Why do I need this? I was the chubby one, the overweight teen and battled all my life. I was the one who was basically invisible–no date for the prom, last chosen in PE–all the typical hurtful things that happen to overweight kids. I’ve lost, gained, lost again, gained again. Wow! Looks like I am already late in this contest!
For starters, I don’t believe that I deserve to win a free copy anymore than anyone else willing to follow your program and stick to it!
The reason I want to win? I am sick of being fat despite all my efforts, and I can’t wait to start seeing results.
In a few words: Gained 27 pounds on a certain “crap” medication. I had to fight to wean off said “crap” drug, and I am almost done with it (medication free, yeah!) Now, I want to get back the rest of who I once was: In shape, slim and active old me :-)

I recently joined the cadet academy here in Nairobi,Kenya,my dad sought the refuge of military standards to “straighten me up(thin me out)”,well I am a good teen(18),no drugs,dont hang out with the wrong company,so why did my dad send me here??well,its because my body dosent keep the right company..FAT’s a good friend :P
being in a military house,with shredded brothers, I honestly stand out/wide(especially in family pictures).military school does offer its fare share of early friggin morning jogs and 100 crunches before bed and 1000 more when you wake up,plus extra drill activities which have helped me loose 30 pounds or so in the last 12 months,but that’s too slow for me because im still round.., weighing 176 pounds..
Im currently on my 4 week break from the academy,and I was hoping to acquire your programme and make drastic changes with my diet at home where it is possible,..back at the academy we are mostly served with a fixed menu of traditional dishes which are full of carbs and very little protein.. I really would appreciate this opportunity to achieve something I have longed for..a good body and respect from my dad..this would also boost motivation to my patrol,who are also obese,if their leader can,why cant they..thanx though joel,killer info.

This is Denmark calling. I have been on and off diets most of my adult life. I have tried everything from Atkins, high carb diets, low carb diets, bloodtype related diets etc. However, my main problem is not only the love of food, but also the problem of not being able to stop eating and therefore the control over food on too “open” diets. Your diet has a very strategic and controlled approach. This is exactly what I have been looking for, a diet with specific goals every day, each day different, variety and that special cheat day where my love of food will be get free-roam. Just like workouts that are too open to personal interpretations, diets can suffer from the same aspect. This diet has to be the most anticipated diet I have ever seen, and never have I been looking more forward to going on a diet than I have with this one. I hope I get the chance to win a free copy. The foremost thought in my head right now is ‘this is it’. It’s finally dawned on me that I am responsible for my physical and mental health, nobody else, and that I have been very lucky to be given the gift of a healthy body so why on earth should I abuse it everyday and ruin it beyond repair. Hey.I am 19 and from South-Africa.Over the past 2 years I have read countless magazines,visited hundreds of internet sites and had many debates about fatloss. My main gaol,besides building muscle is to have that sixpack that everybody strives for.I can tell you now that I never have even come close to that. I am a diciplined trainer but lacks dicipline when it comes to dieting!If I dont see results in two or three weeks then I end up with a bucket of ice cream and quiting my goal. Well as a teenager I grew up pretty chubby. I got fed up and started dieting. Soon realised that wasnt enough, so I started training and soon realised that wasnt enough. Although Ive lost a reasonable amount of weight I am not satisfied with my body. I would really love to drop about 12 pounds of bodyfat. And if you have a program that can do that AND i can still eat pizza, i GOT TO get my hands on it. I have all the determination and will power to be where I want to be, the only thing i lack right now is the knowledge. And the solution to my problem is, of course………. your program!!!! p.s. Im going on holiday with a group of friends for the summer and one of the friends being an ex of mine, and what sweeter revenge is there than me having a rockstar celeb figure in a bikini :) It would give me the world of self confidence that really need at this point.

I am entering because my (twin) sister begged me to. She has entered too. We are a couple of ‘oldies’ (56) who live in Australia.
Alison exercises all the time and loves it I rarely do. I don’t like it. Alison is a few kilos lighter than me but should be more than that with all the effort she puts in. I know must do more exercise even for health reasons. I think with your program maybe I will be motivated by good results…So.. if either of us win, I have agreed to bite the bullet and do it with her. Her husband said he will too. . He weighs what he did in high school and is pretty fit.

I’m getting ready to enter the Navy after graduation. I’d say I’m in above average shape, but I’m looking to drop those pounds that have creeped onto my frame and enter the service in the best possible shape. I was looking to drop fat anyway, but doing it the Xtreme way don’t sound half bad!

I’m following your email moreover the John Benson and Kim and certainly you procedure is really amazing to obtain the best result in the less time and moreover the permanent results, instead the changing getting following the known “magical” diets. I’ve got a very thin body with very few back muscles and also the strange belly fat although i don’t sure if i could get a really defined one because i use to breath filling my stomach -due to special “energetic” adviced- so besides when i finish to eat my belly is like a ballon which is really unconfortable … because the rest of the body is thin.

I’ve been excited and waiting for your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System to come out. So many things came together at this time that tells me this is a big part of what I have been needing. Having been thin my whole life, it was a shock to have my body change in my 40’s. But I got on a system, worked with a trainer and at 46 I had my best body ever. Now I find myself coming up to my 58th birthday May 27th with the most body fat % I’ve ever had. I never even made it up snowboarding this year. I returned to the gym last month and have been getting my dogs out in the hills. I eat healthy and do nutritional cleansing days, yet I seem stuck. My business relies on me looking healthy and in shape. I have an incredible boyfriend who looks better than most guys in their 20’s. He says he loves my body, yet I want to be beautiful and sexy for him and be proud of and feel confident in my body again. I joined the IsaBody Challenge and signed up with a trainer, with my after pictures due June 22nd. I am ready to do this right with focus and commitment. I trust that what you have developed to do over the 25 days will be the breakthrough I have been dreaming for with just the right timing for all that is coming.

I will be 46 this year and have been trying to lose at least 10 lbs for the past year. not one pound has disappeared. I workout in the gym at least 3 time a week and walk the other days with one rest day. yet nothing!!!! I am convinced, after reading you updates over the past weeks that I need to be more strategic in the way I approach my fat loss program. I have developed some muscle – somewhere under the extra fat I am carrying around and I think it is past time that I showed them. Your program will provide the opportunity to have a plan that works. Joel, as a 58 yearn old male who is currently about 27kgs over weight, tired and sluggish most of the time with a high blood pressure challenge, I have tried numerous ways to get fit and loose that unwanted flab. Your program appears to cut to point with none of the usual B..S.. and acknowledges that whilst there will be quick results there is also some hard work required. You provide the silver bullet but without the energy to fire the bullet that’s all it is. So follow the program, work as directed and the results will be there… unless I have misread all your information of course. I am ready willing and able to do this, I want to be around to see my kids have their kids and this is my ticket to a long healthy fit future.

My name is Ian and I live in Scotland. I am 51 years old, married and have superb twins aged 12, I can not remember the last time I had a body I was happy with.
In my early years I trained in the gym and obtained something like a reasonable build.
I think it all started to go wrong with the introduction of the cheap “all inclusive“ holidays.
I am 5ft 10ins tall and now weigh in at 116lbs, yes frightening how contentment works.
I have tried recently, but with the prospect of continual calorie counting and NO results to be seen, I have failed miserably.

Hi Joel, I’ve been following your free updates with great expectation. That’s because I’ve just realized why I have not been satisfied with my body, even when I was thin. Yes, I was skinny fat. Even weighing 120 lbs (my height is 5.55 ft), I’ve had belly fat. Now I’m at 154 lbs, my all time highest weight. I’ve dieted and bounced back, and now I realize that my approach was wrong. Before, I just thought that stubborn fat was unavoidable, and that it’s just the way I’m built. Now, for once, I would like to have a body to be proud of. Gaining strength would also be nice, since I’m sadly out of shape. I would be very happy to do that in time for summer, since my summer wardrobe is now 1-2 sizes too small. Buying tons of ‘fat’ clothes would be like admitting my defeat, so I’m pushing that as far as I can.

Coming to you through Rob Poulos already means that you are very serious about your knowledge and experience. After reading your “5SneakyTricks” the things started to make sense even more. Your explanations are straight and simple, very logical and obviously well researched even to me coming from another culture and with limited language skills. Being aware of the things we eat and the exercises we do (with the right system and timing) will certainly make me and all my family members feel well balanced and able to fulfil our daily expectations.
