7 years ago i had a near death experience and had 2 operations and was fitted with a pacemaker and it is absolutely vital i keep my weight down and improve my fitness. My MD suggested resistance training and care full control of my weight and i should check out a program that has both resistance training and a food intake control and run it past him for his approval . I feel that your system may just be right for me as you have a older person training segment in the initial course i purchased from you.I see this as the first step in the right direction. This not just about losing weight and getting fit and to show off my body and muscles this is very real it is about survival and staying alive, the hardest thing in my life and the number one priority now is the deadly serious busines of life itself I have no margin for errors, this is not a game .I hope that your program might work for where others have failed Cheers Clyde Dennis Brisbane Australia

being 44, I started working out 2 years ago because I looked at the mirror and couldn’t stand my shapes. I’m barely 20 years old and I have missed so much of my life because of how my body looks and how that makes me feel. I mean, a person this age shouldn’t have regrets. Well im a auditor, so with deadlines and late nights. My body is starting to show the results of that:-(. After reading the 7 part introduction and hmmm “eating pizza” can make me loose weight, thats what im talking about. Just from been wise can show results. Joel, Why i think i deserve this program is simple. I am 20 years old and graduated college a year ago My mom has been sick for the past couple years now and i have 3 sisters who all decided to work… so I chose to stay at home with my mother to take care of her and the house. I have no time for myself and to take care of myself and as you would know that staying at home 24/7 will make you gain weight, and i did! Good Morning Joel,

Abou 2 years ago I had a heart infarct and needed to stop smoking and starting a healthier life. Because I stopped smoking I gained 9 kilograms in weight and really was way too heavy. I am 1.63 meters and already lost 19 kilograms, but am still not ot of the risk zone with 80 kilograms. Right now I am not losing weight anymore since november and I really need a program that helps me to lose weight again and yours will do just that

Please help me. I want this for my husbond. He is getting older, will turn fifty next year. He is constantly telling me that he want to lose weight and get back in shape. Doesn’t have the time to work our, travell to much with his work and therefor have terible eating habits, and on top of this he got rheumatism. You truly have given me some hope again! Thank you so much for that.
I am 24 and have been on a “diet” for the past 8 years. I have tried hundreds of diets available to us in sunny South Africa. Every time the first 5 kilo’s fall off-I hit 70 kilo’s and BAM! it all stops working. I eventually ended up with reasons from doctors such as “you just have that body type that will never lose more than half a kilo a month”-talk about flattening someone-how can I live on carrots and broccoli if it’ll be 6 months before I see the tiniest change!? I have been on pills that are supposed to make you fat melt and nothing happened. Now doctors have said it’s a hormonal problem they cannot crack. I think they are right-it is hormones! Insulin and Leptin. Your 5 sneaky tricks last week almost had me in tears! It makes so much sense!
