Ive been reading and following your emails since last summer and the whole cheat your way thin and xtreme fat loss program sounds too good to be true. Especially with the whole “fastest fat loss…period” slogan . Sorry but it does. However, i do admit, i’ve anxiously been waiting for some kind of sneak peak or preview of the program. Like a cut out of one day or an example week of the program (diet and exercise plan) Just so i can see if this Joel guy really knows what he is talking about. Im still really skeptical because ive tried and read almost everything (sometimes resorted to unhealthy measures) and still am unhappy with my results. So i dare you Joel! Prove me wrong. :)

Hi Joel,
I am 18 years old and began to workout at the age of 17. As early as I can remember, I have always been overweight. I’ve been laughed at my entire life because of my body. Even if I try to eat well and do exercises, it seems like nothing works. I’ve tried every program that trainers give you at the gym but no results.
Since december, I am more than motivated to get the body I always wanted because I want to feel good and not being ashamed of myself. I know a body does not change your life, but it sure gives you the confidence you need for your every day occasions. As I said, since december, I am dedicated to training. This is why I bought Final Phase For Fat Lost from your friend John. I found it very effective as I lost a respectable amount of fat. However, I still have a lot of fat to burn.
This is why I need your program, to feel good. And also, of course, to see the faces of all those people that laughed at me when I was younger. I want to see them wondering if that is really me.
As I said, I am more than motivated to acheive my goals and I know I can achieve them with your help, Joel.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message.
David
P.S. Thank you for all the free stuffs you send to us, it is really helpful !
Joel;
I am a 70 y.o. female who is very active, . I am 5′ 6” and weigh 160 lbs. I have always weighed 120 lbs. until 5 years ago. I was injured in a car accident and gained the extra 40 lbs. I also have a hypothroid. I am well porportioned, but I just can’t seem to get the body fat off of me. I need to lose 40 lbs and gain strength in my muscles. I believe I can accomplish this with your program.
I’ve been a hard working [out] athlete for the last 20 years of my life; I’ve been lifting weight, playing basketball & eating “right” for the last 10 years of my live; yet my belly is a real challenge. Physicians have “joked” that I’ve a cow-size intestin & there’s nothing I can do to get in decent-looking shape! (it wasn’t funny at all, btw)
If you are sure about your product & think it could be efficient on my challenging case, then I promise I’ll follow your instructions because I am desperate to see results.
Hi Joel,
I am a 23 yrs old female, currently pursuing a law degree via distance and working full time so i’m always tired and cant really make it to the gym as I would like.
Since February 2008 I’ve been on a mission to lose weight, add muscles and feel confident. I was always a chubby child so this was really important to me (self esteem wise). I moved from about 166lbs to 124lbs. But then I couldn’t get anymore weight off and it has been really hard for me to build muscle and it seems I’m now putting back on the weight no matter what I try, I’m now back up to 129lbs. I really want to see my abs, its a dream of mine and though everyone keeps telling me I can stop now cause I’m thin, I’m all jiggly, not lean/toned. That makes all the difference to me.
I’m a bit of a skeptic and have never really believed in most of the sales pitches by the different weight loss companies promoting diets and machines cause everybody thinks they can make you look great with no effort. But I’ve been following your work for a while and my interest is piqued specifically after the 5 sneaky tricks you sent.
I want a chance to feel good about myself, i want my boyfriend to look at me and go “wow”. I am almost convinced that your diet can do that. Please help!!

Well, after reading many other entries, I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t ‘need’ this as much as many others. I would love to have it. I have a few pounds to lose, but really, I’m extremely health conscious. My biggest downfall? I’m a little ADD when it comes to exercising. I’m intrigued at your system and the small amount of time it takes for maximum benefits. I do have fibromyalgia syndrome but I tend to not let that be a defining part of me. I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE a copy of this to begin religiously using and then spreading the good word. And I know LOTS of people. :-) In all seriousness, keep doin what yer doin and good luck judging the contest!!!
I NEED THE XTREME FAT LOSS SYSTEM TO ENABLE ME LOSE THE REMAINING ABDO FAT THAT IS NOT JUST BUDGING IN SPITE OF ALL MY EFFORTS.
THANKS
Right now I need to lose about 15 pounds and want to tone up at the same time, but also learn your secrets about metabolism so that I can FINALLY escape the yoyo dieting cycle for good. Your program sound too good to be true. My problem is typical in that weight I lose always creeps back up. During the last year it has been particularly difficult to regulate my weight and I think this is partly due to the fact that I’m going through the menopause. Many women use the menopause as an excuse for their weight gain and I’m determined not to be one of them. I’m hoping your program will be able to deal with these hormonal imbalances and help me stay healthy, fit and youthful.
Joel,
I am a 38 year old wife and mother of 4 active kids. I am also a third shift neonatal ICU nurse. I was overweight as an adolescent, and I could never lose the “baby weight” I gained with my children. I have tried multiple weight loss approaches over the years, from “Fit For Life” in the 80’s to the low-carb craze, glycemic diet and gut-flush diet, to name a few. I would always lose a little weight, and gain back more than I lost. After everything I’ve read, I always thought there was something missing. I’ve read your email blasts and listened to your audio, and believe the information you have to share might just be the missing link. Call me an optimist, or naive, it wouldn’t be the first time. Right now, although I have about 100 lbs to lose, I am much more interested in getting healthy. I feel used-up and exhausted much of the time.
Can you help me help myself and find the woman I am on the inside? I can’t stand the thought of another week, month or year passing me by as i watch my life from the sidelines. Thanks for your consideration. – Margret
I have been working for years to get a six pack, but have never been able to reach my goal of 10% body fat or less. Right now, I’m 5’10”, 201 lbs and approximately 15-16% body fat. The best I’ve done is 189 lbs. My body fat scale broke (Wore it out?) before that weigh-in.
I have used P90X, and it DOES work, consistently losing 1lb every week and getting stronger, BUT 90 days is a BIG time and energy commitment and I NEED faster results.
Why?
First, the more time required to succeed, the more likely something will come up to challenge my efforts. Shorter time frames mean fewer opportunities for distraction.
Second, Cheat Days would solve a huge problem. My Achilles Heel is delicious, free food. I get frustrated when I have to decide between being thrown off my diet by the Stuff of Life (family dinners, parties, etc.) and turning down those joyous events for the sake of my six pack quest because I can’t resist if I’m there. Obviously, events with family and friends frequently trump my personal goals or I wouldn’t be writing this. If your idea of Cheat Days works, I get the best of both worlds assuming those events can be coincided with Cheat Days.
Lastly, my 26th birthday is at the end of May, and it would be awesome to have a six pack (abs, NOT BEER) to show off.
I WANT MY LOVE HANDLES GONE! PLEASE CHOOSE ME!
I like the program because it is ‘wholistic’ and ‘balanced’ in its concept. It enables the body to develop and maintain a correct integration of the body’s nutritional requirements with the full development of its physical training regime. It thus supports the development of the body in achieving its maximum potential and creates the basis for enjoying a strong personal sense of inner satisfaction.
When I quit smoking 15 years ago, I immediately put on 20 lbs. Fifteen years later and 15 lbs heavier. I don’t like looking my age. I, too, want to be smokin hot, and I want the muscle definition to be visible.
Hi,
I am 56 years old and 65 pounds overweight. I grew up on a farm and was pretty active in sports. When I finished college and started my career I basically sat at a desk all day. Sad to say, my activity level declined over the years but my appetite stayed the same. On the farm and being very active in sports you could eat quite a lot and not gain any weight. Now all that food instead of getting burned up turns to fat. I would like to try your program to lose some weight but also to get my activity level up and regain some of the energy I once had. So I can enjoy my remaining years (I hope they are many) with my beautiful wife now that the kids are out of the house. I have tried different diets and even fasting but I felt deprived of the foods I enjoy. I like your concept of a cheat day and your other ideas that seem to revolve around how our bodies function in losing weight and keeping it off. I look forward to trying your program.
I plan on living forever. So far, so good.
I have multiple myaloma, which is not curable, but controlable. I need to exercise in a low intensity form. This program will keep me exercising and eating healthy food. I need to lose around 20#. This program will help me do that and keep me healthy as I deal with my cancer. It will give me more strength and energy even though I am taking the chemo treatment. There is nothing in this program that will go against my medication.
I’m a 25 year old flight attendant with an international carrier. The nature of my work itself is demanding and to top it off my roster sees me flying through nights, sleeping in daylight and jumping up to 12 time zones either side of my ‘base’.
Needless to say this has wrecked havoc on my body and three years of flying has seen my discipline slide and my activity levels become sporadic.
I know what it takes to maintain a fit body, but I just don’t seem to muster the motivation to stick to eating clean all the time (surrounded by rich food in a premium cabin) and drag myself to a foreign hotel gym.
I’ve lost considerable weight before and the feeling of accomplishment was motivation enought to keep me on the ‘straight and narrow’.
I have started losing fat recently, but it’s been painfully slow, which has been demotivating and I haven’t been able to stick to being ‘good’ for too long.
All I need is to see some results!
I believe that XFLDS will work for me, it will set a structure (I work well with time frames – 25 days and rules) that will kick start my attempts to get my leaner body back. I sincerely believe that seeing results will inspire me to work harder and persevere in my goal to see my (rather elusive!) rectus abdominis.
From reading the 6 updates the system seems well thought through (all that research and beta testers), it sounds tough yet doable (thank you cheat days), and the testimonials and some of the visuals make me think “You know what, I can do this too!”

I a 53 year old male. I’ve had 5 knee surgeries including a total joint replacement 2 years ago. I’ve had 2 failed shoulder surgeries in the last 5 years. 3 years ago I had cervical spine surgery that left me with nerve damage and 25 pounds less upper body muscle mass. The cumulative effect has been 60lbs. of excess fat. 10 months ago I started making an ernest effort to loss weight and get myself back in shape. After 8 months I had only lost 20lbs., even thought I do ballistic cardio and heavy lifting 5 days a week and have reduced calories by a third. 2 months ago I started searching the internet for information on hormones figuring that was the missing link. Recently I received an email promoting your program. It sounds like exactly what I’ve been searching for. I need your program! Yes I expect to buy it if I don’t win it. But winning it would be a huge benefit and I would be ever grateful.
Thank you Joel.

I am 25 and remember always being overweight. Last December I became borderline obese weighing 181 pounds at 5” 5’. I was sad, depressed and again disappointed for letting myself get so heavy. When I thought that if I lost the weight like I had before falling off the wagon the minute I started to get results and settling for less, my followed pattern could take me past borderline obese next time. I decided to embark on my last journey to the body of my dreams.
The first 2 weeks of January I did 1 hour cardio Monday to Friday, drank up to 10 glasses of water and downsized meals. Nothing significant happened. I cranked it up. Started planning meals using whole foods and introduced weight training. I got to 10 weeks of continuous efforts with good results. I dropped the strict ball for 5 weeks during which I remained at maintenance. I needed the break to ensure I continue to advance. I’m finishing week one of strict efforts again and I’m pleased that I have lost 5.1% bf and 14 pounds.
I need this because I want to look supper hot for my wedding in October. I can benefit from implementing your program to show off my abs at my honeymoon. I have information overload and prone to dropping out after 10 weeks. It is the best match for me. I want to help with the awesome success story I can and know will become with your book.

I am 62 and I am still in relatively descent shape. It may take me several days worth of working on it but I can still do the exercises necessary to use the program. I have estimated 31% body fat and I am a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic. I am now on insulin and I need to loose weight and improve my activity to get off insulin and hopefully stop this disease quickly. I think this program will help me loose this weight and stop the diabetes more quickly. Obviously I am very motivated and I have started dieting as before and exercising but like in the past I have no results. I need your help. Thanks, Neill
Hi Joel,
Your program sounds great you have new and differnt ideas that I haven’t heard of before. I strated out my mission to loose weight last year and have been doing pretty good but I feel like I am stuck and not making the progress that I want to anymore. I think you have just what I need to get me where I want to be and to acheive my weight and fitness goals.
Hello, I am about to turn 50 in a week from today. I have been talking about getting in shape for years. I seem to talk more than do. But I have said this is going to be my transition year. Your program seems like it could be just the ticket to get and keep me going because of the way it seems to be results oriented. The results would come quick enough to propel me further. Then I could show my brother that a good plan will be better than having an operation.
I am 56 years old, 3 months ago I broke my right kneecap in four places, the doctor went and did surgery and wired my kneecap back together again . So I went from a wheechair to a walker to a cane. I am now walking without any assistance. Going to physio 3x a wk. and will probably take another 3 months to recover. Since my accident I have been trying to lose weight and i have. I have lost 15lbs. just by eating better food , whole foods, trying to stay away from anything that’s packaged. I’m feeling better, but I have 50lbs to go. Because of my age and because I can’t exercise much I finding it hard to lose the weight. It has taken my 3 months to lose 15lbs. I think this plan can give me the jump start I nee.
You got my attention with cheat day! :-). Ever since then I been putting into practice what you are saying. Maybe not perfectly but I’m a working progress. So far I have lost 6 pounds.
Thanks
Camille
I’m a 44 year old mother of two, diagnosed with MS in ’94. I used to have control of my weight before kids, but after my last was born 9 years ago, I’ve just been gaining. There is a skinny woman inside who’s repeatedly surprised that she now weighs 40 kg more than she considers optimum. I’ve tried several approaches to shed the extra padding, so I hope this could be it. It really seems to be a well balanced approach, based on the latest scientific findings – which actually goes hand-in-hand with the latest findings on how to stimulate nerve regeneration in people with MS. It might be silly of me, but I’d like to uncover the real me, and not only look and feel great, but also put a dent in the development of my MS. That’d be uber-awesome.
First off, i’m very excited about XFLD, it sounds amazing and perfect for me! Why? Because i’ve tried most diets out there but always find it a struggle to continue at it for a reasonable time! 25 days in the XFLD and losing a possible 25 pounds is all the commitment i need, i’m already excited about the fast day (something which should scare the hell out of me!!!) I’m going on holiday in late July and would ideally like to lose around 35 pounds and keep muscle, again something that this will do for me!! This will also become a life tool for me, a 25 day release and to strip the fat from my body once and for all!!!
