Simply put…after 9 drastic years I have finally reached my goal weight. I am so satisfied but I need that extra push…to prove my fellow peers that eating whatever we want just because it doesn’t show will take its toll on us in the long run. It’s amazing to be complimented by people I have grown up with for years who knew me as that “chubby girl who would never be slim.” I may not win the free copy. But I can never believe it’s happened when I actually share my story with someone else. I have always been undisciplined, lazy, unmotivated, discouraged, and downright depressed. But reaching this goal has changed my life dramatically. It is because of people like you, Isabel De Los Rios, Holly Rigsby, and so on and so forth that makes me believe that healthy living is real and so worth it!! I am 19 now and I feel blessed to be endowed with so much knowledge so young!

I am 44 yrs old about to be 45 on May 10th. I am going to be a grandmother for the first time this year and I am about 25kg overweight. Not only do I want to to this workout for myself but also for my grandchild so that I can play and spend many happy healthy hours playing and being with him or her. My husband had a stroke at 29 ( he is 47 now) and I also want to use this programme for him so the both of us can be healthy for our families and our quality of life. Please help me to do that, I have tried so many times and failed, got confused, put on more weight….so please help!

What can I say. Everyone here is so deserving.

Why pick me? Well right now I am completely focused on making my dreams come true. I am 31 year old woman (still feels weird calling myself a woman!). I have been travelling by myself for the past 2 years and I am currently settled in Australia making a life for myself.

I have literally just launched my own business this week and saying i was out of my comfort zone would be a complete understatement. Its 24/7. But I love it!

I must say though my health and fitness has suffered lately. I want to win because feeling fantastic is high on my list of values. I want to be the best person that I can be and i think your system would be the best kick up the arse to get me going again (and disperse some of this adrenalin in my body!)

I have been reading your automated messages now for months, and haven’t spent a dime, nor barely looked into why your system is so superior to everything else. See I never bought into the yo-yo dieting – EVER. Even when I weighed 309lbs (I’m 5’8″).

I am a chef by trade and food has been my life for almost 30 years now – I haven’t always worked in the food industry though – I spent a few years iat a desk job growing bigger and not really caring.

Npw I am at an empasse. I have put close to 20lbs back on, from my biggest lost of 79lbs. I have lost motivation to both train and stick to my food program (see I don’t even call it a diet:-) in the past 2 months.

I learnt how to eat to lose weight by taking Canadian Personal Trainer courses, and enrolling in weight loss program from the gym, researching 100+ yo-yo diets, and consuming over 400gigs of TV show weight-loss/food-nutrition documentaires – “What’s really in our food”, “Food Inc”, etc and going into a FAKE_FREE_FOOD mode of eating (I even make my own cottage cheese and yogurt – no processed foods, no junks foods; they never were a draw for me anyway).

I need something to re-fire my motivation, and kickstart me back into gear.

Four kids. My greatest blessings and my bodies greatest curse. I know that there is a strong, active, sexy woman inside of me… I just don’t know how to find her anymore. I answer my kids questions and make many decisions every day and hope that they are the right answers and the right decisions for my children. I want someone to answer MY questions and tell me the decisions to make that will help me find my true self again. I want my outside to reflect the person I am on the inside. I want my kids to see me live my life with passion and action and results.

I am living in a state of utter confusion. Do I eat the carbs and leave the fat? Is cheese my worst enemy and can lettuce really make you fat? Is brown rice okay but only if eaten with no protein and even then only on Wednesdays! I have over the years read so much diet advice that my head is swimming in a sea of conflicting information and meanwhile my hips and thighs keep growing. And exercise is even worse. Years of treadmills do nothing, I need muscle, I need cardio, I need expensive inflatable balls. I don’t know what I need anymore! This confusion is stressing me out and now I learn that stress keeps me fat!

Joel, I need you, your all round diet and exercise linked strategy and wise advise. And quickly please before the stress adds anymore pounds!

I have gained 40 lbs in less than a year due to the fact that i’m on medication ( my meds have this side effect ). I know i need help to lose about 90 lbs. I can do this , but i need help. I want to be able to lose this extra weight the healthy way, and keep it off for good. It will be great to regain my self esteem and to look in the mirror and to like what i see.

I have lost 53 pounds since July 2009. I have the final 16 pounds to lose and would like to end up beautifully toned and firm. I believe your program can help me lose and tone up the way it should be done. Let me know if you would like to see my current before and after.

I have had three back fusions in the past 7 years. Needless to say, my bodyweight before them was a fit and athletic 185lbs with about 10% bodyfat. Today, my current weight is 240lbs. I have been looking for a way to lose weight as rapidly as possible to not only feel and look better, but to lessen the level of pain that I endure daily because of the added weight. I am able to finally start back exercising and your program looks like a roadmap for me to acheive my goals. I like the fact that your exercises are ones that I will be able to do. I am not expecting to look like a competition bodybuilder. Instead, just being back in a athletic capacity physically and be able to enjoy the things that I have not been able to do all these years. I love the fact that I will be able to lose fat and increase muscle mass which I havent been able to do under a 1,000 calorie deficit in other plans. So basically heres the rundown…I’m 5’1″ about 110-115. I never had a problem with the excercise but dieting has always been an issue and this is the first program that actually makes sense to me scientifically. I’m a dance teacher on long island, and i have a few dance auditions and a show coming up in a couple months and i have to wear the smallest little costumes ever lol. I know I have nicely developed muscle under the layer of fat, id just like to be able to see it some time haha. Either way I will be getting this program. I have tried everything from atkins to lemon detox and nothing works, i am by no means lazy considering I run 5 km’s every morning but unfortunately I suffer from insulin resistance meaning my body produces to much insulin and the excess insulin is stored as fat. I have gone from 35% body fat to 24% but have seemed to plateau and I am hoping your program might assist in trying to get my diet where it should be. Hope you can help

Let’s see…. 41 years old, 45 pounds overweight, husband, 4 children, a dog, three fish, stressful desk job… I am physically, mentally, and emotionally drained perpetually. I have begun working on the treadmill doing intervals for a half hour a couple times a week and my energy level seems to be improving and bonus, it wipes out much of the “work stress” I used to carry home. What I need is a specific plan that addresses proper and healthy nutrition as well as an exercise plan that addresses all the areas necessary for a healthy body. This looks like it could be the “one” that helps me put all the pieces of the puzzle into place properly.

Cutting to the chase, there are 2 main reasons why this program is perfect for me now:

1. When I was 17, my parents packed me off to a catered boarding school. Catered, meaning they serve us food which we pay for in the school bill so not eating it would be a waste of my parents money. Catered, meaning that the school is extremely cost efficient with the food rather than health efficient with the students. Needless to say, most students end up adding a few pounds here and there throughout their time here. I sometimes see the food and think “oh no…putting this into my body every day =(“. So yeah, Xtreme Fat Loss – what better way to kick start my new life (I’m finishing school this June!) healthily and lose some pounds along the way.

2. My parents are not the most supportive when it comes to me trying out stuff to lose weight. I’ve been wanting to get your CYWT and Craig’s TT for a long time but they say it’s a waste and it won’t work and it’s all just hype and I’m a girl, I shouldn’t be doing all these things and I look fine and I just need to jog more etc etc. So with this program, I can tell them, “Alrighty, here’s the deal, give me 25 days and if I prove it works then will you believe me that it’s not all about jogging?”

I have always been happy to put in the work, the diet, the works but eventually it all fell to shit. I’m 30, in the prime of my life. I have been on a weight loss battle for what seems like most of my life. I am tired of it. I believe I have been trying to lose this weight for so long now that my body is acting against me. ‘Oh here she goes again, lets hold on to as much weight as possible.’ I have a lot of weight to lose, close to 60kg of weight, weight which stops me from living the life I want to live.

Most of my adult life I have felt trapped beneath, the real me never able to shine. I’m always hiding from everything. I don’t want to do it anymore. My husband and I desperately want to have children and I just can’t do that at this weight. I am 34 years old and I feel like my chances are running out. I really want this, I want to make the change, want to feel amazing and be allowed to show the real me again.

I am strong and able to achieve this, and when I read about your methods, something clicked. It makes sense to me. I’d love the opportunity to have access to a method that kicks my body into gear and gets me back on the journey to getting rid of this old me forever.

I find it quite extraordinary that we still can’t defeat the common cold, and that so much rubbish is talked about something which should be so simple like losing weight. But simply “eating less than we burn” doesn’t work, on so many levels. I once lost 42 lbs in 2 months by diet alone, and of course it came back. This is the first time I have seen a real understanding of the mechanics of how the body works, especially the cheat day. I am really looking forward to losing that extra weight and keeping it off. I’m nearly 60 now, and really would so like not be battling my weight for the rest of my life. Really.

Okay Joel, I need your help. I am 53 years old and about 75 pounds overweight. I have had two knee surgeries this past year and am heading for knee replacements. But I don’t want your program just for myself. My son is trying to get into the army and needs to lose weight first. We have tried many diets and nothing has worked as promised. Please help us!

As a sophomore in high school, I have been asked to prom by a beautiful girl who is a junior, and it is in 30 days ! I’d like to win your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program for the sake of my health. I used to be somewhat of an athlete, but my body began to “wig out” on me, and I kept getting injured/having pain while working out, which turned into pain from simply being awake. After years of testing, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Lupus. I have difficulty exercising now, which drives me crazy, and I think if i can learn better eating habits that I’ll be able to lose some weight — hopefully being a few pounds lighter will make it possible for me to ease back into an exercise routine. I’m not a blimp or anything, but I do need to find a way to make some changes that will stick and help me become a healthier person.

I know that I am a walking, talking , time bomb. I’ll be 61 years old in August and I have let myself fall into what seems is a cascading, unstoppable, run away, weight gaining machine.
I am not working so I became a sedentary couch potato. I wasn’t in great shape to begin with, but I occasionally worked out and my job kept me active. I finally worked out a few days during March. I quickly lost interest and had no motivation.
