S.O.S!!!! “Jumbo Shrimp” needs to become “Petite Perch!” I am 4’11, and weigh 155 lbs. I used to be a runner, but my weight gain has caused excessive strain on my knees,so I cannot train effectively anymore. I am also unemployed, and feel that my weight may be a stumbling block when interviewing. I need a kick-butt program that will restore the svelt, fit, former me!!! Will you help???

I am a former competitive swimmer in College and Internationally (PanAm and World Student Games) who, like many jocks, when I retired from swimming, blew up like a balloon.
Finally got control, and went from 260 to 179 with 12.7% body fat.
Then stalled.
I travel a lot for work, and while in India this Fall I caught a parasite that further inhibited my training. While being treated for the parasite, an aortic anyuerism was discovered, and 4 weeks ago I had emergency open-heart surgery.
I desperately need a framework and specific approach to “get back on the horse” and am hoping your program will do that.

I am 65 years old trying to take ten years off my looks.
I have been using your advice and have lost 10 pounds.

I am 60 years old. I have been a yo-yo dieter all my life. Chubby kid. 110 lbs when I got married. Gained 45-50 pounds with every pregnancy(3). With decreasing metabolisms due to aging and “dieting” I now weigh 180 lbs. I eat 1200 calories a day. I have spent about $3000 on all the latest fads including Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, Michael Thurman’s 6 week body makeover, the Protein Power Plan, etc. only to gain all the weight back. I exercise at the gym 5 days a week-30 minutes cardio followed by 30 minutes weight training. and still weigh 180 lbs after 21/2 years. I even exercise faithfully when on vacation. So far I have lost 3 lbs. eating protein and either a colored or energy carb 5 times a day. I know it’s not much but I guess slow but sure is the pace for a 60 year old!!

Hi Joel, thank you for this opportunity. I feel I need access to this program because I need to make change! I’m a competitive athlete who has no trouble training hard but what is lacking is my nutrition. I need a straight forward laid out plan that takes my choices away and tells me what to do just like my training plan. I am a liver transplantee, diabetic, have had breast cancer and knee replacements. Have gained weight steadily through these ordeals and need to lose much weight to start to feel healthy again. It hurts to even walk and I am out of breath quickly. Hoping this program could help me as others in the past haven’t.

I’m fifteen years old and have always been overweight. This program is the perfect program for me because of the small amount of days that it takes to complete the program and the fact that the results are amazing in that short amount of time. (I really have a lot of faith in this program and I’m so excited for it to come out). The program is perfect for me at this point in my life because school is almost out! When school’s over, I won’t be faced with the temptation of school food. I’m also a competitive swimmer, so I’ll be exposed to so much exercise as we will be having practices twice a day, everyday. I absolutely can NOT wait until the Xtreme Fat Loss program is launched – I am so ready to get started. I am a personal trainer but I don’t feel like I LOOK like one. I have been trying everything for about 6 months now to get rid of some extra body fat with no luck. I do tons of research myself and just reading all of the free information you have already given us I feel like the Xtreme Fat Loss program is perfect. I am so tired of working out twice a day and not seeing results……I obviously need some help :-)

My dad has slowly let his weight get the better of him over time and as a result, he has gained more problems because of the weight from diabetes to heart surgery. I see how weight gain affects someone on a day to day basis from both the physical and mental aspect. I know that I am at risk for some of those health issues because I am his son, but I also see non-heredity weight gain issues that are unacceptable in my opinion. I’ve been looking for something that not only works for me, but is sustainable over the course of my life and I think this program may be the ticket. I don’t want to have the same medical problems as my father due to something that I can control the outcome.

I have multiple sclerosis. My symptoms change daily. Most of the time I have no “visible” symptoms, but some days I can’t walk, am exhausted, emotional and in pain. I have a website for those of us that suffer from MS but are lucky enough to not be completely disabled. It makes it difficult for others to understand because they can’t “see” it. Your program touches on all the things we need, nutrition, journal tracking, long term instead of instant results. I would like to try this to lose and maintain healthy weight loss and see if it is something that can be offered to my MS Community.

Hi! I turned 40 in January and my metabolism seems to have taken a hike! Over the last 4 years we have moved 3 times due to my husband’s job and with 4 kids that is very stressful. I love food so it’s my friend when I am stressed. I have packed on an extra 30 lbs that I can’t get rid of. I have tried WW, high protein, low calorie and read just about all the books out there. I work out w/ P90 X and have a slim coach tracker which wants me to burn about 1000 calories a day. I have been doing my best and working harder than I ever have but…the scale has only moved about 4 lbs. in almost 3 months. I know underneath I am getting toned but need to remove the fat to see it. I don’t know what else to do. I think I may have jacked my metabolism by working out alot but not getting the right nutrition. I think you have done the right research and
discovered the best way to solve my problem so I really, really need your HELP!

I need a program like this that lays everything out for you. There is no guess work involved. I am a 43 yr old, I have about 30 lbs to lose and I am watching what I eat and working out everyday but it seems my weight is still increasing. I have asthma and as my weight goes up my breathing gets worse and need to rely on inhalers inorder to breath.

After reading the posts about the Xtreme Fat Loss System, I find the concepts very interesting. I think they would be a benefit to me because (like quite a few other folks) I have some body fat to lose. The ideas about “cheat days” and “creating a caloric deficit” have been around for a long time, but no one ever explains how to implement them correctly. The same with synergistically combining diet and exercise. Most programs concentrate on one or the other often advocating unhealthy starvation diets or unrealistic volumes of exercise. I look forward to seeing in detail how the Xtreme Fat Loss System takes all of the above ideas and puts them together to create a quality fat loss system. Thank you.

I’ve been slowly working off extra weight for the last year. In early December I had a gall bladder attack and had surgery to have it removed. During the surgery the doctor (who actually listened to me complain of discomfort in my lower abdomen) discovered that my appendix was wrapped around my colon due to a bit of diverticulitis. He also removed my appendix. After the surgery I had no appetite and lost another seventeen pounds. I’ve been working hard not to put the weight back on, changing my diet and trying to add exercise to my daily routine. This is a struggle. I’ve been subscribed to your emails for a few months and find your information very helpful and inspiring. I believe this program will keep me heading the right direction.

I’m in my early 50’s and have a new love interest in my life so I am very motivated to make positive changes in my life.

I am a 45 yr old mom of two who recently recovered from two foot injuries, losing major progress due to poor nutrition choices while out of commission w/ exercise. I’ve researched nutrition and upon learning if your program, discovered you already found the answers!

After three kids and many attempts to try to regain my “old” self, I would just like something that works. I’m not afraid of commitment or hard work an am ready for a challenge! I am not looking for a diet but rather a lifestyle change I have to keep up with these three little guys!!

In October last year I lost my job and was forced to move out of our home w/o a job. My stress level was extremely high. I stopped exercising and started eating way too much. In the last six months I’ve put on a lot of fat and feel very run down. I am now 50 and need something to “reboot” me in the right direction. I have a wife, four kids, and a grandchild. Let me start with a quote from Mark Twain: “I can help anyone get what they want in life. The trouble is I can’t find anyone who can tell me what they want.” I don’t believe that there is a perfect program out there, but I will settle for the best! My wife and I have tried many programs and have all but given up! Your program is coming at the right time and we are putting our faith in you and your program to make one last ditch effort to get the most out of our physical bodies and being in our fifties we are running out of time. Our hope is to use your program to set an example to everyone we come across and to be able to retire in the best shape of our lives.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the perfect program for me at this time in my life.
Just having turned 45 and reaching a plateau of 121lbs, I’ve been unable to move the scale. The process has been very frustrating as I attempt to not only lose another 5-10lbs of body fat, but also, and more importantly, reshape my abs, back and arms. I’m determined to find a way without totally “pissing off my body”.
