In the last 18 months I have completely changed my life. I was so unhappy in my own skin and decided it was time for a change. It was pointless being jealous of slim and fit people as I realised that I was not going to get fitter by sitting on the sofa eating chocolate ! So it started. I lost 3 stone, am a UK size 8, I go running, spinning and do pilates. Because of the changes I made, I have been able to raise money for charities by climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, spending 6 hours on a spinning bike and completing a survival challenge in Sweden. I now do these expeditions as ‘staff’ and help and inspire others to achieve their goals. As such, I am now going for more qualifications in canoeing and rock climbing too ! Having hung on every word you have said and written over the last week, I am now on day 4 depletion and have already lost 4.5lbs – I feel awake and very alive !!! I want to be the best I can so I can help others be the best they can – you are helping me to achieve my maximum potential and I am very grateful. Thank you for making a difference to me. Abs X

I’ve been “trying” to diet for the previous months, tried all the detox, tablets, etc.., same as everyone, i have done a lot of boring and yes unsuccessful research, i’ve crammed into myself a hell lot of info, yet don’t know how to distinguish between the right and most effective techniques to loose weight. i reckon i’ve read the wrong type of material and just confused myself so much that i just want to give it up, and return the same old life and try to adapt the life of an obese person for the rest of my life…

so just need a bit of encouragement and the right way to success, the observance of a mentor and a good diet plan to follow…

I am 49 years old & have tried lots of different diets but still stuggle to keep my weight off,most of the best diet programs which offer support are so expensive,as I am a single mum I have never wanted to indulge that much money onto myself, I hate looking in the mirror at the moment & would be over the moon to be able to experience such a great program as yours seems to be, just the info i have read allready has taught me a few things, so i can only imagine how helpful the whole program would be!

Hmmm where to begin. I have always been an incredibly fit and active over achiever – then slam – 3 injuries back to back – broken tibial plateau, broken elbow and smashed shoulder/humerus (2 pins, 2 plates 9 screws) – 5 surgeries in one year. When freedom of movement is taken away from you it’s quite shocking,! I did some traveling in attempt to get some peace of mind and instead ended up with parasites – messed with metabolism on top of already having my ability to exercise taken away = I gained fat. I went back to uni to study physiotherapy (to try and put humpty dumpty back together again…) I did a masters which was 2.5 years STRAIGHT study plus working in attempts to afford it – Add stress to the dodgy metabolism and I’m just stuck. I bust my butt to eat healthy and try to get the body I had back but I have put on what I call a ‘fat suit’ – it’s this layer of fat over my entire body that I can’t seem to shake. It’s incredible how it alters your perception to life – I went from running in a bikini to never wearing short sleeves – and it’s not like I’m a big girl, it’s just this fat layer that nothing seems to get rid off – I’m a skinny fat… but with huge drive, determination and hope to find something to get rid of it.

This is exactly what I need, I am currently nearly 4 stone overweight and could do with some sensible, practical guidance on weight loss. I have read and implemented your training regimes, and so far have lost over 2 stone, yet feel that if I have this programme I could lose even more body fat. If I ran them both concurrently I’d like to lose the remaining 4 stone. Being overweight has really lowered my self-esteem, I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to finding fat loss solutions for us.

I really need an effective program to fulfill my dream of becoming a model, I’ve tried a lot of different programs and still haven’t got the perfect mid section. Hopefully this program will help.

Hey Joel, thanks for this opportunity. I can’t wait to get my hands on the Xtreme Fat Loss System, whether I win one or buy it. The last 6 updates have had bells ringing in my head. It all seems so straight forward and the principles you address all make perfect sense but without you to put it all together for us – we are bogged down with paralysis through analysis – ateast I am! I understand the need for a calorie deficit but how and when to refeed and this idea of the refeed day not resulting in ANY weight gain? You’ve got to be kidding! Despite of having a quite healthy diet for a number of years now and exercising since I can remember, I never managed to get the body I wanted.

There are some points in life when you need to take a decision for making your life better or dare I say it…to change it 100%, commit to that and go all the way. That happened to me one year and a half ago when I could not take it anymore… Since then I started an intense workout routine going to the gym for 5 days a week, up to two hours per workout. I changed my eating habits going for organic food (I even started to grow it myself). I studied a lot trying to get information from everywhere but I felt like the more I read and learned about fat loss, the more I got stuck in what seemed to be a jungle of confusion. I got great results…lost 22kg but in the end I hit “the wall”.
That was until in my search I found the Cheating Day eye opener concept and Final Phase Fat Loss program of John Romaniello. I am currently on my third week of FPFL workout and the results are crazy…(he is the only one who left me flat on the gym’s floor).
But Joel, to make the story short: If the two of you teamed up for creating something…it can only be 100%. And if is 100% than it is for me!!

In three weeks is my 61st birthday. I have been struggling with my weight for the last 38 years and in the last nine years experienced 3 angioplasties — 1 as a result of a mild heart attack and according to my last physical I am pre-diabetic. I am currently in Iraq and 10 months ago I started a walking program that has enabled me to reduce from 348 to 306; however, the uneven ground has taken a toll on my ankles and I have had to reduce the time spent. This means that my dietary regime has become much more important. Even though my BMI has reduced to slightly over 40 my body fat is far too high.

I have recently learned that my employer is going to require a BMI of less than 38 by the time my contract renewal in 10 short weeks. Coupled with the very real health risks that I am facing, I believe that I have the motivation to adhere and be successful on your program. The challenge will be to follow and be successful while being limited to military mess hall food.

I am 36 years old, and have resumed weight training after a long time. The issue with me when I started this was fat loss (especially around my belly). I consulted a nutritionist, an experienced had in this area, and found out that my fat % was 32. I started his course seriously and have brought down my fat % to 22 now, in 3 months time. I could see the results, and that fat loss was possible. I also reduced my weight by about 6 KG. Now, I need to reduce the fat loss further by at least 10 – 12 %, while gaining muscle. But, I am now stuck, on the kind of food I should eat that will help me gain muscle but not fat. I think your guide will give me the answers to the same.

The main reason is that I’m struggling to loose the “last” 5 lbs of fat (currently I’m at 10-11% B.F). I am a very active person, I work out 3-4 times a week and I also practice Kung Fu. When it comes to nutrition, I don’t like to mess around. In my opinion nutrition is the foundation, the building block for fat loss. If you don’t get it right, all else fails, no matter how hard you train, especially when body fat is in the single digits.

From what I’m reading on the net and through your mail list, it seems that it’s not just another “Diet”, it’s real and works ! ! ! It’s a way of life and not just something you do for some time ! ! Hey, if Roman vouches for Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, you don’t need more proof than that ! ! ! The guy is ripped and he says that by using Xtreme Fat Loss Diet helped him burn even more fat, which is what I want to accomplish !!!

i lost a lot o fat on regular diet and exercise regimes previously, however i have a lot of trouble concentrating on one program for a long. The idea of having a strategic cheat day is exhilarating- having a break from the hard work of avoiding the chocolaty side of life- genius.
i’ve been following this program and kinda drooling at the sounds of it.

I just finished my part-time MBA program while working full-time for the last 3+ years and I have been gaining weight due to my seditary life style, plus my wife’s great Chinese food cooking- she is Chinese. I have 2 young children that keep me busy after work so I really have limited time for hitting the gym. I need a program that is extreme to get me back into the best shape of my life- and FAST. 2 weeks ago I weighed in at the doctor’s office at 305 lbs on a 6′ 3″ frame. I should be 205 lbs like when I was racing bicylces in college or 235 lbs when I was playing college football. In those days my bodyfat was less than 10% but I don’t even want to think how high it is now…But all that was 20+ years ago- so I am feeling old at 43. I am on high blood pressure medication and medication for low thyroid along with my standard asthma medication. My wife is 15 years younger than I and my oldest son is only 2.5 years old. I need to get in shape and stay that way so I can keep up with my family and be heathly for them as I get even older. I need to challenge myself and I need something fast- that is why your program is appealing. I really like the idea of carb depletion, cheat, then fast combined with killer exercise! I know how it feels to push yourself and bonk on the bicycle. I have tried controlled fasting and it kicked my butt. I used to be a carb junky but I have also done Ketogenic diets in the past. Looking forward to the program.

Done it all I believe and in various combinations at that– cardio, weights, interval, high intensity, classes, programs, calorie counting, 4 meals, 6 smaller meals, more protein, less carbs, no carbs, holistic cleansing, no fruit, on & on it goes. But with absolutely NO results and yet finding the correct ratio & balance doesn’t seem to be within my grasp. A comprehensive package may possibly be the much needed ultimate solution to gain success and achieve what is seemingly impossible independently.

There is a lot more to life than wishing your body looked and felt better – which can take up a surprisingly huge portion of each day. There is more to fat loss – a lot more – than dieting and unplanned exercise. From what I have seen already through your emails, blogs and website, your fitness programme is based on excellent nutritional information, exercise and fitness practices and just the right amount of encouragement and guidance. And let’s face it, sometimes (OK, well, for me personally it’s often) you need that little voice over your shoulder to help keep you true to your cause.

Hi Joel- I have read your updates and it seems like I have been doing a lot of the wrong things and am ready to figure out how to get fit correctly. I have been gaining and losing the same 20 pounds over the last several years, but really need to lose around 180 pounds to get down to a healthy weight. I am 37 and have been fighting my weight for about 20 years now. I would love to turn 40 being healthy and fit. Thanks for your consideration.

This program is for me as I have been doing Mike Geary’s program for 18 months now and had progress but have come to a point where I have lost momentum and need a kick start to get things moving again. The fact that I am have diabetes is a very driving factor in my mission to loss weight and improve my health permanently, but it does have its draw backs as injecting insulin myself causes all these little spikes day in day out and when you have insulin spikes you get fat storage, this probably why my results are a little slower than the average persons. This program sounds exactly what I am needing to get things moving again with correct timing of workouts with eating etc as I think I am doing my cheats wrong by having Sat as cheat day and Sat and Sunday also my days off workouts, there by adding fat back on going on your teachings over the last few days. Thanks for the opportunity to restart the demise of the fat cells in my body. =)

I need help to complete what I’ve started! I was 80 pounds overweight and stuck in a sedentary job with little hope of changing anything. Then I took a good hard look at my children and realized they were going to end up like me, if I didn’t do something quickly. I’ve lost 40 of those 80 pounds on my own, but need help to reach my long term goal, and run that marathon! I want to be the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been, show my children that they can enjoy the foods they like as well as the healthy stuff, and teach them how to combine the food with the exercise and enjoy doing so. I need to change what I’m doing in order to continue reducing my body fat even more, especially the belly roll following two caesarian sections, and after reading around the subject decided your methods look really good. My children are competitive in sports but could do so much better, and by being the best they can be, will influence their friends. It starts by doing, then talking about it. If I can influence others by showing them it works, then I’ll be happy both for them and me! Your program will help me do just that.

this program is right for me right now because I have hit a plateau after loosing 14 kg and I really need to break through the next 2 kgs, then I can more forward and loose a further 15-20 kg to get back to an ideal weight, which I have not been for 20 years. 2kgs will get me lighter than I have been for 15 yrs! But I just can’t seem to move it:(
Right now I need some extra ideas and help to move forward, as it is rather frustrating.

Since 2006 (my husband had a heart attack then), we practice PACE and a low carb diet. Although we had quite a success, I believe that your system is the best to optimize not only our health but also the shape of our bodies – and this at the ages of 61 and 52!

Pick me, pick me!!! I will be 59 next week and have suffered from hypothyroidism, have quit smoking and gone through the change of life and my body is not very happy! Two years ago, I lost 65 pounds BUT, I didn’t cheat and I didn’t exercise. Let’s get real here! When ya get fat, ya get lazy and ya look and feel like garbage! I am SO ready for a change. It’s time to get in shape and keep in shape. How to you explain to your grandson that Grandma gained the weight again?!
