This programs incorporates everything that I’ve been searching for in one incredible package. I recently had a brain tumor removed. The recovery process has been difficult and I’ve gained 15 pounds since surgery due to less activity and poor eating habits. I am almost fully recovered now, but still suffering from the effects of poor eating choices and lack of exercise. I’m ready now to begin changing all this through your program!

I am new to your site and to your blog. I pretty much follow a Paleo type diet with some recipes via Isabel De Los Rios thrown in. It’s good for me as I’m carbohydrate intolerant. I would like to take my body to the next level. I already walk 2.5-3.5 miles/day 4-5 days/week. As I age, I know I also need a strength-training program. This program will give me the push to do it more. There’s Alzheimers on both sides of my family as well as diabetes and some heart disease. I’m trying to fend all of them off.

My impending marriage was recently called off due to my weight. I am the same weight as I was when I met my fiance, or ex-fiance now, but he decided that he wouldn’t marry me if I stayed the weight that I am currently. Listening to your updates has motivated me to begin eating right and working out the right way—-where the workouts actually work in tandem with the diet. Even though I won’t go back to the ex, I’m dying for him to see me 25 days after starting your program to show him what he’s missing!

Hey Joel,
I look forward to getting a hold of your system whether I win it or not, it would always be nice to win one though. I looked forward to your 6 emails cause how persuasive it was to me. I’m a construction business owner that actually works hard physically with my guys and would say I’m in great shape when it comes to endurance in my field but I have never been really proud of my body cause there has been always that lard hanging on. I’m 6’2 and quite broad so people would say I look good, but I could hide a flux of 25lbs either way with clothes on so people couldn’t tell, then you take the shirt off and there it is! I’m looking forward that somebody out there has it laid out for you like they say and it will take the guess work out of it. I can finally leave the research up to you and just use your vehicle that works and I can continue doing what I do in my field. It boils down to I just really want to look hot with that definition that you guys are talking about.The last 6 posts that you made has really convinced me that this really makes sense, with your expertise on having the diet and exercise laid out. I had a bad luck that my marriage failed, did rebound and strongly decided to chane my life arround.I started o work out regulary, watching my nutrition also,but still llearning……. got some results , hope almost there where i want to be with my apperance, but still so so far……..I think im doing everything right but stalled……have feeling one more important ingredient is missing to achieve my goals , and by everything i read about ur program i am sure this is just that ingredient that could push me step further.

Oh! I think this program sounds like it just might be my ticket to stopping my spiraling weight gain. I am my heaviest EVER. I know I have a slow metabolism, but I can’t seem to get the weight off. I could use the motivation and systematicity and the tips and the motivation.

This program sounds like the perfect thing for me. I am a very active guy, but have never been able to get that cut look that I have always wanted. I have tried other programs, but am not a fitness guru, and have very little knowledge of how to balance weight/resistance training, cardio, and diet to get the results that your program promises.

I am just so tired of ramping up the excitement by believing in yet another promise of reaching my weight loss goals, just to find out that yet again, nothing works. “Another pill to bruise my liver, another powdery tasting shake loaded with sugar. I’m of the skinny fat body type, I’ve amassed a ton of knowledge in the last couple of years of fighting it, added some muscle to my frame and made good progress. Hi, i’ve been doing a diet from around 3 months ago, and i lost only 1 kg (can’t seem to stick to it suddenly i start eating everything in the fridge), especially after my workouts. I teach cardio and muscle conditioning 3 times per week and i workout 2 more times at home and with all that i still can’t seem to get rid of the fat on and under my butt. I’m starting the extreme fat loss diet today, for the first time. It appeals to me because after trying numerous diets in one form or another, on this you’re allowed to cheat!! I normally start to lose my willpower after the fourth day, so this should be perfect…. Also, being in my 40’s, it gets harder and harder to lose the weight, even though I do lots of exercise, as I do weight training, aerobic gym training, cycling, volleyball and pilates.

I come from a family plagued with diabetes and high cholesterol. As a doctor, I know the importance of diet and exercise. I am trying to get fit myself and looking to teach new mothers to get back into their pre-pregnancy body. I have tried to exercise and eat as healthy as possible, but still am overweight. Hi Joel! I am 41 years old. I have 4 kids ( 19,15,4 & 2 ). Yes! I started all over again. I have always been very LUCY. I was a size 1, but a muscular healthy size one. Most people called me a FREAK of Nature. I was 117 lbs and now I am about 30-35 lbs hevier. I was on BED REST with my last two babies and gainned about 70lbs each time. My boyfriend works out of the house and had to also take care of me so 95% of our meals were TAKE OUT! :/ As you know working out and eatting right, take TIME and that is something there just didn’t seem to be enough of, because he has to be on his computer or the phone about 80% of the time. I spend my TIME trying to keep 2 little ones quiet, fed, potty trainned ect,ect… I Know how to Eat Right and LOVE doing IT. I have invested in several workout programs that I KNOW will give me the results I want, if I use them in conbination with everything YOU have tought me. I have read a lot of info on some of the things you talk about and agree 100% that this is the Right Way to do it. I look at my self in the mirror and HATE! what I SEE! :( This in turn is affecting my RELATIONSHIP with the man I plan on spendding the rest of my life with and my KIDS. Since times when i was seven years old I am thinking about my weight and fat every goddamn day. I have carried it through all cruel school period, and further. I hate my body. Hating my body I was working out really hard and finally saw my abs. But i want go beyond this. And i need it – your program I mean. I read all posts about it and believe – its working.

I am frustrated…I have been working out with a trainer off and on for over two years now…my metabolism is crawling…I can not obtain the massive calorie deficits…I have even gained weight while training…I know muscle gain. Even with some synergistic effects it has not been sustainable. I am curious about the positive energy balance. I have actually lost muscle at this point and have read the Fat Burning Furnace recently looking for a more effective workout. Previously I was training 6 days a week at the gym for 1.5 hours each day and starving all the time. I use supplements and eat mostly organic. I have been educated about micronutrients and have used several variations of macronutrient balance…20 60 20…this is all crazy making. I have weighed and messured my food, increased water, even used cheat days and not found the results. I am a sceptic at this point however, would love to give it a chance.

Well, to be honest, one reason the EFLD is the perfect fat loss program for me is that it peaks my curiosity. You’ve got me wondering. Engage my intellect and curiosity, and, well baby, I’m yours! Furthermore, what I’ve read, so far, based on what I already know about exercise and nutrition, makes good sense. Also, I love my food, so a cheat day every five days would be perfect for me psychologically. In terms of timing, I’m a contract worker in an international humanitarian field, and 25 days between and/or during contracts would fit in perfectly with my schedule. The rest of the time I can cycle back into my usual 5 to 6 meals per day consistently, with the occasional cheat meal. In a nutshell: I love my exercise, I love my food, and I love feeling fit and being lean. The EFLD seems to fit very well indeed. I also like the fact that it’s not yet another 12 week program! :)

I’ve been up and down with my weight more times than I can count… every time I get to the last bit of weight I need to lose, that final plateau/obstacle, I seem to stall out and find myself unable to break through… which inevitably leads to me slacking off and ending up back where I started. I need something to help push me through, more for a lifestyle change and not an aesthetic one, and I’m hoping this is the program to do it.
