa, non whites like me were not exposed to training techniques, everything I did was either self taught or passed on from others who had tried things themselves. No science but lots of application. Suffice to say I’ve been doing a few things wrong over the years. Now I have the chance to remedy that, and have adjusted my training considerably. One more piece of the puzzle needs to come together, and that’s the nutrition aspect. I encourage healthy eating in my family but we are still very cultural in our selections of foods. Again a lack of science is hindering my application.
So the battle of the love handles and lower back fat continues unabated going into its 17th year. It took me two years to pack them on after getting married. I’ve tried boxing training, it remains my passion, and had some success. Now it’s time to turn the blowtorch on them from the inside.

This is the perfect program for me because I am overweight and a busy person and have not enough time to exercise or even spend time with my family.I can’t do much activities because I got tired very fast.I’ve tried many diet programs but none of them ever worked for me.I lose weight but I gained it back.So i think that following your program and is the easiest thing to do to because I don’t have to stop myself from eating the food that I love.I hope by following your program I can lose the fat that I’m carrying for years and regain my health back.I hope that the program work for me.Thanks!

When I first read your updated emails, I kept being skeptical about how this 25 day cycle diet could ever work. Even reading about your cheat day, I was in disbelief. I’m sure I am like a lot of people on this blog, who are just stuck at losing weight. I have always thought dedication itself is enough to produce results, yet I have not seen any. I am anxious for your Xtreme Diet Loss plan to come out and give it a chance as I am disillusioned with diets that this will be my last diet (if i don’t see any results, I will give up). To me, your diet represents a new hope for me in the fitness world and like you said in your audio, I just have to trust you Joel in this radical diet plan and trust that you have the best intentions for us.

I am now 45 I have been battling with my weight for at least 28 years of my life, I am sick and tired of the yoyo effect of every diet and tablet I have tried. I honestly need to win this as I am a single mum, work full time, and loosing the battle. Please. God bless

I’ve not tried, but done or completed several ‘styles’ or ‘flavors’ of all sorts of diets. Some seemed to work… only, later I found out that I was losing more muscle weight in addition to some fat. :(

In addition, always re-gaining the weight that I had lost.. primarily in fat.

I haven’t worked in 6 years, and am trying to lose these extra pounds on me for interviews that I hope to get soon. Yes, it’s primarily for my self-esteem and self-confidence. Inteviews… ugh! ha! ha! :D

I always seem to get stuck losing those last 10 lbs. I have never been successful with any diet and exercise program where I was able to actually reach my goal weight and fitness.

I would like to challenge myself with your program. It would be a great success story not only for me, but for you as well if I were able to reach my goal weight and keep it off, once and for all. :)

Thanks, for doing all this research and testing it out! I do hope to be a success. I do follow the ‘rules’ to the letter. My friends say, I do so too much and that’s why I failed. I don’t believe that. If I am following the plan, and it’s not working. It just either didn’t work for me, or the plan is flawed.

Hey Joel,

I could really use this program now. Last April I was hit by a truck while on my motorcycle, so it has been very hard for me to do traditional cardio, and I have been barely able to continue weight training. I’m going in for surgery in two months to reconstruct my knee (torn ACL and PCL, the cartilidge was destroyed, and I now have a hairline crack in my femur), and I think that your program would definetly help me take off some of the weight that I have gained (and will most definetly gain again during my 2 months of not walking). Hope you can help me out,

I’m a 37-year-old mother of two. I’ve struggled with my weight nearly my entire life. After each pregnancy, it got tougher to lose that pregnancy weight. I finally got down to near my goal weight about 4 years ago but the pounds have crept back up on me, even while dieting. Every diet and work out program that used to work for me, no longer does. It doesn’t matter how much I exercise and eat low fat, I can’t get the weight off. Your program has me excited that finally there might be something out there that can actually work for me. I’m extremely motivated to finally get this weight off for good. I’m going on a cruise this summer and would love to be able to get through a couple of your 25 day cycles and look and feel great in that little black dress.

In July, I was 100 pounds overweight. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and given a CPAP (continuous positive air pressure) machine. Being able to stay awake gave me my life back again. I decided to lose the weight. I’ve lost 55 pounds! But the weight loss over the last four months has been slow and difficult. I’m trying to figure out how to lose the last 45 pounds. I’m hoping this program will help me do that.

6 months ago I was fat.
I then lost a bunch of weight and felt good but people told me I was too skinny.

I started seriously weight training over the last 4 months and have added 15 pounds of weight (both lean muscle and fat).

There is perfect for me because I am 16% body fat and need to get down to single digits and I was just about to start a ‘cutting’ program to tone out and get ripped but had no idea how to go about it. So the timing is PERFECT!
I want a Beach Body for the first time in my life, am willing to put in the hard work and effort to get there.

Being an overweight child, my weight has fluctuated throughout my teens, twenties and now my thirties. As I head toward the big 40 I am very conscious that the excess fat I have is going to be harder and harder to move, particularly with all the fad diets out there. I have become very sedentary and unfit and need a program to get me out of my rut and back to feeling good and living healthy for the rest of my life. Since my parents were both very ill with heart problems and cancer in their early 40’s I am concerned about my future health and believe carrying excess fat contributes to these diseases that I want to avoid. With the tools your program offers I feel I can make a start that will profoundly affect the rest of my life.

I am 43, a single mother, and I am in college to be a math teacher for middle school. I will have my associate degree in teaching next month and I will transfer to Columbia College to finish my certification. The stress of raising a child on my own and the stress of going to college has caused me to gain a lot of weight. I could stand to lose at least 70 pounds and my daughter could stand to lose 15-20. Two years ago I weighed 212lbs. I lost my husband and baby in a car accident, was very badly injuried, I then changed my life so I could be the best mom possible for my little girl. To date I’ve lost 76lbs by cleaning up my diet and hitting the gym. I’m down to last 20lbs… my goal was to be there by this summer.. we all know how difficult it is the closer you get to your ideal weight.
I eat clean.. I intermittent fast.. I know the basics of working out… but I never knew how to put it all together the way that you have! I need a clear guide to show me how to take it off… and keep it off!

I’m in my late 40’s and started to gain lots of weight in my early 30’s due to a thyroid problem. I’ve tried all sorts of diets, but always gain it all back with extra. I am currently 45 pounds overweight.
I want to excercise, but am usually too tired at the end of my day.
I feel if I can lose at least some of the weight through diet, then I can regain some energy to excercise again.
I want to regain my energy so I can do more with my wife and kids.

Most of my life I was a skinny guy. I couldn’t gain weight, I couldn’t gain muscle. I was a geek, a brainiac and a stoner. I spent all my time behind a desk earning money for someone else or wasting my time smoking. In my 30’s I started to gain weight but I never had what women would consider an attractive body. In my 40’s I lived with and married an abusive alcoholic and was miserable for nearly 10 years. Now, I’m divorced. I’ve spent the past 2 years of my life re-learning who I really am. Finding myself, building confidence and doing everything I can to improve myself as a person. I’ve quit smoking, I’ve learned to help many people and changed my job from just something that makes money for others, to something that helps the environment and our future by developing solar energy all throughout California. My goal is to become the best person, in the best shape I’ve ever been in by the time I reach 50, next year. Everything in my life has improved except for 2 things, I am still overweight at 186 lbs and only 5′-5″, and I still want to find the woman of my dreams. Everything I’ve tried to lose weight has failed. I think your program is on to something and may be exactly what I need to handle this last part of my life.

I just don’t believe that this works for normal non jock person. It sounds very interesting, but I just don’t think it will work on regular folks. I would love to be proven wrong.
