After stepping on a moving treadmill a few years ago, I have used everything else for my cardio. I’m trying to lose the fat I gained back after that accident. I’ve not seen my abs for some time and wonder if I can ever get them back. I’ve enjoyed the emails and tips you have passed on. I have been following your programs for alot of years now and want so bad to get back in shape but I kept falling off but I really am going to stick to this program this time. I am so facinated at how you make dieting or watching what you eat fun and exciting and having cheat days as you call them really makes a difference. First, thank you for the generous offer. I know this seems like a waste of words, but I wanted to thank you not just for this, but for all your past products and blogs as well. Now with summer coming and everything I learned this past week (different types of eating or non-eating days, different types of workouts and the overall synergy), this would be the ideal program to help me uncover the last bit of fat that’s covering up my abs in time for Memorial Day and beyond! Plus I could eat all the goodies that my brother brings home (he works for a vending machine company) that are expired, but still good and not let them go to waste. I’m a 33 year old mother of two. Over the last year I have lost 35 lbs simply by making a comittment to healthy eating. Several family members have food allergies. By reading ingredient lists on all food that comes into the house and by eliminating many processed foods altogether the weight has come off fairly easily. What I have been left with is a body that needs toning with a fitness program like yours – oh ya – some belly fat and love handles that need to disappear to. I think your program is just what I need to get me into shape and arm myself and my family with the information to lead a healthy active lifestyle.

I am 58 years old. Over the years I have seen many “nutrition” programs (diets) and many fitness programs. I am intrigued by your program of integrating both…which only makes perfect sense! I would be interested to see if your plan can help someone of my age get back into shape.

Hi Joel, Wanted to let you know that I started using acouple of your sneaky fat loss secrets after reading your free report. Ibegan last weak with a fast day and then a lower calorie diet and fasted agin on wenseday. This is friday and this morning I was down 2.5ld. yeah! Today I did my first treat day.Thats incentive to stick with when it seems hardest. I also did my usual workouts. So needless to say I’m excited to learn more. Thanks for all the info sofar. Becuase I want to prove EVERYONE wrong!

I have been reading your emails for the past week now and I am very interested in what you are saying. I have been struggling with my weight not for about 14 years now and believe me, I’ve tried almost everything on the market and still no weight loss. I looking forward to see if your program will finally be the best and fastest way to lose weight and keep it off. I believe that your program will be last program and or product for weight loss I’ll ever have to use and I’ll finally be happy with myself again.

I was hugely cynical about all fat loss techniques and products I had encountered (and I tried them all!!) right up until I purchased the CYWT programme, which changed my perspective 180 degrees.

Dear Joel, I would love to win one of your free copies of XFLD. I have struggled with my weight all my life (Italian background with pasta also doesn’t help) and doing all the silly diets from A-Z. Now that I’m going through early menopause which started 2 years ago at the age of 38 my weight issues are even more stubborn, along with my continuing hormonal issues. If I could just lose this stubborn 5-7kgs I would be set free of this “weight” burden I’ve been carrying. If you could please consider me as a tough subject and then I am successful using your program, then I will prove anyone can do it and sing your praises to everyone here in Australia!

Hey Joel, it’s Josh. I’m a senior in high school and am trying to prepare for college. I think your program is my best fit right now because it lays things out plain and simple, which is exactly what I need for working out/eating right in college. I am already pretty fit and I play basketball, however, when I go off to college, I do not want to turn into some of my older friends who have come back out of shape and way overweight. I want to stay in shape, and in fact, come back being MORE in shape than I am at the present moment. I also know that I will be limited as far as picking and eating foods in college, and your advice so far has seemed to be the best advice I have seen and I think it’d be perfect for guiding me through my college cafeterias. I’m a 23 year old athlete and I’ve tried everything when it comes to exercising and “diet.” But I can’t seem to make any progress with losing that extra belly fat at all. I’ve never been more motivated then I am now. I’ve tried every fad and even worked with a personal trainer, all calling for me to eat ridiculously clean, and needless to say I can’t seem to stop my cravings for my fav foods. “Hi. My name is Victoria (just was confirmed as a fb friend of yours : ) Yeah. I have the typical background of most people. I’m newly 42, have a history of 1,000 diets and training programs under my belt. I do have a bit of a swist, well 2, to be exact – #1 I gave in and had gastric bypass…I know, don’t hate me : ( it was 7 years ago and Yes I lost weight and Yes I gained 70% back..Lesson learned. #2 I have Severe Thyroid Disease (like most heavy people) but mine was the result of a damaged spin, so my thyroid wasn’t functioning at all. I have been receiving Chiropractic treatment for that, so I’m on tract there.
I still have about 70 lbs. left to lose and with your system I know it will work, do to the fact that all the guess work has been taken out of it “Thank you again!”. For many years i have played the fat-diet roller coaster…. im tired of being fat…. i want a real solution…and when i bought your book … it makes perfect sense…. it like why didnt i think of that… anyway… as most people i dont have a lot of time, or stamina to keep me going…. i think i need your complete system to give me a swift kick in the butt…. besides that my family could join in on this because we all need to lose weight and keep it off…

When I told a few of my ‘friends’ that I am going to school (I start on May 3rd) to become a Registered Massage Therapist, they both said, behind my back “Doesn’t she need to be fit for that?” That is now another one of my motivations for getting myself in the best smokin’ hot body I can as fast as I can. I don’t think I deserve to win this anymore than anybody else, but I’ve been trying to get lean for almost a year now, and the first half was great, but I’ve hit the plateau after the first half of the year. So basically for six months, I’ve been looking for ways to get past the plateau. My goal is to get my body fat percentage to single digits. The reason why I started this goal is because I’m an artist, and for the longest time, my friends joked around about how completely unfit artists are, and that we don’t seem to have any sort of physical prowess. I want to prove them wrong and break out of my stereotype, and for that, I’ve been working hard, and I think this program will finally help me reach my goal.

Hi Joel I am a senior who has tried for many years to drop fifty or so pounds. No matter how hard I try the weight will not budge. There must be a way. I think you may have the answer. I have high blood pressure and type two diabetes. I am hoping your system will help me change my life. I am willing to work at it. I just don’t know what to do. Please help. Let me tell you a story – i think i have been above 30% body fat for all of my adult life. A high achiever in my career and academically, i have never been one to sit on my hands and wait for my destiny to come. My health has come second though and that stops now…..I have been always been keen exerciser but only intermittently and love the outdoors, so i think my drive to sustain a healthy body fat range is excellent – getting down to 15%-20% however is my challenge. I am starting a new business running workshops and coaching women in personal growth and while i look and feel good, i am highly motivated to get this part of my life right, for my health, my confidence and proving to the world i can do it. I think your program is it….based on the long research i have done about the topic. I have had a hard last year-my mom passed away, my last daughter went to college, and I have been dealing with shoulder pain. I am a stress eater and because of that I have gained 25 lbs. Your program seems like it it could help me lose the weight that I desperately need to. I really like the idea that you can have a cheat day in moderation of course. So many people today are overweight and not getting the right nutrients and exercise that they need.
