Hi! Wow, I’m not sure what to right, but I’d be very excited about getting into this program. I’m a 34 year old mom of three and have had trouble with my weight since having my 3rd child 4 years ago. I have tried cleanses, diets, eating vegetarian, pretty much anything I could that wasn’t a crash diet to lose weight & I still haven’t. I have been stuck at the same weight for almost a year now & can’t get past this point. I have always been a big girl & I know I won’t be some tiny little thing, but smaller than I am would be great! I just want to be healthy & feel healthy. I struggle with energy levels & when you have 3 kids, that’s something that you really need to have more of! I’ve only been reading your emails for about a week now, but they make alot of sense to me & I’m really very interested in seeing more! Thanks for all the free stuff & for doing all this research for us!!

My name is Matthew and I have been working on my weight and fitness now for the past year and I have to say I am doing quite well. I have been taking tips from Truth About Abs guru Mike Geary and getting workouts from Dr. K. I currently have gone from 260lbs down to 220 in about 8 months. I really struggle however with being able to find new and inventive ways to eat healthy. I will take a gallon Ziploc bag full of just raw vegetables, which I love, but my wife is a little more picky about her food and does not find that appetizing. She currently is pregnant with our son and she wants to get fit once she has the baby. I need some good recipe and food combination ideas in order to give her a fresh start that she will enjoy and continue with.

I am a healthcare worker who used to be able to jog and ride but due to recent knee problems and surgery I have put on weight. Weight that exacerbates my knee problems. I have tried many different fat loss programs with limited results. I am presently following Isabel De Los Rios’s plan and found out about you thru her.
I am 60yrs old and want to retire and enjoy life again. I want to return to a healthy weight and life style.

I am a nurse working the 3rd shift and need some motivation to get my body and life back on track. I’ve been divorced for 2 years and really need to get back into the dating game, but again looks play a BIG part in that. Since I turned 40 I have had health issues and a bad knee which limits the exercises I can do and I found it really hard to lose weight. What I have read sounds amazing. I have tried several diets but find it really hard to stick to as everything has to be in portions and when you work this is hard to do at the times they recommend.

I will go for short walks as this is what I can do but I need that extra edge to help lose those unwanted kilos and I think your programme is it.

I trusted you to join Dr. K for his DEFL program and entered through your site. I LOVE IT! It wasn’t easy, but it was fantastic. My core strength went through the roof and that’s not easy after having baby #3 at 36 years old. I’m not looking for a magic pill. I’m looking for a program that makes sense! From all the e-mails and different audios and interviews I’ve listened to recently, I’m excited about this program. I’ve been in the fitness field for a long time now, and I knew there had to be a better way than just calorie restriction. It never worked well for me and my body let me know it wasn’t the solution. I like your approach, I like the research, and I have to say that the humor is a plus too.

I am a 40 yr old mother of 2. I have battled with my weight since high school. I have lost weight and found it again. I feel that your system would help me with losing the 90 lbs that have to go. I would like to get to my target weight. I love to walk and work out on my Eliptical. I try very hard to eat the right foods. I lose a few and gain a few. I feel like I am on a yo-yo.

Hi! I have been following your updates and I am super interested in your program. I am 39 years old and I have battled with my weight since I was about 7years old using every kind of diet out there (except one with any kind of lasting results of course). After reading your emails I really believe my biggest issue is lack of muscle and a messed up metabolism as a result of poor diets and improper exercise. I have 5 kids and I am a youth worker and I really need to lose weight. From all I have read so far, your plan looks like it will ACTUALLY work because it is designed to utilize the chemistry of the body to get the best results that are also best for the body. I don’t want to waste anymore time and energy on fad diets or crazy plans that have minimal results. I have nearly 100 lbs to lose and it keeps me from alot of activities. I am concerned about appearance but the worst of it is my energy level and abilities are limited due to the exess weight. The great results from XFLD would make it possible for me to lose some weight before summer so I could better enjoy it with my family.

Hi Joel, my weight ballooned from 120 lbs to 215 lbs about 12 years ago due to an underactive thyroid condition. It took the doctors 2 years to diagnose the problem during which time I starved myself in a futile effort to slow down the weight gain, doing severe damage to my metabolism in the process. I did not understand why this happened until I discovered the cheat your way thin programme. I have now lost 56 lbs thanks to the information and instructions in the programme. I have gone from 51% fat to 37% fat and still managed to preserve most of my lean mass. I am very pleased with my progress so far but still have a very long way to go yet. I am not losing weight as fast as I was and I still have lots of belly fat, my waist is out of proportion to the rest of my body which is disappointing. I think that this programme would be the next step for me, allowing me to continue on my weight loss journey towards the kind of tight lean body I used to have.

im 18 yrs old, based on the last six updates i believe that this program is the perfect fit for me because up to this point all the knowlegde i have about dieting includes: strict dieting mon-sun and all though it does work it takes me a long time (several months) to get close to where i want to be. Oh and to be quite honest im a little skeptical about getting fast results while eating the foods i love.

I’m a healthy forty two years old mother of 2 boys (9 and 13). Since the birth of my second child I’ve been trying to lose that extra 15-20 pounds. I ‘ve been yo-yo dieting, exercising 3 to 5 times a week , eating correctly most of the time and still have the fat around my belly, hips and thighs. Obviously I’m doing something wrong……..

I have tried and tried to lose weight. I am starting to use some of the tricks that I have been receiving from your company. It all makes sense. My son just became a certified personal trainer, and he is excited to pass on some of your tricks and facts on. I have been trying to loose weight for years and nothing works, but this is starting to.

I broke my foot two months ago, and have since gained some weight. I am going to Cancun in 7 weeks and could really use the help to get back to my beofre weight(or even better) so I am ready to get my beach body ready.

My husband just turned 50, he is 11 years older than me and we have young kids! He needs to lose weight desperately and I don’t know what else to try? We need him around as long as possible:)

I am 60 yo who began exercising and watching my diet (albeit not diligently) about 18 months ago and have seen my weight go from 215 down to 175, but with more intense resistance training I have added back about 10 lbs of muscle. I suspect my BF to be about 17-18%, and I would like to get down to the 12% range, but don’t really have the know how or plan to get there. I am motivated and not over the hill yet and from what I can see, your xtreme fat loss program may be just what I need.
