In 2004 my appendix burst leaving me with scar tissue and pain in my stomach. At that time I weighed 124 lbs. Now I weigh 196. I have done everything to try and lose weight. I hesitate to buy anything anymore. I’ve tried every concoction in the book to no avail. This program sounds ideal for me. I need a diet and exercise plan to follow. I need motivation. Today is my Birthday and I am 33 today!!! I work for myself as a hair stylist and am very busy. I feel like I am very successful in my career but I can’t seem to get my weight under control. In my business, image is everything….the better you look the more money you make, it’s that simple! I was referred by Vince Delmonte as I am one of his virtual clients. The hardest part for me is the diet part of getting into shape. I have a texture issue when it comes to food, so veggies and salads and fish are out so dieting is very challenging for me. I am very intrigued with your new program because I love to eat pizza, burgers, etc. I find that I can diet for a few weeks but alway fall off the wagon. I promised myself again that this was my year to get fit and here it is the end of April on my birthday and am still overweight, so I have to go out with friends in an clothes that fit instead of an outfit that shows of my smoking hot body that I know I can get with your program. I currently am in a rut with my weight loss. I am tired cos I’m not sleeping properly, so am making bad food choices which just continues the cycle.

I am 38 years old,i have been exercising since i was 22 and i love to exercise,but my biggest downfall is the eating.I go to the gym about 6 days a week,i think i work pretty hard and i feel so determined to change the way i think the way i look,but then i come home and it’s a different story.There are days that i cannot stop thinking about food and i keep telling myself it’s just a thought i really don’t need it,but at the end of the day i find myself eating it and i get very depressed.I do eat about 6 meals a day ,i do go to the gym,but i hate what i see in the mirror,i tell myself that tomorrow i will do better and sometimes it works but most days it’s a total disaster,i keep asking myself how bad do you want this and i know deep inside i really want it,but i do nothing about it.I eat when I’m happy,when i am sad,i eat when i’m depressed when i am bored and then the guilt starts. There have been times where people ask me if I’m pregnant and i do put on a brave face when i tell them no,but deep down what i really feel like doing is just cry. I feel that my issue with my weight does affect my family and i think that’s not right,because it’s not there fault but all mine,so i am hoping your xfld system will really help me achieve the goals that i want to achieve.

My name is Renee and in a little over a month I will be 50 yrs old. I am a single parent of two young men. Harold (17) and Dante (23). Both of my sons are very fit. My oldest son is a Marine and he wants to try and train me like one. Thats not going to happen.
I know that I have a significant amount of weight to lose. So I need a program that I can stick with for the long run. But up until now I haven’t found that program. I have struggled with my weight for a lot of years mostly because all of the diet programs were too hard to maintain or just didn’t fit into my lifestyle.
At this point in my life I really don’t want to go another year carrying around this weight. Your program really sounds great and it makes a lot of sense. Me and my wife are currently working very hard to change our diet and have begun a new work out schedule. She has been diagnosed as being pre diabetic and I am trying to help her as much as possible to lose weight by healthy eating and exercise. I know that reducing weight and eating right is the key to lose fat and keep it off and to help her to not become diabetic, that is why your plan will benefit both of us.

It seems that regardless what I try the weight does not want to come off. With menopause it has become harder and harder to just not gain. I must be doing something wrong. I work out hard. I eat good. I need to learn your tricks so that I can lose and not just maintain.

Enough with the excuses. I am a new Dad who does not want to be embarrased by the younger Dad’s at the pool. I am 37 years young and I want to show the young bucks up. I want my new son to be proud of his Dada, and set an example for him. I have done the cut carbs to ketosis before, and have dropped the weight, but now that isn’t quite possible for me. I need a kick in the ass, and I believe Joel, you have the right size feet to do it. Help me set an example for my family, and friend and co-workers! I have lost weight on many diets. Most on Atkins (60 lbs) but never keep it off and have lost so much muscle since then. Lift half of what I use to out of high school. My brothers and my father are all overweight. I would like to drop 50 lbs and so would my brother. Youngest one about 100 lbs. My dad over 200 lbs. This system sounds like it would be amazing.

I started to change my diet two months ago thanks to Isabel De Los Rios’s information but I need to take it a step further. I am a mother of three and never shed all the extra pounds that have built up on my body over the years. I am desperate to get back into shape and feel strong again. Hi Joel,

I have been trying, without success, to lose the excess body fat. I don’t eat junk for any type of process food. I also incorporate alot of fruit and vegetables in all my meals. So I really cannot see where I am going wrong. Your emails on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet were interesting especially using cheat days to help burn fat (who would have thought?). Have I been going about things totally wrong? From what I am reading it looks like it. how do I correct it? I have no idea, only that the answer may lie in your book. I would be a liar if I said it didn’t matter if I didn’t win one of your books. I want to learn how to structure my meals to make them beneficial to me in my goal of losing the excess blubber that has been the bane of my life.

I’ve gone as far as I can go on my own with my weight training and diet. I’ve been training for over a year had great success with the P90x program but I’m back in the gym and need some guidance with more advance Diet Training. Your free tips have help me a great deal so I can’t imagine what the complete system can do for me, you see my dream has been to become fit enough that I can do photo shoot. Everyone asks me why I train and eat the way I do. I don’t tell about my dream I hold that close to my heart. Hi, Where do I start? I’m very overweight and have been “forever”. I have tried every diet known to man and all I do is accumulate more (diets and fat!) I live in Australia where we have so much wonderful food to choose from and I love it all. Reading your emails over the past couple of months has turned on a lightbulb and I am so hoping you can help me. I am 48 and a mother of a 12 year old and 10 year old, and at 105kg, am too obese to run with them and join in. I want my life back!!! I used to play heaps of sport and now all of that has ended. I actually want to try your program to see if it actually works. To tell you the truth I am a little skeptical about the whole thing, but I admit I have been looking for something like this. I want to feel good about myself. I am ok with my current weight and body mass, but I want to feel sexy and be able to wear all the fashions that other thinner girls wear. I mainly want to do this for myself, not for what others may see in me afterwards. My main problem is in my stomach and thigh area, as well as having a “muffin top.” I have tried eating healthy and doing more exercise but it all leads to losing maybe a pound or two in two or more weeks. Not very promising. I do want more guys to notice me, but to me this would be a bonus to feeling good about myself, not the sole purpose. I really hope I get to try it out.

Hi Joel,

I think “extreme fat loss diet” is perfect for me because – I desperately need it. I need to get past the stinking plateaus and the instant rebounds to my starting weight (and sometimes more). I’ve been seriously struggling with my weight and weight loss since the beginning of 2008. I get some success and then it all goes to …(sorry, its not polite to print what I would say here!) I have been including resistance training and and intervals and that does make a difference in my muscles and my improved physical strength and flexibility. I can’t seem to get the diet in gear and working for me. I do know the difference between eating clean and not. I would definitely enjoy the “cheat day” especially if it can be used to my weight loss goals advantage – instead of the usual frustration. The whole package of what you are offering could get me real results and maybe into clothes that don’t look like oversized tents with a little head sticking out at the top. (I’m slightly exaggerating – but I really do avoid buying clothes that might be nice because my body doesn’t look good) Would I stick with the program if I won a freebie? Yes, because i just said I would and according to your info – I would not have to get weird supplements and I’m sure that the food/diet part would be items that are available even for people in rural America. Why, well because I’m someone who’s dedicated, not afraid of hard work, but at the same time impatient and want the biggest bang for my buck. I’m probably older than your average client but still want to be strong and lean as I approach 50.
I’m someone who likes to be in the gym pumping iron. And I know it’s the right combination of diet, nutrition and exercise that will get the results we all want. But obviously if I’m writing this I still don’t have all the puzzle pieces put together correctly!! So your e-mails have peaked my interest. And even tho I do eat realitively healthy I’m not perfect…….so I want to know how to “cheat” That just seems to good to be true! so please choose me :)

Well point being I am currently bulking up with your friend, Vince Del Monte’s No Nonsense building and it is working wonders. There’s this girl a school and i’m really trying to impress her by being ripped by summer. I am 52 and divorced after 18 years of marriage. I lost 50 pounds 2 years ago & kept most of it off. I continue to lose and gain 10 pounds and can’t seem to lose any more. i understand this is more dangerous than just staying fat. My parents have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, dad with colon cancer & mom with diabetes. This is a wake up call. I never win contests like this. Ok, there was this one time when I was 8 where I had the closest guess for how many pistachios were in a jar at the library. I won all of the pistachios! And then I realized I was 8 and didn’t even like pistachios.

This time it’s different! I know exactly what I”m trying to win. I’ve been obsessively following all of your e-mails and posts to try to get as much information as I can about your program.
