This program you’ve put together sounds awesome! I’ve just finished my sophomore year of college, and like- I’m sure- nearly everyone else, I’m trying to keep the pounds off as much as possible. I work out nearly everyday, with intervals and strength training and some other “cardio.” I feel like right now I’m in decent condition, and even pretty good condition by traditional standards, but I’ve never been able to see my ABS. im tired of yo-you dieting its not working i need a system where i can lose weight and keep it off. Ive struggle with my weight since i was 7 years old, i have been on every diet you can think of but it never stays off. I need this system, its not a diet its steps and life style changes. Its a guide i need.
Extreme Fatloss diet is what I need because I have been going to the gym for the past 4 years and have lost 20kg, I go 6 mornings a week and have a personal trainer that I meet twice a month, but I have still got 35% body fat, and it just won’t move. In November last year I had a hysterectomy and I have been trying really hard to loss the fat, but it won’t go down, I believe I eat a healthy balanced diet and make sure I have protein at every meal and don’t eat much in the way of complex carbs. I am a 43 year old mother of teenage children, I have set an example for them of getting fit, but I need help to remove this fat and I believe this programme can help me.
This is something that I have been looking for, a diet that does not require you to starve yourself and destroy your body in losing weight. I quit smoking three years ago, and like a lot of folks; gained a few pounds afterwards. I expected that, and chose to leave that battle for after I kicked the “butts”. I am looking for a way to boost my confidence and get back into the best shape of my life. I am an athlete and I have been injured a few times and have also dealt with some other health issues over the past 4 years. During the time I was injured, I was unable to train as intensely, and as a result I gained weight and I have not been able to lose this weight yet. I have tried various nutrition programs, but have not had much success. I know that by using your program I could restore the level of fitness and health I once had and this would raise my confidence level and allow me reach my athletic goals.
I have always been an active person and managed to stay in really great shape. That all became more challenging once I lost my vision due to a car accident in 2001. At this point in my life, I am coming off shoulder surgery. It has been four months and I have put on unwanted weight because of the inability to do anything. I have implemented your Cheat Your Way Thin strategies and they have worked very well, but the bottom line is i have to get as lean as possible as fast as possible. I have a college football season to prepare for and i need as much time as possible seeing that I have lost four months to recovery. What I am getting at here, is that building muscle is much safer and easier when you are relatively lean, and that is exactly what I need to do for football, and I am on a limited time schedule and this program has tremendous promise after reading the ideas! Especially the pre-cheat day depletion! love it! The science is unbelievable behind it.
I’m a surgeon, pushing 50, father of teenagers, in the busiest time of my life, and hardly have 5 minutes a day to myself. I grab all the exercise I can by taking the stairs, parking far away, running on weekends, etc. But to win the battle of the bulge with my stressful life and minimal exercise, I need to maximize my gains from diet changes. This plan will (hopefully) help me get rid of that mid-life-crisis (my 25 lb bulge in the middle) as fast as possible!

The reason why I need your program is quite simple: I’m been trying to lose weight (well, fat actually, I don’t really care about weight) for nearly a year now. I’ve been that fat kid in class ever since I can remember, I’m 19 now and I feel it’s time to become that ripped guy. I tried multiple diet programs combined with a lot of strength training, made a few myself based on ‘facts’ I found on the internet but all failed. Lost a few pounds in the first week or so, then gained some after that (I believe they call that ‘yo-yo effect’…). I’ve been doing some kind of anabolic diet for a couple of weeks now and I’m glad to say that I’m losing fat, but very, very slowly. Then I tried eating pizza and icecream on day 1 (and it was goooood!), then creating a huge deficit on day 2 and another huge deficit on day 3 etc and it seems like I lost about as much fat in just this last week as I lost in the 6 weeks before… To me, that proves that you know what you’re talking about and I’m really anxious to try the whole program, as I’m 200% sure it works!

I’m very excited about your program cos I have been recieving your emails, and they just make so much sence. Also my husband and I have a bet if I loose the last of my weight or close to before we go to Melbourne (in Australia) which is in 4 weeks he has to buy me a whole new outfit including shoes. I am 50 lbs over weight. I have three children and one on the way. My 2 year old thinks daddy is pregnant too. I am more motivated than ever to loose weight after my 6 year old asked me if I was going to die of a heart attack after she saw a show that described a man dying from a heart attack associated with being “fat.” I need a program that will work.
Hi, Joel. I’ve tried all sorts of diet and eating plans over the years, and in the long term they’re so hard to maintain that the weight always comes back, which is just frustrating.
