Hi I`m a 36 years old women who love to train but lost my motivation since to years now and I gain some pound like 40 pound so i`m not to proud. I need to ge tha self confidence again feel good about my self. I wan to look sexy, be fit,cut in shape . I think your method in your program is deferent and I want o try it. I am very interested in your program and would love to have the opportunity to try it. I am a 54 year old single parent. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome approximately 3 years ago. My two primary symptoms are lack of restful or restorative sleep and pain, especially in my feet, ankles and knees. My name is Kylie. Firstly I’d like to thank you for all the info you have emailed me to date, I really think I get it! I’m a 38yr old mother of one. I have spent my whole life on diets and you know what they all worked. I’ve been always been thin thanks to the Zone Diet, Atkins Diet, Weight watchers etc…. But you know what, I’ve always been that skinny fat person you were as a teenager. You know whats harsh, I’m still that person now. I have never worn bikini’s in public, actually I don’t even wear shorts. I guess the worst of it all is that after reading your articles I feel really bad for all the people I’ve misinformed along the way. People have always asked me for advice on weight loss, I think that’s one of the main reasons I would like to access the info you are offering. It would be wonderful to finally love the skin I’m in and actually pass on useful info to people that ask rather than damamge their metabolisms and fat loss efforts as I have my own.

I just became a non smoker after more than 30 years. As you can imagine I have been packing on the pounds even though my eating habits have not changed very much, I will admit to snacking a bit more often, but even that I am now cutting back on.
I was a little over weight before I stopped smoking but now it’s even worse. I hate looking in the mirror. Extreme exercise is not an option because my lungs can’t even handle an uphill walk much less strenuous exercise.

I am 35 year old single electrical engineer. When I was 28 I weighed about 150lbs now I weigh 230lbs 38% body fat. My self esteem is low and it hurts when some coworkers or people in the public make fun of weight behind my back and think it is funny even though they are overweight too.

My health is getting worst, I have trouble concentrating because I am out of shape. In the past I have tried low calorie, Atkins, Nutri system, all with some success but found them too limiting in some way and difficult to maintain for long periods of time.

I would like to use the information from your new program to lose the weight permanently, be healthy, and in the process gain a healthy self confidence.

Its been over 12 years since I had a girlfriend and it would be really great to be considered attractive to women again. Also being so overweight I think is part of the reason all my healthier colleagues have been promoted and I have not.

Over the years I used various exercise and training programs to get, and stay in shape. Now, I have become one of those older ex-jocks-going-to-fat who you can tell used to be in great shape – but not for a long time! Over the past 10 years I’ve tried different methods of getting back in shape, but the benefits only last a short time and then the pounds start adding on again. Low-carb or no-carb diets work for losing weight, but you have no stamina to work out, so there is a lot of muscle mass loss. Low-fat diets have short term benefits, but I just can’t eat that way for an extended time period. Straight exercise helps, but it is getting to difficult at my age to just rely on “working it off”. So I am intrigued by the unique strategy of the Xtreme system – it makes sense and sounds sustainable. I can’t wait to give it a try, and see how it works!

Joel, I am 64 years old and I would like to lose belly fat that I have been trying to lose for the last 4 months. I run and lift 5 times a week and I just don’t seem to make any progress. Joel, in the last few years the weight has crept up to a point where I don’t feel like myself anymore. I need to lose fat and increase muscle. I am a recent widow with two young children, so losing the fat seems like something I could do for my health. Your program just makes sense to me.

I have been training and eating well for the last year with good results. I have been fairly consistent with some weeks where I have been lazy and slipped a bit. Lately I have been putting alot of effort into getting the 10% body fat ratio. The closer I get the harder it seems. I have been doing some similiar cycling as you have mentioned in your reports, such as cycling carbs. I feel this program will definitely get me there quicker and with better results. I am 36 and I am in the best shape ever. I have the discipline and motivation and with your program I will achieve the 10% body fat ratio and see my abs which I have never seen.

Hi Joe, i am 56 years old and have always been fond of good exercises, however i, all along have been doing what i learnt in my childhood – squats , and pushups, mainly and to some extent dips and pull ups .. i am amazed at the sheer range and variety of exercises and the way to go about them from you and other similar

I am very excited about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program. I am 49 years old. My entire life I have been active and maintained a healthy weight. Two years ago, I began to experience health issues. I gained 20 lbs in less than a year, spending most of the year nauseated and having horrible abdominal pain. Trips to the doctor resulted in a hysterectomy to remove a mass that the doctors assured me was causing the problems. It did not help and I gained another 10 lbs. Hey Joel, I have been a truck driver for over 16 years now and for the last 2 years I have been over here in Iraq supporting our troops. As you could imagine the conditions are not the best. They do have some descent equipement at the gym but without a well laid out plan, like “The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System”, throwing weights around and a little cardio will only get you so far. This is the hardest part for me: putting the nutrition with the exercise. They say you’re the best, and by “they” I mean Dr. K. I’m a member of DEFL, so I think I’ve got the great workout part. Now I need the other side of the equation. With your help, I know I can combine nutrition with exercise and get the body I want. I can feel less self concious, especially at the pool where I work, and have better health in general. Also, I’d like to be able to share the information that I learn through your program with my mom. She has had weight issues ever since I was born, I kinda feel like it’s partly my fault. She also has some health issues. She would be much better able to deal with her medical stuff if she were in better shape, but my family isn’t the best at eating healthy or knowing where to start. We need your help. Dr. K gave me the workout program, and he says your the best for what to eat to go along with that. Please help me and my family get into shape.

Joel, I am usually a skeptic when it comes to these fat burning programs. I have recently began to reshape my life (and body) by eating simpler and higher quality food and started to do a little weight training, reading and researching here and there. I have seen some good results along with getting a few compliments on the way but I have hit a weight plateau that I cannot seem to breach. I believe your tactics for a smarter way to create huge calorie deficits will be highly beneficial to me. hi joel! right from school i have been an athlete, so i was quite fit in school but as time has passed although i still excercise quite religiously , i find i lack in the nutrition field big time :( In school i could eat whatever and it was ok, now i cant. I cant seem to find the will power to control or master the nutrition part of my fitness regime. so Joel, i read your articles quite regularly and i reallly really love your concept of strategic cheating and i am really hoping that you could help me master it and help me by being my coach and teach me how to take my fitness regime to the next level. thank u anyways and keep the great job :)

Hi Joel for a long time in a very very long time I would like to put me first before everything else (kids, family, work) and lose the weight I’ve been wanting too for a long time now.
