I love learning about the concepts behind this program! I have tried in the past to lose weight and become healthier, but each “diet” or “program” that I try or learn about usually has some unhealthy aspects that I am uncomfortable with. I am so intrigued about the Xtreme Fat Loss System, it just makes so much sense-losing fat while maintaining (and building!!) muscle. Who wouldn’t want that? I have long ago given up the idea that the number on the scale is what counts. As long as I look better and, more importantly, feel better, I don’t care what that number is. Because even back when I was thinner and at what society considered to be my “ideal” weight, I was still not in any better condition or healthier than I am now, 30 pounds heavier. I am totally looking forward to trying this system and getting to the level of health and fitness that I know I am capable of being at. I know that this only comes with a great deal of hard work and discipline, and I am committed to putting in whatever is necessary to achieve the end result. I appreciate your time. Thanks!

I am 60 yrs old and have been struggling with my weight since I was in my late 40’s. I excercise Monday to Friday and we eat a good diet of vegetables, fruit, chicken, fish etc. but I can’t get the weight off. The older you get it sure is harder to maintain a healthy weight. I have been working on my weight loss for years now. Just this past November, I actually got down to a size 6….a size I have never been, which really ticked off my size 6 sisters (I was the size 12-16 in the family and they liked that). While I am happy with the size, it’s not consistent based on the clothes I buy. Sometimes I have to buy an 8 or a 10. I realized, after reading your information over the last few weeks, that I have more fat to lose and that it is the fat that is my main problem. I am intrigued by your program and have employed the cheat day and your dieting tips with great success. I know I still have a lot more to learn and I would love to get this program so I can continue to improve my body shape and lose the fat I have had since childhood.

I am a 42 year old getting by body back into shape after heart and lung issues for the past few years. I started out barely able to lift 2 lbs and could not walk very far on the treadmill. I can now actually run again and work out at the gym! I used the HCG diet system to lose 50 lbs, i am getting in pretty good shape but i have flabby stuff hanging around that will not go away! I eat healthy, exercise, but I really need some assistance changing the body to tone up and lose the stubborn fat! I am really curious to know if what you are telling us really will work for me!

I need something new to shake things up a bit. I recently turned 50 and the first signs of menopause. I have been in decent shape and exercise regularily, speed walk for 1 hr per day 5 days a week, bodysculpting 2 times as well as do yoga once a week. I have a physical job as well but lately a bit of extra weight has been creeping up on me and I cant seem to rid myself of it. I thought that just maybe your program would be able to help me out!

I’ve been trying to lose the last 10 pounds for the last 3 years. I grew up as an overweight kid and hated every second of it. When I moved out on my own I vowed to get thin and started to work out and eat properly. To date, at 25 years old, I’ve lost almost 100 lbs!! However, try as I might, I cannot get the last 10-15 lbs off no matter what I do. I’ve tried all kinds of “guaranteed” cures and none have worked. I am so close to my goal yet so very far :( After all my progress, I am still not willing to put a bathing suit on and spend time at the beach with confidence without losing the fat around my tummy and legs that seems to follow me wherever I go. Please help me Joel!! I’m so desperate at this point. It feels like I’ve run an entire marathon and can see the finish line but just cannot cross it no matter how hard or fast I run. And I’m tired of it!!

Put simply iwant to loose weight ,i have tried the shakes, the gym 3-4 nights a week and all the diets under the sun but none seem to work long term.i have read the extract you have written and well they fascinate me how i can loose weight with what you are saying .I find i have little time now for the gym and work gets in the way a lot so your program excites me.I want to learn more and get trim and fit again

I am a 40-something mom of two and going through a divorce. I am the heaviest of my entire life, and feel the worst about myself that I EVER have. I do not have time any extra time to go to a gym (since I have the boys by myself now) and I don’t have the time (or finances) to purchase those nasty tasting pre-packaged meals while cooking separately for the children. In 2007 I was 46 years old and weighed over 350 pounds. I did “unofficial” Body for Life competitions and got down to 250 pounds. I’ve been stuck there for about 6 months now. I think the fat loss stopped when everyone told me how great I looked – right, compared to morbidly obese. They don’t see me without my shirt. I did a consult with a Smart Lipo doctor and he told me my results were pretty typical and I probably wouldn’t lose any more. I refuse to believe that I am “typical” and am officially entering the Body for Life challenge. My body fat is around 16% but my body doesn’t look anything like I want it to. I need something “smart” and not “typical” and I think this Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System is just what the doctor ordered. I think it is the next step to help me finish what I started.

hey Joel I am 46 and have been reasonably fit all my life. I hike, camp, canoe, cycle, run and work out regualerly, over the last 2 years mostly because of my age i have beeen gaining a pound here and there each month or so doing what used to work for me. Well what I have been doing doesn’t work and now that I am 46 it is time to find a new way to stay fit, keep doing what I do for fun but reverse my weight slide so I can keep up with my kids (10,11,18 &19).
I am a full time single dad and will be able to use your help with this system.

In recent years I have been struggling with my weight. There has been a direct affect on my cholesterol according to my doctor at the VA. I’m only 49, but after retiring from the military (10 years ago) AND quitting smoking, the weight has been a new kind of battle. I will say I’m an extreme personality. I’m everything or nothing. I live alone so I have the latitude to plan my time around my workouts (and of course my current job). When I was in my prime I would work out 3 – 4 times a day. At times I would rest only one day a week. Now I’m concerned that I won’t stick with a program unless I get JACKED with some fast results. After which I expect to be back to the healthy guy that’s inside of me ………the “REAL” me. Thanks for listening.

I want something that I know is going to work. I never was the one to follow the crowd and your approach is right up my alley. Just the pizza trick alone in your book tripped me out. I look at pizza in whole new light! I’m at this point in my life where it’s all about my health and my families’ health. I’m ready to get out of my comfort zone and ready to rock my way to a healthier me, with your help of course :-)

I’ve done 2 body blitz using someone elses nutrition plan and exercise plan with minimal success and am curious about whether this actually works. I have come to the realisation that every body is different and what might ‘fit’ one person may not necessarily ‘fit’ another person. I am attempting to adapt my nutrition plan based on what you’ve already provided us and want to say thank you what you’ve done. I’m now using physical goals for motivation and my next 2 goals are a 8 hour mountain bike endurance race and a 75klm mountain bike race. Whether I have the nutrition plan to match my physical goals leads to be seen. So one again, curiosity about whether it works or it is simply another cookie cutter solution is my main reason for writing.

Rollie Pollie Rockstar!?!? I’ve always best expressed myself through music, singing to hundreds, even thousands of people on stage. All eyes on me! Yes of course they hear me, but who is that fat guy on stage? My overweight issue is hindering my performance, my self esteem, and my life. It is the biggest obstacle for me in reaching my dream job. I’ve got the vocal ability and the credentials, but my ‘image’ is holding me back. Everyday I get asked by people why I’m not out there singing like I used to be (when I was thinner). I’m stuck in a rut and even more depressed about my weight which makes me eat carelessly and it’s getting worse. I’m in dire need of a program like this so that it can bring back my confidence and motivation and to get on track not only in being healthy and fit, but in pursuing my dream! Hi Joel- Here is my story. My father lost his 3 year battle with cancer this past October. I am convinced his unhealthy eating habits made him more susceptible to his type of cancer. I’ve been a loyal follower of yours for the past year since you released “Cheat Your Way Thin” and saw great results when I first started out. Unfortunately after losing 20lbs last spring/summer I fell off the wagon. My wife was pregnant and wanted carbs with every meal. I also started back to grad school and had very little time to meal plan or exercise. As you can imagine I packed 15 lbs back on rather quickly. I just turned 37 and I am desperate to get back to where I was last summer, so that I can continue to reach my fitness goals. I think your new diet would really help me to get to the next level and drop that 25-30lbs that I need to lose.

hello there im 18 years old i live in sioux city iowa, i been working out for about a year now with great results im use to weigh 283 and now im down to 190-195 a 93 pound fat loss bu right im sturggling to lose the last 30 pounds i know alot now about what i have to do to lose fat but i need a speacific program to help and i know this program is right for me i trust you joel i know your programs. right now im doing Maximize Your Muscle and with this program in my hands i can put the things i learn from Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System to lose weight and get down to about 10% body fat. after im done with my journey i want to inspire other people that want to lose fat that it is possible and that it can done you just gots to try and do it for yourself and your family.

I’ve always struggled with getting cut due to my veggie diet. I’m finding it especially hard at the moment due to my knee injury thus not being able to use legs properly or do aerobic exercise so your programme would be a welcome edition (the Holy Grail for my quest to achieve leanness for the first time).
I’m a big fan of JR also, he’s a funny chap and enjoy his blog!

Hi Joel, I 45 yrs young :-) and I’ve started that lovely phase of menopause about 1 1/2 year ago. I’ve also gained 30 lbs in the last year and a half. I’ve always been a slender gal, so this is really hard for me to except the way my body looks. I hate that I can not get rid of this 30 extra pounds. I’ve tried all those other gimmicks, and I get bored and frustrated because I never get any results. I’m so excited already about the change I’ve made in my eating habits thanks to Isabel. I’m excited about being able to combined your extreme fat loss diet with the healthy way I’m eating now from Isabel’s program. My doctor says that I’ll just have to live with these extra pounds while I go through my menopause. But I’m not giving up. I’m determined some how to get rid of the pouch that now plagues my middle section. I believe that “some how” will be your program.

Hey! I believe this program will be perfect for me because my weight is constatly changing. I weight train 5 days a week, cardio on the other two, follow strict diets, but I can never seem to get the results I want. A friend of mine has inspired me to learn more about health, fitness, and training since it is my obssession. I want to someday be a personal trainer or strength coach, but I cannot do it alone! I need to know the best diet plans, as well as the reasons behind them.

What a better way to lose fat and gain some muscle by cheating, that’s a dream come true!, I always feel guilty, get stressed and even worst I feel terrible for days, being only 23 years old and exercising 4 years at the gym, it’s very stressful not seeing extreme results. When people ask, how much time have you been weight training? I always lie :(, what a better way to see results in 25 days and even have the chance to gain muscle. I trust this program and I will be committed the 25 days period.
