Hi,
I have tried everything! Diets, weight loss tablets, high protein diets, gym for 24 months, and all that happened was that i improved my fitness, my waist and weight did not change.

Now, with 3 kids and potentially a 4th on the way, my 4yo daughter prays every night to be a rockstar, and for daddy’s tummy to be smaller.

This program is perfect for me because I’ve been trying to get rid of those last frustrating pounds, which you have explained are the hardest to shed. I’m currently a basketball player at a junior college and our season just recently ended, and it’s time to buckle down and get in the best shape for next year. The “off” season is the most important to me and when the real work begins. I’ve been working for quite a while, for at least 2 years to reach to my goal body and have always come up short, even with the intense workouts for basketball. 1 1/2 years ago I fell while walking on an indoor track in my running shoes. I broke my right shoulder clear through in 2 places (yes, I am right-handed!) Up until then, I had done extremely well and was down to 121 pounds, but since then, I have gained over 30 pounds. I know that that may not seem like much, but I don’t even recognize my own skin. Food became my pain medication, and continues to be an addiction, and not just food, but the process of eating itself. I need a rescue plan that intervenes in my self-destruction. (Yes, I know that I have to do the work.) I have studied diet for many years. I am an RN and a type 2 diabetic with hypothyroidism and lupus. I am convinced that someday “they” will figure out how to cure this self-imposed weight problem. I never dreamed that it may turn up on the internet now. I yearn for the opportunity to recapture my health with an organized plan. I am 62 and have struggled with excess weight since I was 9 years old. I believe in good nutrition, but at this point I need something more structured than I can do by myself. I BELIEVE that weight loss can be fast, and what you have presented sounds like it will work and be safe. I want to fix my diabetes without medications, but with continuing exercise and nutrition. This program seems perfect for me. I eat healthy, exercise regularly, and I still can’t seem to get as lean as I’d like. I’ve hit a plateau and can’t seem to get out of it. Sure, I look pretty good in clothes, but I want to have a rockin’ bikini body this summer! This is an excellent piece of work. The best way to achieve a certain goal is to learn the truths, and know how to use them. Unfortunately, the educational system is rife with fallacies from the nutritional and medical institutions, information that is accepted as truth by the layman, is unfortunately, as we all know now, completely ridiculous to the true fitness professional. If you have map of Chicago to navigate the streets of Manhattan. You will never get to your objective.

The truths in your blog and info have already helped me to a great degree. The whole program combined must be awesome.

Joel…you’ve devised a excellent fat-loss system backed up the latest and most update to research. People are stuck in their old methods for
fat loss and their are so many myths regarding this subject that it holds people back. It is great to see someone of your extensive background
and caliber put such a system out there for people to use, regardless of they are world-class body builders or just stay-at home moms wishing
to get in the best shape they possibly can for themselves. As you mentioned with the proper knowledge and then application of such knowlege
it makes a huge difference in the type of results you see. I think I would be a perfect candidate for this system because Im at a point in my life nowwhere Im really driven to be in the best shape I can but also since I go too school full time and work I will need a system that allows me to make the

my weight 212 not long ago,(about 3mos),now 182 and at a standstill.Thu your e-mails,I learned to eat healthy. I’am 62 yrs old, I want your program to get back on track.By the time I turn 63 in Sept I want to be the best I can be for my age. I’ve always been a big boy. Since I got out of the Marine Corps I have always been fighting with my weight. Jan 2009 I asked my girl to marry me.This is the second time around for the both of us and its taken me almost three decades after high school to finally find the perfect woman. Our wedding is just a couple of months away and I want to look my best. I have decided that if I want to live longer and spend as much time possible with my new family I must get healthy.
I currently am in Iraq as a civilian supporting our military. Last Jan I decided to go on a diet and exercise program. I am now have lost 25 pounds and replace a lot of muscle. I have another 20 pounds to go and it doesn’t want to go away. I work out 5 days a week and run 6-10 miles a day, depending on my work out. I need a little push and I was hoping your program could give me the knowledge I’m missing. Please help.

I’m desperate to end this cycle of losing a little and gaining back more. If you look up “yo-yo dieter” in the dictionary, you will see my picture. I recently lost 20 lbs playing the Game On diet, but it took me 6 months! I totally believe what you are promoting – building up leptin with a cheat day while being very specific about what to eat and how to exercise on the other days. The Game On plan, although not as specific as yours, worked for 20 lbs, but like with every other diet, my body shut down and fought against me. I NEED your Extreme Fat Loss Diet to jump start me and get this extra weight off. I still have 50 lbs to go. It’s obvious that you have perfected the techniques that will get the weight off quickly without the fear of losing muscle. After 30+ years of dieting, I’m just tired of failing. I really thank you & Bob for sharing many great articles on health,nutrition and
true fitness.You know there is so much information burning out there that one can get so confused in making the right choices.There4 it was with same sceptism and doubt that I started reading articles posted by you.You see I am already 58 yrs and my blood sugar level is raising what with my prostrate problems creeping up.After reading up some of your articles I renewed my interest in life.Becos there is no stress in following your advise on exercise and nutrition.My out on life has improved tremendously.I walk briskly 3-4 times
a week and take care to eat the right foods and get restful sleep.No strain or stress.My blood sugar has reached normal levels but it raises only when I gang up with the boys during weekends loading up on beers.I also eat lots of nuts and grains that has helped my prostrate problems.I drink a lot of cocoa and sugar free fresh fruit juices and water.I have never felt better before.Thanks to you Joel and also Bob.

I’m through with pussy footing around trying to burn fat the tried and trusted (and dumb) way … it doesn’t work. The XFLD System sounds great and just the thing to get maximum results in the smartest, most beneficial way possible. Bring it on already!

For a person that has been on yoyo diets this would be a chance for me to be able to stop that type of dieting and working out and get into a great routine that will last for life. Being in my late 30’s I know I only have a short time before my body starts to go down hill even more, so the better chance I have to make my body the best shape it possibly can be.

Hi. Im from Brazil so sorry for my english. I wanna tell you WHY i want and need a free copy of XFLDS. All my life i’ve been interested in workout (wacthing films like Conan and been “crazy”). I wanted to become like him. And always knew that diet is the bigest part to attach these goal. Later in my life, i started to study Biochemistry and Fisiology just to reach my goals. Well….i see a lot of stuff and articles in the science community….just to achieve what i wanted, and i never really found a method that REALLY help me. So…a few days ago i open my email box, watch “some more link about diets” and, since i had nothing to do, decide to chek out. The conclusion: I FINALLY FOUND ONE THING THAT RALLY MAKES SENSE: “THE LOST CONNEXION”. Was like “magic” the way how you combine all the theorys to create one MASTER PEACE! In other words….you did what I ALWAYS ATTEMPT TO DO!!! Im hapy because now i CAN GET THIS THING AND GET BACK ON TRACK TO GET THE BODY IM ALMOST GETTING…BUT NEVER DO!!! (man…again…i dont speak english so im “wrap up”)

To be honest I don’t really have a story in which I struggled with my weight because for most of my life I’ve been relatively fit and lean. What I do have though is a thirst for trying new things and challenges. This program would be just the right thing I’m looking for to put my body on the next level because right now I’m pretty lean but I just know that this could get me super lean and ripped. Also I am currently in college right now with Nutrition as my major and reading over all of these smart strategies you’re talking about really has my brain going bananas because I’ve never heard of implementing Cheat days, Lactic Acid Workouts, and Fast days in a diet plan. I have tied other faddy diets. I need a plan like the xtreme diet that will work with me. Sick of the meal replacement drinks sick of the cabbage soup. I want a plan with workouts that will help me and show everyone else that i can do it. Its time for a new start , its time for a change in my food intake and this will do it forme. This program is perfect for me because I need structure. I need a program to tell me exactly what I need to do every day to keep me in line and motivated. Structure and the opportunity to look forward to cheat days is what I believe will make this program the best that I have tried. Motivation is something I have struggled a little with for the month or so. Since my gynecomastia surgery last November, I have slimed down tremendously and I have gained a substantial amount of lean muscle, all without having my diet in check. What can I say, I love my waffles. Now these last 15-20 pounds will not come off. You are telling me I can go on a fat shredding diet while enjoying some of my favorite foods AND keep my very hard earned muscle? I can’t wait to trick my body constantly every week by eating my favorite breakfast (and more!) on my cheat day. This program could not have come out at a better time in my life. I’m going to the beautiful Bahamas in the middle of June, which leaves me enough time to complete one cycle of Extreme Fat Loss Diet. A few years back I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. I was a skinny fat person, skinny arms and legs and a gut. I weighted 230lbs. I decided to make a permanent change. I went and completely changed my lifestyle and in the process lost 40lbs of fat and gained 15lbs of muscle. I went from 25% BF to 15%. In the new year I set a new goal to hit single digits BF, however, I’ve hit a plateau at 13%. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get rid of that last bit of fat around my midsection on the lower abs and love handles. I was starting to lose hope until I heard about Xtreme Fat Loss. After seeing what kind of results Roman and Vince got having started in great shape and getting completely shredded, I believe that your program is just what I need to bust through this plateau and reach my goal to be in the best shape of my life.

I am a 42 year old single mom that has been struggling with weight issues since childhood. When I adopted my two kids, 5 years ago, I vowed that I would get healthy primarily because they came to me due to the loss of their biological mother and I don’t want them to go through the trauma of losing another mother prematurely especially if I can prevent it. It definitely has been hard to stick to a program, especially now that I have two kids, and lose weight and I think I’ve tried most of them but with your plan to give me the exact details on what to eat when and how to exercise when, I think I can do it. I pride myself on being a high achiever and this is one area that I am failing to achieve in. I would love to win this product.

Tell you Why I need this? That’s easy. I was near the point of saying forget it, I will never get my body back to where it needs to be, I just can’t do it at age 51. The hormones, the stress, the depression of weight gain, the doctors saying “alot of women gain wt. in menopause, just exercise when you can” but the worse thing is the thought of letting my husband down, now he’s stuck with a wife that’s 80 lbs over weight and has tried everything under the sun except surgery. There’s only one thing worse than that, now I’m the “Fat” grandma. I just need a little help for the over 50 menopausal woman who doesn’t want to be a size 2, but to just be the “right” size to be healthy.

Your updates FINALLY put all the pieces in place! Now I know why everything I’ve tried didn’t work and why I hit a plateau with 10 pounds of fat to go. And the joke is, I had all the pieces… just not in the right order, at the right time, in the right way! For example, I’ve tried fasting… but not after a cheat day combined with working out. Now I understand why that will work (and why my cheat days used to ruin my whole week!).

This is a big summer for me, and XFL is will let me make the most of it. First, I’ve got my 30th high school reunion. And while I’ll win the “he still has his hair” competition, I need XFL to stay out of the “he let himself go” group (I DO NOT want to be in that group!). Secondly, I recently got back into athletics after a 30 year break, and this summer I NEED to be in my best shape… because in the Fall, I’m having spinal surgery, which will put me out of competition for almost 2 years. So I need to be the fittest I can be, not only to win some Masters medals, but to handle the risky surgery and recovery. And, finally, it’s a big anniversary for me and my wife. She’s eats whatever she wants and always looks perfect. Well, I want to look just as good for her as she always does for me.

Joel, I am highly motivated and have a burning desire to see my body changed, quickly and efficiently, by putting everything I have into following the plan you give me. Thanks for the dare.

I basically work Monday through Saturday 8 – 10 hours a day. I have two kids and a wife that does not get to see me often so I plan on using your plan to work around my work schedule. Work days make it easy for me to stick to healthy meal plans ( I only eat what I bring with me at work and eat 5 – 6 proportioned meals throughout the day ). I plan on using my cheat day when I am home on Sunday so I can have a normal day with the family. I made a New Years resolution to lose 20 lbs by the end of April and with some of your basic information I am just a couple away from that mark. It thrills me so much that I made it this far that I am going stick with it and actually try to transform my body even more. I hope to lose another 10 – 15 pounds of just fat, maybe getting me under 10% ! When I get there ( I say “when” because I will ) I plan on maintaining the hard work I have achieved, and I think your plan would be perfect for doing just that.
