I feel I really need some help! I need to lose 35 lbs – I’m from Galway in Ireland, am a 41 year old mum of 4 and an asthmatic. I comfort eat when I don’t feel well and this just exacerbates my asthma and some lower back pain. I know all this and yet I can’t seem to stop eating. I find it hard to exercise vigorously and don’t know what exercises I should be doing. I’m embarrassed to talk to my GP. Your program looks like it is based on an understanding of body issues and addresses them logically. I’d really appreciate a free copy and am at a stage where I can commit to the right program!

Hi Joel! I believe the most important about your program is that it supports and gives simple advice to the weak people like us. Lots of us are just not strong enough to say no to bad lifestyle and they need coaching and support from a person who could be a perfect role model. And it seems, that your program is simple to follow and yet efficient. I’m excited to see and try the marvelous exersices you have there.
At the moment I’m in a rather inattractive condition, the worst is a lack of energy. I see now that you don’t have to stay hours in a gym, which is great, cause I don’t have that much time. And I hope that your program will help me to become to like and estimate myself.

I lost almost two stones in 12 weeks in October-December last year (mostly body fat), through changing my dietary habits and breakfast in particular. This transformed my life, and got me part-way out of a depression. I helped run a weight-loss club this year, and got great results with the participants, but I would like to reach a larger audience now, particularly men and people who do not see weight loss as an issue. I’m using myself as a guinea pig to see whether I can replace more of my body fat with lean muscle tissue, and develop a toned body, and your program would be a great help to me. Once I get my own result, I can then help more people achieve optimal health through nutrition and exercise.

Hi, I need to loose weight and body fat % (now at 35% on tanita scales) which since a few years have been trying by going to the gym and following various diets but not much change and if any gets back up and above once I stop or slow down a little. I was browsing the net last week and saw Joe.s site about the extreme weight loss programme which looks very realistic and motivating and from the 6 informational updates I got subsequently I am convinced that this IS the programme which is the best for me and for anyone else for that matter. Also the theory Joe explains about weight loss and eating habbits, specially about the metabolism part is very inspiring which has shown me why even after trying for some years I have not been able to loose the weight as required. After reading Joe’s website I feel possitive that by using Joe’s programme I will definely reach my best phisique which every man can dream of. Hi Joel,
I’ve ALWAYS been fat. ALWAYS. Nicknames at school included “10-ton” and “barrel”. However, I’ve also always been active and until recently I always ate healthily as well. This has now gone out of the window from pure frustration – my subconscious seems to be thinking “what the hell is the point in eating sensibly and healthily, and going to the gym etc. if you never see any reward for your hard work?” I could not figure out the reason why the weight just kept steadily piling on (I’m 5’7″ and have about 7 stone/100lbs to lose), so maybe your programme is the answer.

Finally, quite apart from all the issues that being fat brings to your life, I teach Tai Chi and desperately want to increase interest in this fantastic form of exercise. But I feel that potential pupils take one look at me and think “Well it obviously doesn’t do her any good, so what’s the point?” I’d love it if I could lose the fat and finally get the body I feel I deserve!

I would really like to use this system as I am about to go and climb Mount Elbrus as part of the Seven Summits bid in July. I am gyming to get fit at this stage…mainly legs and endurance, however, my nutrition needs fine tuning and my fat percentage could come down a bit. it is 30%..okay for a 42 year old female, but not lean and mean enough to make my climb great by not having to lug this extra fat with me up to 5700m amsl. I find it really hard to reduce fat percentage..I lose weight, but remain flabby and would really like to “look and feel” the part of a lean mountain climber. I have high hopes after seeing Vince and his wifes outcome…and am dedicated and committed to trying this program which from what you say, lays it all out like being spoon fed- a recipe for success, and a body I can only at this point, dream of.

Hi joel…..your more like an idol to me..ur approach to fat lose have made me ammazed…..i achieved great informations about fat lose in the last 5 updates given by you…..ur unsual fat lose tips made my worries fly away…..i am a college student and i need to get into shape in order to enter into modelling…iam having a good physic but all these semester exams…results……projects have made me to gain fat due to improper work out schedulling…if u help me with this free offer…i will be able to get a good ripped and fat free lean and attractive body again and do my photoshoots clean and perfect..i hope u will pick me as well..thank u…

This program seems one of the few available on-line that combines how to eat, with daily variations, and how to balance that with targeted work-outs, also of various types. Having Metabolic Syndrome, Im curious if that large change in chemistry could be an answer to my problems, which are extremely complex!
My body is a loyal friend, but we disagree on certain things, and it generally wins! Poor me! :) I cant begin to tell you what numerous things Ive tried to bring back energy and lose fat, while gaining muscle…with limited success. If it works for me, it could work for anyone. I’d make a great experiment..and Im disciplined, so following for 25 days faithfully is guaranteed. There is nothing I want more than to get my health back. Looking good is lovely, but having had a nearly fatal injury, with massive complications and years of recovery, I can tell you, health and energy are life itself…but I have to earn them every single day.

This is perfect for me. I have struggled with excess weight for all of my adult life and nothing I have tried ( I have tried just about EVERYTHING) has been successful. I was the victim of a high speed impact road accident 14 years ago and now suffer from lymphodema as well as the congenital liposdystrophy I have. So I now have limited mobility added to the mix. If the promises this makes are really true then this is for me.

I am turning 40 shortly and I made a promise to myself that I will be in the best shape that I’ve ever been when that day rolls around. As the years have passed, the excess weight and fat has been much harder to get rid of.

I will be returning to school in the fall to become a part of the fitness industry. But who would want to train with someone who doesn’t look or act the part? I sure wouldn’t. With this program, I think it’ll help me modify my eating habits by telling me exactly what and when to eat it. By having the workout tracking sheets staring at me in the face, it would motivate me even more to follow the workouts to a “T” and to push myself even harder. I am so incredibly anxious to get this program. I have tried so many things and never been able to get below 16% body fat, I started at 30% and lost 50lbs on my own so im very dedicated. In the past. I have overworked myself and tried over 1000 calories of cardio a day and even hurt my shoulder working out too hard and even then didnt get the results. I’m an athlete who trains 5-7 days a week, both strenght and conditioning, and for the last couple of months I’ve been dieting too. I’ve lost quite a bit of fat, but it is seriously slowing down now although I have been using cheat-days, lactic acid training and other tricks to keep the progress going. To me, the XFLD looks like the perfect program to get me completely ripped, and as a very active person who not only trains hard with weights and running, I climb, dive etc and love to push the boundaries of my mind and body to see what I can achieve, and this program looks to be the perfect way to push my body the last way to utter perfection. This will not only make me look and feel better, but it will most importantly give me the edge in all my activities.

Hello, my name is Abi and I am a chocaholic – haha!!!! Your plan just strikes me as something I could stick to down to the letter, if I could have my chocolate once a week on the cheat day! I workout often and mostly eat pretty healthy (except the odd chocolate binge), but would love to learn all about your plan….it all sounds so scientific and strategic…..I just don’t think it can possibly fail….and I want some of it!! Also learning how to workout smarter would be a bonus…I am no stranger to working out, but some tips on how to workout smarter would be awesome. I have pretty good muscle memory and tend to shape up pretty quickly…….and will shout it out and share it when I reach my goal weight with your program. I will gladly buy it when it is released, but the reason I want to win is I want to start it NOW…I can’t wait for May 4th!!! PLEEEEEEEEEZE!

I own a small ladies gym and I am so proud of my ladies – they work hard 3 times per week – I know they do the correct exercises because I develop their programmes from guys like Craig Ballentyne, Holly Rigsby, Dr. K … but some ladies can’t seem to lose that last 10 – 15 lbs and they get frustrated because they know their muscle tone is brilliant, but there’s that last bit of fat covering them up! Joel, my mother told me how to lose weight. ‘Eat as much as you can and then go through up’. Or, ‘go for the operation where they put staples in you tummy to make it smaller’. Oh and then there is ‘binding your teeth together with wire so you can’t eat a thing’! And then of course there are ‘those pills you can take to suppress your appetite and give you energy’. Yes, I’ve seen it all but haven’t tried them all.

I really need your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System! I have always had trouble losing weight and keeping it off. I need your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System to teach me how to live a healthy balance live. I might even be so lucky to share this with my daughter than what my mom shared with me.

I’ve been battling to get rid of the 14kg I picked up during pregnancy and my metabolism is non-existing, due to starvation and yo-yo diets that just doesn’t work!

Hi Joel. I’m a spa consultant, and spend my days developing all manner of businesses from spas to health resorts. I’m qualified in nutrition and fitness, amongst other things, so you’d think that I don’t need a program, right? Wrong! Just like doctors who are always sick, and plumbers with leaky taps, I’m great at designing systems for others, but when it comes to my own body and behaviour – I need someone else to kick my butt! I subscribe to SOOO many health and fitness newsletters in order to keep up with the latest for my clients, but it’s usually variants of the same old thing. I have got to lose this weight. I used to run 40 miles a week and put on weight. I now weigh over twice what I weighed in my teens and I haven’t grown an inch. My life is in danger. Maybe something XTreme will do the trick.

In just a month I’m going to go a course that will be more fun and rewarding if I’ve lost the pounds that’s making me sad and tired. I want to find strength in being able to have the body I want, but it’ll also be easier to cope with the more physical aspects of the course. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I have lost and regained large amounts of weight several times, and at the moment I’m somewhere in the middle. I had been losing but I’m starting to feel kind of stuck and I’m losing motivation. I need something that works that I can stick to, and good results are great motivation. I bought your Cheat to Lose diet book a couple of years ago and my daughter and I followed the program very strictly and loved it. We lost quite a lot of weight. Now we need a program like yours just to help/guide us, to give us the inspiration to lose more weight and body fat. Although I have lost quite a few kilos, my body fat is still nearly 30% and my daugthers more then that. With your program/training, we would be able to get the bodies we have always wanted. I would specially like to help my daughter as she desperately needs to lose more weight. To have a complete Fat Loss program would be so helpful. Thanks for all the newsletters, I enjoy reading them. Lots of info in them.

I’ve been big all my life, big is genetic in my family as are thyroid problems and diabetes. I’ve tried every diet on the market losing a kilo here and there but it always comes back with more. ie if I lose 5kgs, I’ll gain 10kgs. I’ve been using the tips that you’ve been sending and they’ve been working and I feel great. To be honest I want to lose weight for three reasons:
1) Diabetes and heart problems run in my family
2) I want to feel good about myself and be able to look in the mirror and not be repulsed by my own reflection
3) I’m planning on moving overseas in the near future and want to be a new me, I want to leave the fat, depressed, boring me behind and start a new life being fit and healthy and happy

Hey it’s Jor’El of fat loss whaat whaaat! :* I don’t know maybe you remember me from the testimonial video which proves I got great results from CYWT and that it works…and this is basically the uber version of CYWT so I’m not here to tell you why I should get this, I’m here to tell you I’m getting it one way or the other, even if I have to arm wrestle that freaky looking gargoyle in your video :p Your info on fat loss kicks a$$ like nothing out there. For me it was by far the easiest and most effective fat loss program out there and XFL is even better combined with synergistic exercise program, I mean…duh, get this!

Joel – I am currently forward deployed to an austere location, we have a great gym and I have been busting my butt to get in as great as shape as I can to surprise my wife of 17 years and my 4 kids when I get back home. I work in the medical field and my entry degree was in exercise physiology, and I truly appreciate the research that goes into your program. I haven’t been able to keep up on the latest and greatest changes in the world of fitness because I must now concentrate on Orthopaedics. I have been able to stay in fairly good shape, but haven’t had my abs back since I turned 21. I think that your program could give me those back for the first time in a long time. Either way, I’ll be trying your program, I am just hoping to be able to order it from over here and hope I don’t have to wait until I get back home in September.
There are 5 of us here on a forward surgical team and we would all be working out and eating using your program. We do have the limitation of having to get the majority of our food shipped in from home, but have tried to keep it as healthy as possible.
