I’m totally psyched to try this program and submitting this comment mostly because I just don’t want to wait until the 4th to get my hands on it! In January, I completely turned around my lifestyle. I went from completely sedentary and eating every meal out to eating a natural, whole foods diet and getting active on a regular basis. These simple changes have made me drop almost 40lbs. I’ve noticed that every time my weight loss slows, something would come up-my sister’s baby shower, a friend’s birthday party, an office luncheon. I have tried everything from martial arts to going solo on programs i have found on the net, however none of these have made logical sense to me they have been tryouts, unsuccessful tryouts at that i have read the articles you have posted and watched the videos, the point you make about leptin levels decreasing as dieting and then

I’m sick of my friends telling me to do cardio to lose fat. I’ve learnt so much about fat loss, calorie deficits, insulin levels, carbohydrate intakes and fasting over the years that I SHOULD be lean and toned with abs by now, but I’m not. To make it worse, I know that since I put fat on my face quicker than my body, fat loss is the key for me to rediscover my jawline and cheekbones, which define handsomeness. That’s key when it comes to attracting women.
Years ago I stumbled upon a self invented diet that got me losing a fair amount of weight. Since then I’ve learnt more and more, but never included cheat meals or days included. This leptin thing could be the key reason I had success before. Cheat your way thin sounds great but this 5 day cycle has me very intrigued as it adds fasting which is something I’ve recently learnt of.
I want the satisfaction of having abs and telling people who believe running will help you lose weight to try and match my abs by running. It’s so annoying. I’d try one form of diet or another and when it invariably failed due to lack of leptin restoration, SOMEONE, a friend or family member would tell me to “try not to eat fast food”, “try to exercise a bit more”, “you should go jogging”. Aaargh! I’m so much smarter than you people! Its about time I had the results to prove it.

Hello – my name is Abi and I am a chocoholic – haha!! Really I am, and your plan looks awesome – I believe I could stick to it down to the last letter thanks to the cheat day (….mmmmm chocolate on Sundays!) The whole plan just seems so scientific and strategic, all makes a whole lotta sense and I just don’t think it could fail…..and quite frankly I want some of it!! Tips on how to workout smarter would be fab too….I have some pretty good muscle tone going on, but unfortunately it is covered with a layer of fat which I would love to shed. I would shout out about my success story and send people in your direction, provide before and after’s etc. I will gladly buy the plan when it is released…..but the main reason I want to win it is because I want to start it NOW, like today…..I simply cannot wait til May 4th!!! I have never read such interesting newsletters in my life, I actually look forward to what you have instore for me each and every day… THANK YOU. I`ll be turning 31 next month and I desperately need a new transfomatin. I have gained wiehgt rapidly for the past 4 years and it got worse before and after giving birth bith about 18 months ago. For the past few years I have to reach my goal of reaching six pac abs but to no avail. No matter how much I try to exercise, watch what I eat I can never seem to make a breakthrough. Finally, someone has created a fat loss program that makes sense! How many times can a person endure diet after diet, only to lose muscle along with the fat. And guess what comes back with the weight – fat, not muscle!
This program is just what I have been needing. My husband and I are pushing 50 and are moderately active. Hello Joel! I agree with all of your theories about fat loss. My husband argues and does not believe them. Guess what? He’s the skinny one! He doesn’t understand how difficult losing fat is because he’s never had a problem. I would love to win your program, and in 25 days prove to him that you are right! I am 48 and am a good 40 or 50 lbs heavier than I should be. I have tried several commercial programs including Jenny C and believe that the weight loss industry is set up to keep you spending $ only to have you gain the weight back. I have a 9 year old son who I would like to keep up to for the next several years but I worry that if I don’t have a breakthrough, I may be a candiate for diabetes, stroke or worse. I am currently working shift work and I believe it could contribute to health problems as well. Fortunately it is a temporary situation. Hi Joel, Can I first Thankyou for the recent emails that in themselves have given core information and value, I can honestly say that I haved looked forward to receiving them everyday and today being the most exciting as 5 lucky people get to win them. I am a mother of 3 children with ages ranging from 2 to 16!! My life is very hectec and unfortunately like alot of people I rarely get the time to do things for myself. I have recently had surgery on my feet and therefore have been unable to move around. With the boredom I have put on weight and feel very unwell. I used to work out a lot but have been unable to lately becasue of problems with my feet which the operation should have sorted. I am just started using them again and when my badages come off the feet I would like to start on a fitness program that will give me some fast results and make me feel better about myself. hi Joel. thanks for this opportunity. I really enjoyed the updates and the way it was all explained in a down-to-earth way. I’m on medication for both diabetes and hypertension and need to lose weight in order to improve my health. I have tried loads of diets but none are sustainable and offer very little in the way of permanent weight loss and lifestyle change. The one’s that offer training programs do not motivate for long term progress. Extreme fat loss– my gosh do I need it.
I am 69 and have been over weight for most of my adult life, when slimmer at 90 lb I struggled to get there and struggled to stay there.
I am about 196 lb and at 65″ tall I am well over weight. I need the motivation and inspiration and guidance I am sure Extreme fat loss will be able to give me.

All the way in Harare were “fat women” are normal and considered more attractive, it’s almost impossible to find tools to help you to lose weight. I was hoping this diet plan would give me 100% guidance on what to eat, when to eat it, what exercises to do how many times and so on. After two kids and hopefully one more on the way, I really don’t want to be this big anymore. I would like to be the reason and the start of a weight “revolution” in my town. I turn 56 next weekend and I’ve kept in fairly good shape over the years but I’ve never been able to get rid of those final 15-20lbs of trunk blubber I accumulated in my 30s. In Jan, I injured my back and could barely walk for 3 weeks never mind train. This finished a terrible 6 months where I lost my job and @ 6ft ballooned to 265 lbs! I started light excercise in March and contolled my comfort eating and in April have trained harder and have lost 15lbs. Its plateaued and there is a heap of belly fat to remove and another 35lbs to lose. I’m entering a triathlon this year and cycling 100 miles from Scotland to England but need to lose this extra weight – and look good in a tri-suit!
Too many diets are unresearched and leave you to your own devices- no wonder we keep de-railing… At last a fun, healthy system that produces results. Your blogs and testimonials of John Romaniello, Vince Del Monte and the lovely Flavia have got me well excited about the programme. If it can lose weight for these ripped guys, what will it to do for me?!?

I’m 46 years old, am unable to take on a job at the moment because my wife is studying ECD (Early Child Developement) and she will be away for over half the year. I lost 10kg 18 months ago, and over the last year gained 12kg. So I’m in need of something simple that works, and that works well. It has to be easy and I beleive your program can do it for me. I need to keep the fat off!! I also have high cholestrol (genetic) so having a program that can stop me from having a heart attck will help. 2 kids 8 & 10 who still need me!!!
