As I turn 53 this next month, shedding 30 extra pounds is extremely difficult at this point in my life, but i must in order to remain healthy. i am a transplant recipient (12 years now successful) and high blood pressure is something I fight and monitor constantly. I think that my BP would lower significantly if I could find something that would really works. I would be your best spokesperson if this works for me.

I have Cushing’s disease caused by pituitary tumors. Cushing’s is a rare endocrine disease that causes uncontrollable weight gain by triggering the adrenal glands to produce excess amounts of cortisol. It destroys metabolism by breaking down muscle tissue, by making the body resistant to using stored fat for energy, and increasing hunger. I was fit & active before this disease. Since the disease, I have become a nutrition expert, I have worked with trainers, etc but results are minimal. I haven’t been able to lose the abdominal fat that is characteristic of Cushing’s. I have vigorously fought the Cushing’s, which has helped, but after 15 years with the disease I feel I am at the tipping point. I have to find a way to beat the effects of Cushing’s or I fear I’ll soon be at the point of no return. I found your program searching for something new that might work. I believe your program is the missing piece of the puzzle for me. I’m poised to make the most of it: I belong to a gym, I’m working with a trainer, I love exercise (weightlifting & cardio), & I eat healthy. I already fast once/month & can fast weekly. I’m very strong-willed & determined. I will be your biggest success story and once that happens, I will be able to share your program with many other people who know that if this worked for me, it will work for anyone!

Quite simply i think this is the best system on the market at the moment, and i have seen a few. The fact that it is helping so many people around the world in this day and age can only be a good thing, I have reached a point in my life when i know i have to change my lifestyle and this is the best way i have found to do it, if i am not one of the lucky ten i would still like to say thank you for the information you have provided and i wish you all the best.

I really need to lose weight and lower my blood sugar in order to control my diabetes. I need to exercise and have trouble walking or bending due to arthritis and congestive heart failure.

I believe I would be a perfect candidate for this program. I am 26 y/o male weighing 215lbs trying to get to a lean 170lbs. I have hit that plateau; I am in the gym and eating right but not seeing any results. I am needing something that will work to help me get to where I want to be. I have a variety of health conditions typical of most baby boomers – overweight, hypertension and high cholesterol. My wake-up call came about a year ago when I had a high blood pressure attack which left me scared because I was so looking forward to retirement and enjoy the company of my grand kids.

I like that it is nutrition and exercise combined. You have great principles behind the fat loss approach that I have heard but haven’t seen combined before. I am a fairly active person (working out 6 days a week) but haven’t seen my body shape change in years. Still have 10 pounds that I could lose and would love to see if your program can do that. So, if a person who is active and yet still needs to lose weight on your program, anyone would be able to! Hope to be able to try it.

I turn 36 tomorrow and the last 35 years have been good, but just good doesn’t cut it once you realize what you’re capable of. If I’m using anything less than the world’s BEST diet and exercise program, I’m still stuck in Hell.

When my mom was diagnosed with Cancer (no, I’m not playing the C card, she’s fine now), I started reading and became obsessed with the finding out the truth about health, diet, exercise and sleep. I can’t believe how wrong I’ve had it all along! Low fat, high carb and she STILL got sick! It made me stop and look at myself– “right” diet, gym 6x/week, new diets & workouts..excuses & disappointments. I promised myself I wouldn’t fall for another gimmick. My weakness? I’m an eternal optimist with an open mind. I actually prefer this way to its alternative, but it gets expensive. I just got remarried (finally found the right guy, at least!) and things are falling into place. One more area of my life needs fixing. And that’s where YOU come in, Joel! :)

I am a 58 year old woman. I used to have a very nice hourglass figure; however, the years have been kinder to my face than to my body – flabby AND droopy! I have tried exercising, but my schedule is very hectic (working full-time, taking care of my dog, and spending as much quality time with my Mom – who is in a Care Facility – it is hard to dedicate the time to an effective exercise regimen.
I have tried the HCG diet – very difficult, and I failed. 21 lbs. in 21days – aweful, & I lost 6 lbs. and gained 8 lbs., and so on.

Being a Aboriginal Nurse raise 2 kids, one with Autism and the other with depression, life is pretty tough. my goal is to be a bodybuilder but cant seem to to lose body fat. I ve tried all the fad diets but no success.

I want to burn fat more efficiently. I have tried few programs in the past, they did work to a certain extent. This one sounds more practical, I would like to try it and see. I would like to carve up my body for the beach.

Im 58 and lack the motivation and energy to get back in shape. Tried many different diets and exercise programs to stay fit. Im not really fat just out of shape.

I’d really benefit from this programme because I’m an ammature boxer and I’ve been struggling to loose some extra weight I train 5 times a week and eat well but I can’t lose anymore no matter what I try but I really feel your programme will do the impossible!

I agree. Have you ever read the book, Lights Out? The only thing I’ve learned is that, besides diet and exercise, sleep is just as (if not more) important. It’s an interesting book. Good luck with your journey…

I would really like the help losing my abdominal fat. It seems to be the most persistent hanger on. I have been doing cardio and lost 15 pounds. I am turning 50 this year and would like to age healthfully. I would appreciate help from your program.

Over the last number of years, I’ve worked at desk jobs and passed through menopause. I feel tired most of the time and have gained a lot of weight as a result.
