I’m a 17 year old guy about to finish high school. I will be travelling to Miami over the holidays and I want (I WILL) to look ripped for the beach. I used to be extremely overweight, but after using a variety of training protocols and a healthy diet I was able to reach 11% body fat and build a good amount of muscle. However I’m currently stuck. After 3 months of hard training and dieting I have only been able to reach 10.2%. At such a slow rate, I feel I won’t be able to lose all the fat I want and I won’t be able to show my hard earned muscle. I do my best to stay motivated but the cravings increase the more I diet, I often feel miserable when I go out with friends for parties and dinners, and I’m not able to drink or eat anything I truly enjoy, and despite those sacrifices I’m still getting no results to show for it.
I have searched for different diets and training routines to help me lose the last bit of fat, but I feel most of them have been designed for people who are extremely over weight and just wish to reach average or decent levels of conditioning. After reading through your websites and reading Vince Delmonte’s and John Romaniello’s success, I have decided that this is the program for me and it will help reach my goals.
