I am very interested in this diet I would like a chance to prove it works. I am fed up with my body,fed up with diets that don’t work long term. As a formally, classically educated Personal Trainer for over 15 years with numerous certifications, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Exercise Science at a local university, I have to honestly say that this “extreme” weight-loss program seemed gimmicky at first. I am generally a skeptic, but have learned to “open my eyes” to new ideas as a result of my own personal experience and trial and error. It has been said that “all great truths begin as blasphemies.” This program is certainly a blasphemy to the old ways of thinking and the traditional ways of doing things, but I have come to realize that some of those old, outdated ways have failed us all. My clients and students come to me for help, and all I can do is to regurgitate the old adage of “eat less and exercise more.” The result is that their progress eventually plateaus, they burn-out, and then quickly re-gain their weight. I have been on my weight loss journey since i was at high school and it took three years for me to get the courage and belief in myself to make the decision to join a 12 week challenge online. I wasn’t going to let anything get in the way of achieving what I had wanted for nearly my whole life. I gave it my best but I knew I could still do more. In my tenth week I injured my shoulder and couldn’t complete the full 12 weeks but to today I have still kept up the good nutrition and exercising 5-6 days a week just because I feel so much better for it. I learnt so much information about nutrition and fitness that I will keep with me for life. I am now the smallest and fittest I have ever been and I feel so much better especially mentally which is the most satisfying. I have enjoyed every moment of it and I am so grateful that I now have the knowledge to achieve my dream of a happy and healthy me and I believe your program will be the final ingredient to completing my journey!
I have had a sluggish metobolism since I was 32 when I was diagnosed with low thyroid. I take supplements, but I continue to struggle with fatigue and an extra 50lbs that I have gained since then. I worked out with a trainer and paid thousands of dollars to lose this weight, and did gain some muscle. Although I like working out, to maintain what I lost, I would have to live at the gym. I want a life! I have cleaned up my diet a lot and do eat protein with each meal.
Now that I am 50, I have to lose this weight or suffer the consequences of obesity. I don’t look ‘fat’, but it is there. I am at high risk for developing type II diabetes because I had gestational diabetes. If I get diabetes, next is heart disease and extreme risk for stroke. I do not like what the future could hold for me if I am not able to get this weight off.
If I can accomplish it, I know anyone could do it! I will do what it takes to lose the weight, and it needs to fit in with working full-time. I will be enrolling in a master’s degree program in the fall, and I have other responsibilities as well. If this program can work for me and fit into my busy lifestyle, then everyone can do it.

I have always been a better than average athlete but no matter what I did, I could never get the results I wanted when I wanted. My body fat percentage is about 15% but I want it down to 5%. I want to become a 180 pound (6ft tall) ‘bomb’. I want to be really explosive and reactive as well as strong, while maintaining an injury free body. For a couple years now, my left knee pain has held me back in achieving my goals and becoming better than myself. My goal now is, hopefully with your help, to become the best athlete that I can be. I can see myself being an elite athlete (in basketball especially), but I just need that little help or that first step to get there. That first step is this system.

Let me just get right to the point. The doctors have told me that if I don’t lose the weight, then I won’t have a long wait before I kick the bucket. I take more medication for medical problems than a person twice my age. I need balance in my life, and that means being on a program that focuses on weight loss and overall health. That seems to be your plan. So, my plea is that you will give me a chance at life. I know how I gained the weight, now is the time for me to do something about it.

I’m 19 years old, and I’m struggling to maintain a normal life while eating right and staying fit. In fact, I’m trying to lose weight and gain an EXTREMELY lean ripped physique at the same time, and maintain it; however, the resulting drastic changes in lifestyle has put a hard strain on my college studies (I ended up with a bunch of unacceptable grades) and relations with friends and family. I can feel inside of me that it is time to change the way I feel about my own body! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been uncomfortable in my own skin due to the excess weight and lack of definition… I read different programs, followed diets, slaved away on treadmills….something ALWAYS stood in the way of accomplishing my goal! After all this time I STILL am not where I truly feel that I deserve to be in terms of my own reflection that I see when I look in the mirror each morning. I’m also diabetic and don’t want to die….
I am 26 and never weighed as much as I do now. Over the last two years due to work, stress and living out of hotels I have put on close to 50 lbs and despite all kinds of dieting and exercise programs it never seems to reduce more than a few pounds. This gets me really demoralized and as a result I fall off the wagon and regain all the weight back. I have always been a little overweight all my life, but now it’s reached a point where nothing I do seems to be working.
I don’t have a hard life. I have people struggle through a lot worse and still manage to be happy. However what I do want is to finally go through a program that actually delivers results. I am willing to put in the hard work and I believe that seeing actual weight loss will boost my self confidence and give me the motivation to continue my goal of getting into a healthy lifestyle early on in life. And most importantly one day it will give me enough confidence to take my shirt off when I go to the beach, a place I love going but avoid so as not to feel embarrassed.
I am 47 years old and up until age 30 and fourth child, I NEVER had a problem staying lean. Bear in mind I eat very healthy 95% of the time, (mostly organic and unprocessed). I have not found, in 16 years, ONE eating program that has addressed my 70 extra pounds of fat.

I’ve struggled all my life with weight. I’ve tried so many different programs, so with success until its time for the maintenance portion. And every time I gain the weight back, it seems like I always add a few extra for good measure…lol.
Now for the serious part…I’m a single mother of two active preteens and a teenager. I also am a career woman. With my hectic schedule, I’m hoping to find something that is easy to fit into our routine and allow me to still have a fun life with my kids. And I think this program is just the fit!

Let me tell you I am look at your program with the glass half full. I am a triathlete competing in Half Ironmans. I will say I am at a cross roads not so much with my weight but my body fat % and the amount of lean muscle I have on me. The program sounds fantastic and alllows me to eat the way I want to, but I am not convinced that it is going to 1 Give me the results and 2 will it affect my performance and training as the plan may not be enough and I become fatigued.

Extreme Fat Loss is perfect for me because I’m in pretty good physical condition but I have about 15 pounds that I would like to lose before I leave for vacation in early June. I used Cheat Your Way Thin last summer to keep my weight loss going, eventually losing about 25 pounds. Then Joel made a comment last fall when he was working on Extreme Fat Loss about incorporating fast days. I threw in a few right after my cheat days and quickly squeezed off ten more pounds in time to fit into my Wonder Woman costume (oh yeah!) Working and going to school full time has taken a toll and a few pounds came back, but with my last semester over on May 2, I’m ready to jump back in with both feet. My faux version of Extreme Fat Loss worked well last fall… I’d love to try the real thing and get even better results. I don’t belong to a gym – I get in good cardio running and climbing the trails around my house, and I do lots of body weight and dumbbell exercises – so I’m curious to see the accompanying workouts and see if they’ll work for me.
From looking around for the healthy and really working diet plan I think this one is the one I was looking for. I am not looking for the magical resolution but for the simple and working solution. From the info I’ve read till now it looks this program works perfectly with the nature and human body.
I need to try it. I am not seriously overweight but I do have over 15% too much fat in my body and from 10 years I am fighting to lose it without any luck. I am planning to have a baby soon and i do not want to look like huge jellyfish.
I want my boyfriend to try it with me as he started to have problems with his back and I need to say that his belly is like 14th month of pregnancy! He need to loose about 22% of body fat and even playing Rugby once a week with two training sessions same week, doesn’t helping at all. I am a grandmother very active ,plays golf 3 times a week but my hormones seem to be fluctuating so much that the harder I try to shif the weight I just can’t seem to lose any.Tried to fast tried to eat no sugar,white bread and such but I lose 1 kilo then put it right on .I need help and your program sound if it can be the answer.Please help.
I have always done at home workouts, to suit my times .Also always been my out look a good 15min workout better than hours and followed a commen sense diet ,to balance what i eat through the day. It has worked for me however Love your aproach to eating plan will be great to have some solid guidelines and feel now that im fourty some real sound assistance will just keep me healthy and in shape.
