I am over 300 pounds. I have two teenagers and a toddler…….I have tried unsuccessfully to lose fat since my first born in 1992. I have not been yo yo ing….I just don’t lose weight ever! :)

The time is right, I am ready to smash through the weight loss barrier that has been holding the real me back for at least a decade now. I have 25kg to lose and there are no more excuses. Hi Joel this program sounds amazing and I can’t wait until it is officially released. I have been reading all the emails and waiting in anticipation. First of all I am 23 years old and I play basketball overseas. I went to the university of Arizona where I played basketball and I was really into fitness. I had a really hard time after my last season of playing because they had trained us what to eat and how to train as athletes but when it was all over and I graduated I had a hard time with knowing what to do and how to stay in shape and what to eat. Being over here in the Czech Republic the training is really different and there is no weight lifting so I have to go to the YMCA and make up my own workouts and try and find healthy food. I slowly am starting to feel my body slip away. I feel like this program would be great for me please help me. Thanks for your time
I will be 60 years young this year and have time and motivation to finally do something for ME as I have now retired from paid work. My weight has been a problem for most of my life and it is now starting to effect my health as I needed spinal surgery earlier this year. I have had many achievements through my years and especially helping others to make positive changes in their lives but my weight has always eluded me — it seems I have had positives elsewhere in my life and I was “content” to leave the weight issue as my one negative!!. I no longer believe that I can win the battle of the bulge by training alone. At one point I though I could out train my diet but now I realize it is impossible. This information you have made available from your website sounds like what I have been searching for, for years. I try to read everything I can on health and fitness, including weight loss. Ny thyroid stopped working thirty years ago and I blamed my inability to lose weight on that. After listening to your videos and reading your newsletter and blog, I believe that your method is scientific and will work for me. Alternating several days of careful dieting with a cheat day sounds very manageable and is something I can handle. I don’t want to end up in a wheelchair in my senior years.

I suppose the reason I would like to try your system is as follows. I’m a mum (28) of three boys 4 1/2, 2 and 10 months. I’ve done alot of hard work in eating the right things (diet solution program) and work out at the gym three times a week in the evenings. I’ve gotten to a point of being below my pre pregency weight in fact I’m back to what I was in my late teens! However, it’s the last bit that is proving hard and that’s why I’m interested in your program, also my husband is looking to lose 10 – 15kgs and I figured we could do this program together.

I am a 46 year old mother of four and finally joined a gym nine months ago after doing my own aerobics classes at home for the last sixteen years. My aim at the gym was to lose some weight and tone up with weight training. I have made some progress after downloading some other products from the internet regarding fat loss and healthy eating. Unfortunately I still don’t quite seem to be able to lose the belly fat from my waist and abdomen. I am hoping to give your program a try to see if I can be successful in this area. I have been fascinated with this porgram ever since i signed up for the free 5 sneaky tips last week.
I have been overweight since young probably genetics if i assume correctly. Never went to see the doctor about it. As i am from Singapore, we citizens have to go through a conscription service of 2 years.
It was during this time i lost quite a fair amount of weight. I was in great shape, i was a respected commander and most importantly i was fit. However after i left the service, i lost touch with my physical self and have been struggling to get back in shape ever since. My faithful girlfriend of 4 years has been lamenting that what was once muscles are now fats and she misses holding a lean and fit me.
I really want to do this for her and for myself, to prove that i am capable and fit. This means alot to me to e the privilege few to do this program.

Seven years ago after a heart attack and open heart surgery I turned my life around. My blood pressure, cholesterol and stress are all under control. I train at the gym three times a week and have become an avid road cyclist competing in many endurance events. My fitness level is at the highest it’s been all my life but I still haven’t been able to drop the excess weight. All my life i’ve tried diets and working out but they usually only make me feel hungry. I have been battling with the bulge for years. I am 29 years old and the doctors said obesity is going to kill me. I have been following a ketogenic diet and bodybuildin program, HIIT, low intensity cardio and have managed to go from 308 lb to 246lb and from 52in to 42 in waist however with all of this eating LC and exercising I have plateaued at these measurements for the past six months. I know with your training strategies and eating program factoring hormones of leptin and insulin I will absolutely break through this plateau and get the extra fat off thereby getting my health and well being back.

I have had a somewhat rollercoaster of a life. I had everything planned out and knew exactly where I was going both accademically and sportingly and yet managed to throw it all away. It has taken me about seven years but I have managed to turn things around. However, I feel that I am worth so much more sucess at an even faster rate. I attach a great looking physique to high self esteem and confidence to excel at anything (if you look good,you feel good,if you feel good then you do good). That is why I have to have your XFLD. The faster I get into ripped, prestine shape, the faster I will be able to put my plan of action to extreme sucess, in motion. I am willing to work my butt off and give 200% and I feel passionate that your system is bulletproof. I have had a very keen interest in bodybuilding for the last 6 years, but I never competed.
I just could not stay on the contest prep diet long enough. I was an avid reader of Flex,Muscle & Fitness and MD. I WANT THIS!! I have been trying to loose the weight I put on while I was uni for the last few years. The first proper “diet” I ever went on was Weight Watchers and while this worked for a short while I lost mostly muscle, screwed my metabolism and got scolded at by a leader there for gaining 300grams one week!! I was left totally confused about how to go about healthy weight loss and nutrition after this experience. Since then I came across Isabel De Los Rios’s fantastic programme and managed to loose some weight pretty quickly..however my problems is I have about ten pesky pounds that I just can’t shake and have never seen my abs in my entire life, and Joel can I just say that would be a dream come true! I’m in my mid twenties so have my whole life ahead of me and feel like I don’t want to waste a single day longer being unhappy with how I look. I’m 24, and I’ve had a fat belly all my life. Despite all my efforts to get rid of it, it’s always stubbornly resisted. Australia has one of the world’s highest rates of obesity, and I don’t want to be part of that statistic. I’ve tried many programs with varying levels of success, but the problem has always been the same with me – no matter how intensive the exercise program I take, I’ve always failed on the diet frontier. I have an incredibly strong sweet tooth, and it takes a lot of willpower for me to resist sweets and junk food. I am an airline pilot. The pounds of fat steadily come on. The yo yo diet thing is common among my peers. We pilots are accustomed to doing things by set procedures, measurable and timely. I look to your diet plan as one to fit a professional pilot’s disposition geared toward procedure as well as life style. Many of us need direction. Too many of us heed the misguided advice of the lead flight attendant pushing the latest fad diet espoused by People or US magazine. Hi am 27 years old and love working out, health and fitness as i have read lots of information but never tried any specific program it would be great to get the opportunity to try something that would give me some good strategies and guidelines to achieve a higher level of personal development. I used to be quite big into working out but bought a house, had a fiance and it all kinda went out the window for the most part. I was laid off just over 15 months ago and have had knee surgery and still have to go back to get my ACL done, this being said i have moved away and am finally working again and trying to keep my leg strong and get back into the routine and healthy lifestyle of the gym/Eating good.
