Hello Joel! Your program is exactly what I need in my life at the moment to help me loose weight after a severe childhood injury; I fell from the top of a 3 metre diving board onto the concrete below. As I age (now 40yrs) my body is finding it harder to cope with the stress of a tonne of connective tissue damage. Exercise is difficult as my neck/throat is very swollen, making many types of cardio exercises hard to sustain my breathing. A method to stay trim and fit will definitely keep other illnesses (diabetes etc) at bay.
I feel that the information in your program will help me get my body/life back. I am keen – ok, desperate – to rebuild the tissue damage through weight training (once was a gym junkie) and learn which foods to include to achieve my goal. I have searching for many years for a means to rebalance my body and loose weight and would love to follow your program.
