Joel, after the first long recorded phone conversation between John, Vince and yourself, I was sold. I’m 44 and in decent shape. Working out 3 to 5 times a week swithching between strength and swimming. But carry a little body fat, I want to “bring it” this summer and get “that look” from my wife again. As I recall one of you saying in the conversation “I just need to be told what to do.” Your program can do that for me, and help me lose the 15 to 20 that will get me there. Based on everything I’ve learned about dieting and FAST fat loss over the last 6 updates I know that fitness and healthy living requires a lot of effort and involves many decision-making opportunities one of which could be choosing the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System.

I had an accident about 10yrs ago that left me incapacitated due to back and peripheral joint problems, at that time I used to be at 185lbs. Over the years I have gained so much that now I’m at 265lbs and increasing, in the last few years I’ve tried low impact exercise, diets, shakes, meditation and many other things with the same result, nothing. The injections they’ve given me and even some of the medications for the pain made me gain weight, at the same time increasing the impact on my joints. Hi Joel, I consider myself a student of fitness. Last year I started weightlifting and really felt I found the “miracle pill” for kickstarting my metabolism. I’m a 24 yr old female that used to weigh an average of 58kg, I was a model and fit and healthy. I’m now only 2 sizes bigger but weighing 73kg and desperately need to lose the fat so I can model again before I get too much older. I cannot beleive how hard it is to lose weight as I had never experienced having to do it before. I am training quite a bit and I do Muay Thai nearly every night also. I have tried so many different diets that are impossible to stick to and whatever weight I lost it came back and some. After reading some of your information I have implemented a cheat day and adjusted training to deplete stores the day before and low calorie the day after and lots of exercise and I have lost 3kg in 11days. I’m even happy with that, So I trust that it works and am SUPER EXCITED to see what I can acheive with the new Xtreme Fatloss Diet. Sorry I know you guys use pounds but I’m in AUS and I have no clue about the conversion.

I have been a martial arts instructor for the past 16 years. Now, when I became a black belt and even when I moved up through my next two levels, I was of course in great shape. Well, too much teaching and not enough doing combined with an injury or two, and I’m just not what I used to be. Recently, unfortunately, my Master passed away. I was supposed to have a grading with him just before, but I was not prepared in time due to the extra 30 pounds I’m carrying. Now, I’m dedicated to grading with the Master’s #1 American Master before I lose any more valuable information passed to me by the originator himself. I need this info for me, for Him, and for posterity of our style. Please help me find my way back to the way.

I am 48 and weigh around 200 pounds, about 30 more than I should for my height. My problem is that there are too many temptations to eat, including offers of food from my female colleagues whom I have difficulty saying no to. When I am home alone there is the temptation to munch on tidbits and other junk food.

I believe your program would be right for me as the only exercise I can do on a regular basis is my daily walk from home to the office and back again, about 20 minutes each way. I have recently become a vegetarian but so far this doesn’t seem to help in bringing my weight down. That’s because once I get started on my tidbits I find it hard to stop until the whole packet or container is finished.

I am desperate for help. I feel I’m doomed to be at my weight at 213 lbs. I am 53 years old and 5’6″ and I can literally say I’ve tried everything. Are you saying that your program can help a post-menopausal 53 year old woman who suffers from stubborn abdominal fat? I do eat super clean nutritionally maintaining carb/pro/fat ratios eating every 3 hours and I am strong and very active. I exercise about 5 times a week both cardio and strength training. I do push myself, yet no change on the scale nor any change around my abdominal region. I have an abdomen measurement of 49″ and I know I am a walking timebomb if this fat doesn’t breakdown. But I really don’t know what else to do??? As you’ve discussed, is Leptin the problem? I’ve listened to your last 6 posts and it makes absolute sense especially about eating those cheat meals. Doctors don’t give me any sound advice other than lose the weight. No kidding! I’ve hired trainers and they are baffled as well. My triglycerides are around 165 yet I limit my fat intake to only healthy fats. I never touch saturated fats. I truly feel like a misfit in the fitness/nutrition world. I’m about to resign to the fact that I will never lose the fat. My fat is stubborn and it refuses to let go of me! Can your program be the solution finally???

Ever since 15 years old , ive been trying to lose weight and gain muscles but to no vaild , every diets/programs i tried lead me no where but even more weight. Friends laugh and tease me of being fat making me losing confident within myself which is why my social circle is small. And aslo Anything that is broken , people tend to find fault wif me because im fat n that its spoil because of me. I‘ve been competing in triathlons and running races of all distances for about 9 years. In the past, I worked with personal trainers and completed hours of training to accomplish what was ‘the best shape of my life.’ That phase ended after taking a year hiatus from racing due to an injury and found a few (about 20) extra pounds. I SO desire to find that point again for this racing season, I was fit and strong and lean … and significantly faster than now. But more importantly, I felt great and had more endurance. I still have the muscle there, waiting to be discovered under the layer of fat. I tried the quick fix of the lemonade cleanse and while it shed some weight, it was short-lived and left my metabolism out of whack. No silver bullet. Being on a ‘diet,’ I don’t feel I can keep my engine revving for longer workouts. I had no idea you could have cheat days that didn’t ‘ruin good eating’, almost makes me grateful for Leptin – almost. John and Vince’s testimonies about having some of the greatest workouts of their life on this program is HUGE. Finally, a balance of diet and exercise that won’t leave me feeling weak and pathetic! I am about 20 lbs overweight and I am in ROTC at Murray State University. I have been in the Army National guard for almost 6 years now. I have greatly improved my PT scores but I need to drop weight to get my 2 mile run time improved. I know that this long slow distance cardio is not the answer but it is what the Army wants. I have to do what the Army requires so that I can get a good branch accession. I know that losing weight will help me do this. This diet is the answer. I have read all about it and with a cheat day to eat what I want, I know it will keep me on track and get me going in the right direction. I have tried diets that had a fasting day and they were successful but since this deals with hormone manipulation, it has much more to offer. By the way, all of my friends say that I cannot lose this much weight. Thank you for your time.

I’m sick of dieting and exercising and not getting any results or losing a few pounds then gaining them back in less than a week. I’m pretty good with self-control but when I feel like I’m doing it all for nothing I just go back to eating junk and think what the hell, either way I’m not losing weight. Following a system for 25 days and sticking with it will be easy, and once I see results I’ll be motivated to change the way I’ve been living so that I can keep the weight off and never have to feel fat and ugly ever again.

I would be really excited to try your Xtreme Fat Loss program since I have not seen the results I want to see in my past efforts. I’m looking to lose about 20 pounds, which has proven to be pretty hard. I push myself physically, and I eat healthy about 80% of the time. I definitely feel like I have more energy when I eat right, but some foods are just too tasty to give up for good, which is why your program’s strategic method of dieting and exercising resonates with me. I regularly exercise, but it seems that I’m only maintaining because I have not seen any changes in my figure in the last 7 years, even though I change up my workout routine every couple months. I know that I have developed muscle and that I am strong, but it is all hidden under layers of fat. If I could see the muscle development, then I would feel like my efforts have paid off. I am a father of 5 and want my kids to be pound of me. I have had to deal with being overweight my whole life. I can remember being fat in elementary school (160 lbs in 6th grade). Once I got into jr high I started wrestling, which helped me manage my weight a little, but I was still overweight. I wrestled into collage (as heavy weight since jr. high). I was able to eat a lot more calories then I should have, due to my high activity. That caught up with me; several years ago I had cancer and was not able to do too much physical activity (but still ate like I did) that lead me to balloon up to over 300 pounds. I have tried almost everything including FPFL but have not had the lasting results I would like to have. Most programs or one or the other diet or workout, I really like the idea of a complete diet and exercise program. I need a synergistic program like this that leaves nothing out, when and what to eat, supplements, ect. I have the will to change I just need the way. From what I have been reading about this program it seems like the way for me, I like to eat so with the cheat day(s) built in I feel I could stick with this program better the all the others I have tried. I like what I have read about this plan and even adjusting for seniors. I am 61 and started gaining weight after I fell at work and hurt my knee. Because of my hormones and limited exercise, I can adjust to this plan. I love the extra free ideas to help, and I was one of those people who spent a lot of money on equipment and diets. I like many was told about your site from Kim Lyons. I have been trying to lose weight over the past 10 years. It has been an up hill battle. My health has not been good and that also plays a part in it. Last year in March2009, I was told I had cancer. I had an operation and had treatment. Unfortunately, 10 days after my surgery I ended back in the hospital. Someone sneezed or the tools were not clean and I caught a virus. On April 7, 2009 the day after my birthday I was taken by ambulance and I died 3 times on the way to the hospital. I was in ICU for 2 weeks and in the surgery unit for 5 more. After that I lost my best friend and mentor…my Father. He died suddenly. Believe me when I say “I am tried and I am extending my hand and asking for help.

I am a 31 year old single mother, full time employee and full time student. Time isn’t something I have a lot of. So researching viable diet and exercise programs has been very difficult. To make it more difficult, I had a full spinal fusion with hardware, so I have absolutely no movement in my back and hips. Since the surgery, I have gained a LOT of weight (more than 50lbs). My son sees this and thinks it is ok to be overweight. The surgery and hardware makes most of the gym’s recommended exercises not only difficult, but painful. I need to find a diet an exercise program that has had all the research work done, that can be done with a hectic life, and accommodates the disabled. I need to make changes for both myself and my son. He is already pre-diabetic, and on medication to control his glucose. Luckily I still haven’t had problems with cholesterol or heart disease, but I would rather not let it get to that point. We both need change, and we need honest help for it. Thank you

I’m 18 and your average college kid. I used to be obese back in my freshman year of high school, but diet and exercise really changed that. I now love to workout and do it everyday if possible. I’ve lost a great amount of fat and am a shell of my former self. Yet, my goal has always been to get six pack abs. Yeah, the legendary abs that everyone craves for. My reasons aren’t about getting the ladies or anything cliché like that. When I look at my body and compare it to my past high school self, I get a huge boost of self confidence. It’s simply the best feeling in the world. If I can get abs through your program, then I will be truly impressed.
I want to see if your claims are actually true. You say it’s the fastest fat burning program ever. Truly…I get that a lot. From scams to failed programs, I hear it all, and I’m getting sick of it. Prove me wrong Joel, because I hope you’re right. This program seems amazing considering all the previews you’ve given. The quickest fat loss program in 25 days? Hi Joel, Your program has inspired me to keep tring , the amout of science reserch that you have put in to achieve this knowledge to help other in this battle against the way todays life has made us overweight and relient on electronic entertainment . I do my best to keep young boys of the streets and older wemon to have fun and achieve some goals for themselves . I coach 2 soccer teams u16s and open wemon and have little time for myself , I have been reading and tring stratiges you have sent me in emails . I need a simple but well timed program for myself that is going to work , I try hard to cram a couple of work outs a week into my buisy schedule and tried fasting but then I get tired and virtually sleep eat and go no where with my fat lose, I am 49 years old and would realy love your reserch to help me , Pick me, pick me
