I have been reading your updates and what I have learned from them makes a lot of sense. I am decent shape but just recently started learning about fitness and especially nutrition when i started college. Hey Joel – I’ve been following a similar strategy, but not quite as extreme, for the last 6 weeks with a ‘load-up’ day once a week and I’m impressed by and agree with what you’ve mentioned about the ‘cheat day’ of your program with the influx of nutrients making this an ideal environment to train heavy and hard, followed by a ‘fast’ day – it makes a lot of sense! So far I’ve lost 20lbs and I’m really interested in how much quicker I’d lose the weight with your program. Win or not, I’m really interested in your program!

I have just been cast as the lead in a show. I have never done anything like this before and it took a lot for me to even audition. I am not the prettiest thing to look at and everytime i have to do something in front of the casti go bright red because i feel like everybody is judging me and whispering about m behind my back. What i really need is to feel more confident about myself, so i’m trying to change. it would be awefuly nice to have some support tho.

Simply put, I have been trying to lose the last 15 lbs since 2004. I am the definition of “do what you always did and get what you always got” only it’s “Do what you haven’t done before and still get what you always had” I could go insane but I am not willing to give up on myself ever. The reason I am hoping to score your program is I’m hoping to prove to myself that I can do it in this lifetime and there was a reason why I never gave up.

I’m a single mom, four kids still at home, working full-time for a homeless shelter, part-time for another shelter, and serving on the board of three other nonprofits. I’ve given birth to 10 children, the last one when I was 42. I’m almost 51 now, and I have tried countless programs to lose the extra 30+ pounds I gained with my last pregnancy.

The only time I wasn’t overweight was when I ran 5 miles per day in college or worked out 2 hours per day at the gym. I just don’t have the time or energy for that anymore.

My two youngest daughters, ages 9 and 11, also need to lose at least 15 pounds apiece. I know it isn’t healthy for them to be overweight, but how can I help them if I can’t help myself? To add insult to injury, my 13 and 19-year old sons are stick thin, and they stay that way no matter how much they eat. I’m hoping your program is the answer for me and my girls.

I’m a middle aged ectomorph that has always been lean, obviously. But as I have aged over the years, I tend to gain weight around the waist line (spare tire). I’m hoping that this system will allow me to loose the extra fat, while sparing all the lean muscle that I have. Everytime I have tried to drop just fat in the past, I lose more than just fat.

I worked my way through your CYWT program. It’s a good one. But I could not help thinking there was a missing part to the logic offered. Hints that there would be a good way to go about, but nothing truly spelled out. I reckon this is revealed in your upcoming program. I would love to give it a go. I intend to be in top shape for the upcoming college gettogether black tie event in early July. This does not leave me much time to get rid of the visual remains of bearing three babies. Injury I suffered in February due to slippery pavement have halted my preparations for weeks. Finally I have the permission to start working out again. Hence all the work needs to be done truly quickly. Looks like your program would be a perfect match to get me there.

I’ve been a big fan for about the last 6 months since I bought the CYWT program from you which I’ve found to be informative, concise and useful but as you mentioned in one of your free gifts, there is a danger of not losing as many pounds as you could potentially due to the set back of a cheat day that’s why I”m really curious to find out about what you’ve got to say in your new program. I really like how you give us all the necessary tips in the most time efficient manner as that’s the type of program that best suits my lifestyle.

It’s simple – my doctor says I need to lose 10 – 15 pounds of fat even though I am only 149 pounds at 5’4″. So I really just want to be healthy and do things the right way. Since I’ve become a mother, I have been psycho-crazy with what goes into my child’s body. I am slow to get on the boat myself though. When my diet is good, I feel fabulous…but it takes only one weekend of poor eating to…well, you know. I workout like crazy, when I am in a good groove. But once again, two or three days of slacking, puts me right back at square one. I am 25 pounds heavier than I was in college (15 years ago) and I really want to get back to the weight I was then. (I am only 5’2, so 25 pounds makes a huge difference) I just want to look good and feel good. I feel I have the drive and know-how when it comes to working out, but diet has been my downfall, and the balance between the two is quite the challenge for me! I am excited about your program because it seems to be the missing link between fitness, diet and success for me.

Unfortunately after losing 20lbs last spring/summer I fell off the wagon. My wife was pregnant and wanted carbs with every meal. Well, Joel, I’m not needing to lose a huge amount of weight, but I’ve been a fitness buff for the last 5 years and always been stymied by the fat loss side of things. Weight training was great and after a few years, I’d achieved a deadlift of twice my bodyweight. (400 lbs total!). I’ve now got it into my head to have abs by 30. The muscle is there no doubt, but covered by stubborn belly. I’ve got 4 months left and generic calorie restriction had worked for me in the past up to a point, but required enormous discipline to suffer through. I was convinced there had to be some trick to it that I was missing, but refused to try the fad fat loss pills. After reading your initial material and being inspired by it, I’m down and still trending down. Please help me hit my goal! I think this is the way.

I just read some of the comments and a lot of them deserve this more than I do. I just want to say that the reason I want the program is I am now in my 40’s and it seems as if it takes longer for me to see results than when I was in my 30’s. I’ve never really had a hard time getting results until recently and from everything that you have sent recently, this looks like the exact program that I need. I am trying some of the tips from you and Arnel and I am hoping that it will be enough, but if not, then I will definitely order your program.

My family always considered me heavy (size 12). However, a herniated disc in my lower back caused reduced movement/activity which resulted in weight gain, more pain, more reduced activity, each making the other worse until I couldn’t walk or drive a car. I topped out at an unhappy, uncomfortable 250. Finally, pain managed, I set about restoring myself. With deliberate eating strategies and exercise I lost 60 pounds and converted a lot of fat to muscle during 2008. However I saw my some of my progress slip away when I had to have emergency surgery last year and over the course of a very stressful 2009 I regained 20 pounds. ( lost 275 pounds of ugly fat (my husband), lost my job, my car completely died, and faced foreclosure all within the last 45 days of 2009 alone!)
I have dedicated 2010 to remaking myself. I don’t have a new job… yet. I can’t afford the gym anymore but I want to regain my figure and health. I’m biology major and study/know the human body. Your 5 principles make sense. This program can work while rewarding you with consistent results without deprivation.
People come to me for information, guidance and suggestions on their life and bodies and I’ve longed for something that I could recommend to virtually everyone and be an example of its success myself. I’ve been a subscriber to Vince and Mike for quite a while but only came across you recently. The continuous emails keep me motivated and always adding something new to my arsenal. I incorporate some of Vince’s unusual workouts and some of Mike’s nutrition info.

I’m at that point where I need to cut the last bit of fat, which is always the hardest and I’m ready for the challenge I just don’t think I have ALL the information I need at this point to make it happen.

I’m quite aware that It’s 90+% nutrition and ~10% physical in the last phase (correct me if I’m wrong) and that’s desperately what I need help with…

My name is Marika and I have just recently turned 18 years old
(I live in Canada therefore I am now considered as an adult!!).
For as far as I can remember, I have always been pretty chubby.
My level of confidence suffered from it but yet not to the extend
where it became an issue…
However few months ago, I started to take ballroom lessons
(Dance has always been my passion) and after few weeks only, I got
approached by my instructors; they strongly suggested i should join
a competive ballroom group…
Unfortunately, they also said that at the moment, my silouhette was not “favourable”. Yes that was their nice way of saying that I was
“too fat too dance”!! I love dancing so much but the pressure
of having a perfectly lean and strong body is almost unbearable!!
I refuse to give up dance because of my weight and I refuse to be
chubby for any longer!! Joel, I believe your programm will not

Dear Joel,
For the past 20 years I have been a health nut! (enthusiast). Excercise and nutrition have been a major part of my life. I have researched and tried just about every new workout and diet tip that was published. I wanted to be the healthiest I could be, along with lean and attractive. I had learned that when ever I took more than a day off, I would feel awful! As soon as I would get back into my routine, I would feel like a million bucks! I felt healthy and awesome!
But, as I have grown older (now 49) it has been harder and more challenging to stay in a lean mode. I guess you would say that I have a “thirst for knowledge” and want to not only help myself but my friends and family also.
When I saw your information on the “Sneaky Fat Loss Tips,” I was so excited!Finally, more of my questions would be answered. I have been following all of your updates and putiing them into practice with my life everyday. The bottom line is…I am sincerely a health information addict. I need motivation, so I need this system. I’ve tried many different diets, exercise plans over the years but most will work for the first week or two and then no results at all. It’s depressing to see others get results, the fat just seems to melt off them, but I reach a plateau very quickly and nothing I do will shift anything more weight. I am a 70-year old female and have struggled with my weight for the last 57 years. I am a yo-yo dieter, always falling off the wagon after depriving myself of comfort foods for long periods. Upon reading your Five Sneaky Tricks and the updates about the XFLD, it finally all made sense and I realized that you have found the secret to life-long weight management. I could probably come up with a poor substitute for your XFLD, but I lack the knowledge about what to eat when, and especially about what exercises to do when for optimizing fat loss without losing muscle. ive tried EVERYTHING!and i mean EVERYTHING!!!
…from crazy detox diets and practically starving myself to basically EVERY other “weight loss/fat loss/lose 15 lbs in 15 days bulls**t” programmes under the sun…and to top it all off,ive tried copious amounts of crazy insane weight loss/diet supplements too!
wow,u name it,ive tried it!!!
and as u can probably guess,despite my efforts and trust in these programmes,along with hundreds of dollars later,lower self esteem and motivation,and most definitely left fatter than before,NOTHING!absolutely NOTHING!!!i am just as disappointed and as unhappy as ever!!!

nonetheless,after reading what uve got to offer,im hoping that i can finally put an end to this trial and error way of dieting and training!
i want results and i want a programme that actually works and does what it says it does!
can ur programme really be it?!?
