Almost a year ago I had my second child, who to our surprize was born with a major heart defect. We have spent alomst 5 months in the hospital while she has had 4 surgeries, 3 of them being open heart surgery, and we still have more to go. Since then and with the stress and low activity I have gained weight that is just one more thing right now that I feel I can’t control. I know I need to do better but food is my comfort right now and I am SO tired of that and want to change! I feel like I am losing me and I would love to feel like I have control over SOMETHING in my life!

The doctor says he needs to change his eating and exercise habits. If this does not happen in 6 months to a year, the doctor will need to do a painful procedure in order to biopsy the liver. I have read your program components and they provide extensive information and support for my son. As of right now I am not able to do any type of cardio due to foot problems. I can do exercises on the floor and nothing else. I need to lose about 25-30 lbs and I am hoping with your program it will help me with burning the fat. I am a 36 y.o. nurse educator who should be healthier than what I am. The sad part is that I know that. With slowing metabolism, long hours, and a schedule with children in sports, dance, among other things, I don’t make time for me. Joel, I’m a 54 year old man and have struggled with my weight since my thirties. I’ve tried all diets imaginable, have achieved success many times, but have failed consistently to keep the weight off for more than six months. I’m 6′ and weigh 220 lbs. I need this program because I am tired of failing the diet portion of everything I try, Nothing was specifically MADE for me, and even when it was… it didn’t work. I’ve tried diet pills, diet program after diet program and it last for a few weeks, then i fall off the wagon. I need something I can follow that talks me though it. I carry most of my weight in the middle & my family has a history of diabetes on both sides.

I stumbled across your 5 fat loss secrets a while ago, because of my subscription to Mike Geary’s blog. To be honest, I was a little skeptical because we all know how many “fake” ads there are telling us these secrets that probably aren’t even true. Once I was finished reading your document, I was so excited that I told everybody in my apartment and could not stop talking about it. As I am a student, it was late at night and I wanted to try them out RIGHT away, but I had to wait until the next morning.
This program would benefit me immensely. As a student, I am always on the go, with hardly a free minute to spare. I try and fit a slot in my schedule for fitness training, and always try my best to be as healthy as I can be. Thank you Joel, for the information that you have already provided. I have just graduated with my bachelor’s degree and after a crazy four years of studying I need to get back in shape! I took an aerobics class during my last semester to get back into an exercise routine and want to continue to stay active so that I can lose the fat gained. I am 5’2″; I have lost 15#s with the aerobics but still weigh 190#s and I will be turning 50 this year. I would like to get to my recommended weight, but I would be happy if I could lose 50#s. I want to use your program as a guide in this endeavor. I have seen the results in last six posts and would like to get them myself.

I have my very first photo shoot coming up in a little over a month. The guy that was helping me prepare sort of left me to figure it out on my own. That is fine because I’m in the single digits for bf%, however now that I’m closer to the shoot I’m realizing I might not get to the completely ripped look I need to be in and Im freaking out! I’ve tried a variety of things up to this point with little success. I don’t know how to get to the next level on my own. have been following your tips with real anticipation on receiving the full plan. i have for the last year trying to eat clean & working out with interval training as warm-ups for weight training sessions, 3 day split & also core training on a fit ball 2 x per week have been making gains in strength but that seems to be slowing down now & weight wise just seemed to be stuck between 228lbs – 233lbs at 6ft 1inch & body fat % of 27-28. have tried diet pils & fat metaboliser tablets nothing seems to work please help at the age of 48 & with all the training feel fitter than i have ever been but so disapointed with my body image & in the uk all the tips refer me to diet pils WHICH DONT WORK i desperately need this system thankyou
