I have taken a sabbatical year from the work to take care of myself (I need to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol). My work means long hours and constant stress – so exercise didn’t have lot of place in my life. I made the promise when I started the sabbatical that in 6 months time I will be in the best shape of my life. My main problem currently is the small extra weight and extra fat and the yoyo-effect from other diet regimes. If I could lose couple of more kilos and mainly fat pluy adding muscle I would have reached my goal and would be happy to continue the sabbatical. This is not about finances; it’s about prolonging life. I need a little help with my weight but I am more interested in helping my sister who is over 300lbs. (and my niece who is 6ft and over 200lbs) to lose weight. No better way than together.
I have lost two wonderful aunts at very early ages, one in her thirties and one in her early forties. A good share of the problem was their weight. As a fitness model/personal trainer/diet coach it is important I am in shape all year round & I have been using carb cycling diets for quiet some time now with much success. HOWEVER I am always open to new theories & would love to try your program to see what additional changes I could make to my body fat levels/shape/energy levels. I’ve been in and out of bodybuilding for the past 10 years. I’ve tried numerous diet routines but until this day, I haven’t found anything that really works for me. I’ve tried carbo-depleted diets, high-calorie diets and the protein-rich diet yet up to this point, I still haven’t seen the kind of result I was aiming for. I’m still walking around at 120kgs. at 5’9 with an astonishing 36% of body fat. The guys in the gym told me that my muscularity is ideal as I packed around 70kgs. of body muscle but my enormous amount of body fat overshadows the vascularity that I’ve packed from working out. Worst, I’ve just had my lipid profile checked and I found out that my bad cholesterol is 6 points above normal levels.
But to follow Arnold’s words, I won’t wane nor would I stop in my quest to find that one fat loss program that could work for me. The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System might be holy grail that I’ve been searching for all my life. And I do hope that I could give it my best shot.

This is the first time I’ve enjoyed exercising while dieting. The weight isn’t just falling off, although I am losing – but I just feel so good. The answer to my prayers. Prior to being diagnosed with thyroid cancer I lost 35 pounds and weighed 190 pounds on my way to my fighting weight of 165 pounds (I have a black belt in Taekwondo. After my thyroid was removed I gained 15 pounds back even on a low cal diet (500 calories per day).
Now no matter what I do I can’t get below 200 pounds. I’m 5’8″, 62 years old and my goal is still 165 pounds, with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet I want to see the “OLD” “NEW” me. I have tried many different approaches to weight loss but my body seems to think that “200 pounds” is as low as I can go. I want to lose it; my body wants to keep it.
I’m looking for fast fat loss, replacing fat with lean muscle! Even though I watch what I eat, when I eat and exercise the FAT won’t give ground to my efforts (at least not yet)… With my approach so far I’d guess I’m screwing with a fat burning hormones.

I love to follow non usual approaches, your program sounds like that, I want to eat lots of “bad” food and say “I’m losing weight”. I want people to ask me what I am doing to lose weight, I want them to feel curious about me when they see me eating pizza and ice cream mixed with a peanut butter cup. I am a fit mother of 4. A chef that works 6 nights a week. I am really “good” during the day, but when I get home from work, or even before I leave, I start eating all the wrong food. I’m 41 years old and have been overweight since giving birth to my son 19 years go. I’ve done nothing but gain weight in all that time. I’ve done weight watchers several times only to end up weighing the same as when I joined so I’ve given up.
Two years ago my family doctor told me she was going to send me for gastric bypass surgery because I was just way too fat. I have been very lucky in my life. At 68 years old I’m still a competitive speed skater. However, I am in a constant fight to stay in shape. I eat clean, train hard and use kettlebells, sandbags weights, etc. With all that, I’m fast and strong but still 20 pounds too heavy. Your program was designed with me in mind. I am your typical middle-aged spread woman. I am 40 pounds heavier than I should be. My husband has this saying “once on the lips, forever on your hips” I’d love to prove him wrong. I can eat healthy & I can exercise but I want REAL food. I need a doable program (and I think yours is) that gets RESULTS! I have gained all my weight in the last 10 years. This looks like the program I’ve been searching for, for several years now, to end my problems with fad diets and eating disorders. I’m fed up with the scams and the unsuccessful claims & I want to change my body and my lifestyle! I have plat and have been frustrated for years now … when I was younger Back in 1979 I was Jnr Mr. Australia … Do you think I can loose weight now … NO … everything I learned back then is & was just wrong – even damaged my back shoulders etc. It was just pure youth mixed with weights. Now at almost 50 and sitting at a keyboard day in day out with a 4 year old wanting more energy from me – I NEED HELP. Ever since I left track team in high school, I’ve just been packing on the pounds, and the crappy food that I’ve had during college didn’t help much either. I was a national athlete in my age group and the extra fat I’m carrying around in the waist/thigh area is just humiliating, I can hardly stand the jiggle when walking down the stairs! And since my thighs have more muscle than the average female, they just look huge with a layer of fat over it.
The workout/nutrition program I’m on right now is just taking way too long – I’ve only lost 2lbs in the last month, and my thighs are just as big as ever (I measured). I only have about 15lbs left to go – but there’s no way I can continue my current (restrictive) program for another 7 or so months.
To be honest, I’ve always been wary of online fitness/nutrition programs that promise all sorts of miraculous fat loss. But being a science student, I’m especially intrigued by the way your program manipulates the body’s endocrine system, and the synergy between nutrition and exercise. I’d really love to have a chance to give your system a go – and recover my old physique and fitness at the same time.
