Hi Joel, its Alan here again, i guess the fact that people now are trying to post more than once is testament to the fact that they have taken note of me – and you should too. i am typing this message on my phone as i am making my way to the gym for my daily workout

Amidst the sea of people on thIs website, let your choice be me – the one person who dared to be different and took all possible shots and getting what he wants, and that includes physical fitness health.

I am 58 years old, T-2 diabetic, BMI 31, heart stent 2 years ago, body fat 23%. Have tried virtually every diet and exercise program for past 30 years. What I see with your program is the introduction of chaos theory to keep the body from adapting to a static weight loss plan. This is the first time I have seen this and it makes absolute sense. Other plans including South Beach are static and allow the body to adapt, hence weight is regained while still following the diet. Experiments with exercise bear this out. When exercise is changed up frequently ( I used to jog for miles and still gain weight) benefits in fat reduction and weight loss are realized. You incorporate this “chaos” in your diet to keep the body confused and unable to adapt. This really looks like it has promise and for the first time your advanced thinking is a terrific opportunity. As a male late in my life (59 years old), I realise the folly of always thinking that you always have tomorrow to deal with your physical condition.

A lot of people go through life thinking that they have an extended period to deal with health issues, then, when the panic sets in, looking for quickfire solutions to their problems. They often do this without properly setting their goals, then without properly accessing information for a real solution.

I’m 35. I have a lot of fat to lose. I’m no stranger to hard work. I’m at a point in life where I need to make a lasting change. It’s vital that I enjoy everyday of my life. I find it hard getting the most out of my life given my current state of fitness. The most intriguing aspect of what I’ve read so far about your program is the strategy used to get the most out of your body with the least effort. Everything I’ve read sounds so logical and brilliant. I have an engineering background so doing things in a logical manner is right up my alley. I’m going to engineer a better body!

It is time to get the REAL information on proper weight loss with healthy eating and learn how to replace old diet theories as well as dispell myths. I work out 3x a week, am very strong, yet, cannot lose “fat”, that harmful belly fat. I watch what I eat, yet, no results. This program, will “hold my hand” and lead me to healthy results….incorporating my fitness with proper diet. I can’t do it alone. Help.

I stumbled across your diet plan by accident and it has turned out to be a lucky accident. I’m a female who just turned 56 and the info I have read in your emails concerning your diet makes so much sense to me. I’ve tried for years to follow diets which only made me loose a few pounds and then I’d gain again. How frustrating. I think, after reading the info concerning your diet plan, this might actually work for me. I’ve just retired (January – YEAH!) and I’m looking forward to enjoying everything I couldn’t when I was working. I’m 33 years old and, honestly, I’m in the best shape of my life and I love it. I was the typical chubby kid growing up and kept the weight into my twenties. I think I was doomed with a sluggish metabolism from birth, so the progress I’ve made has come from sheer determination, discipline, and a lot of hard work. FINALLY, I can go into the grocery store and turn a few heads (that’s a new experience for me) so I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished. However, I’ve been looking for months for some program that will help me to really take my fat loss and fitness to the next level. From what I’ve read, I think your program could be EXACTLY what I’ve been searching for.

I am at a turning point. I need to be able to get past this place where the fat stays on and the muscle refuses to grow. My job may or may not be here soon, and I need to look healthy, lean and confident for job interviews. The comment I hear most often is “A chubby nurse is a lazy nurse”. I am chubby right now (extra weight that just won’t leave) but I am far from lazy. I am up for a challenge. I have tried other things but got minimal results and that de-motivated me and by week 3 the combined exhaustion and failure to improve usually had me calling it quits. I want lean muscle, I want strength. I want confidence to be the smoking hot wife I can be. I want to be the confident interviewee I am capable of being and I want to set a good example for both my kids and my patients.
I just hit 35 the weight is getting harder and harder to budge. I know with the right system though I could be an example of everything a woman of my age can and should be. I just need the right system to activate my body.

For some odd reason I have been unable to ‘send’ my comment to you – it keeps going to a page where it says “SENT TO QUICKLY”. So…. I will write only briefly on why I need this program and hopefully it will work and reach you before the 24 hours is up.
Basically, I am a 40 year old woman with just a few about 20 extra pounds/fat to shed, otherwise in very good health. The ‘excess’ came around age 30, when I had my first child and I never was able to lose it and get back into the same shape and size of clothing that I was in during my ‘younger’ years.
I especially like the part of your program that deals with eating specific foods in conjunction with specific workouts – definately a secret that needs to be exposed!!
Although everyone deserves a shot at being healthy and seeing results they have worked for, you should choose ME because I represent a large percentage of the women population who are striving to stay/get fit while raising a family and balancing home/work lives. It can be very challenging! Many will see what I have accomplished and realize that this truly could be a realistic goal for them! I would be a great ‘poster girl’ for others – to help inspire and motivate!

I’m Awesome.

Gosh, where do I start. Im 53, have been hugely over-weight in my time, so much so that I was bordering on Type2 diabeties, had sleep apnea, snored like a bulldozer, finally in frustration at not being able to lose weight I had stomach stapling, and lost nearly 50kgs. BUT.. Ive put back on 16 kgs, and I still had some to go! Im hovering around the 100kg mark again, (I got to 135kgs) and terrified that I wont be able to get it off. Im recovering from a very close encounter with cervical cancer, and my mild heart complaint is starting to play up again. I dont sleep, or only spasmodically, Im depressed, and dont have much energy.

So all in all Im a bit of a mess..lol.. but can still smile, and still live in hope that somewhere out there is the programme that will work for me. Not some rubbishy fad that doesnt allow me to eat. Something that makes sense, scientific sense. Is it yours? This would be a challenge,for both you and me. Im sure that if I had the right programme, that convinced me, I will get back my health and vitality… oh and be gorgeous to boot!

Dear Joel: As a matter of fact, I ´don´t have much hope that this reply will be attract your attention, but here I go anyway. As a matter of fact, I think this program would the perfect one for my husband, who needs to reduce weight for his health, as he is hypertense and overweight is very dangerous for him. He has tried many ways, including some of the tips you give, but has not been lucky. He practices tennis 3 times a week (although he is a senior), but there he is;on the other hand, buying the program is quite out of reach for us now, due to the loss we had with the earthquake (we are Chilean)

The one thing that has always burdened me is my body. When I wake up and look in the mirror, seeing all fat and no muscle, it always gets me down for the rest of the day. Nobody wants to start off their day like that! I’ve tried many workouts and diets but with limited success. Sure they helped me lose some weight, but nothing drastic; nothing that would truly give me a body I can be happy with. The only one that has made an impact and given results is your CYWT program, but I fear that I’ve left things a little too late and as the summer months draw closer (3 months of which will be spent in China and the Philippines, so a good physique will be really important!) my hopes of reaching my goal dwindle.

I long for the day when I can proudly take my shirt off on the beach and get the attention off the ladies for the right reasons, rather than be paranoid that those glances are coupled with criticism.

I am always looking for new ways to push past my weight loss plateaus. I lost over 30lbs last year after what felt like 4 months of starvation only to regain 20 by the Holiday season. With spring upon us, comes renewed resolution to get back into all things fit. I have begun ‘spinning’ & am truly enjoying the calorie burn reward for my efforts. I am now looking to find a nutrition plan that will complement my workout plan. Yuri recommended your site and I have to say I am very intrigued by your theory. Even if you don’t pick my post, I hope the plan comes in a more affordable version (For instance, I don’t necessarily need hard copies… I can be pretty resourceful and make my own journals, charts & meal plans).

This is the first time i’m ever entering into a win-free-goods program. I’m 33, female and have recently ended a long suffering relationship with my bf. I’m not sure if the contest is open anymore! But I just hit the big 3-0! I am recently married, and just moved! With lots of new “stressors” in my iife, and now with that big “30” there, my weight (and my body) have taken a turn for the worse. I worked so hard to get into shape for the wedding, and I was fortunate enough to have enough money to get to a gym. Here in my new place, we’ve taken a big cut and going to the gym is NOT in the budget. I need something to help me get back to that “pre-wedding” shape I was in, or maybe something even better!

I need Xtreme Fat Loss System Diet to get results of extreme fat loss, be the extremist in life and gain confidence. I want to set the stage of my life to the extreme level and make it a principle of my life for others to follow and see. Joel your system will get me the results and the confidence in myself. Having results and confidence are important to me and any other guy, when comes into play with women. Women love a guy with abs and who are confident of themselves. I do not think one needs 250 word to say why they want this program. I am 37 year old female, health care worker and knows all too well what the complications of being overwiehgt are. I need a boost because my metabolism is defenitely slowing down and I want to loose about 12kg (about 26 pound) by November before I go to visit my parents whom by then I have not seen in one year and realy want to impress them and more importantly, I want to feel healthy again and present a healthy image to my patients.
