I am a 44 year old mother of three. I just finished my 2nd year of Veterinary college. In the fall with the start of third year classes, we move into a lecture hall with theater seating. These seats come with those tiny flip up desks. I need this Extreme program to lose weight during the summer so I can comfortably fit into those seats. I would also love to look better and have more energy to keep up with my kids and compete with my 20 something classmates.

Joel, I am curious to see what Xtreme Fat Loss Program will have to teach me that I haven’t already learned in Roman’s FPFL Program that I am currently following and getting results (I’m 48, 5’3″, was 125 lbs and in great shape, now 3 weeks into it lost 6lbs and inches everywhere; goal is to finally see those ABS!! in time for bikini weather in Europe where I am proudly serving for our country). I also bought Vince’s NNMB program, Mike Geary’s and other great programs. Roman’s was the one that made the most logical sense to me. That said, it appears very similar in theory to your new program based on your updates. Given my conviction that nutrition is 80% the answer to weight loss I think your program might hold the ‘key’ to loosing that extra 25% faster and offer long term solution after the xtreme phase. I think it’s wonderful to see you two pair up to offer your combined expertise to offer us the BEST possible program that actually works fast (assuming one gives it a fair try and follows the guidance to a T, btw, I’m planning to munch on a whole box of dark choco brownies on my cheat day!). i’m a post CVA survivor, and i’ve tried almost everything to reach my ideal BMI,, it doesn’t seem possible for me(the best i got was around 11 pounds over my ideal weight and i already looked too thin in my face) specially since i cannot work-out that much in my state right now. i would really appreciate it if your system helps me out.

Thanks a lot for putting together a great info package of how to get to our best shape possible, fast and with permanent results. I want to take this chance cause I’m always looking to be better in every aspect of my life. I’m not fat, or overweight, but normal. Still I know I can do better. I’m writing for two reasons:
I recently turned 40, I’m 6’0″ and have been able to maintain 207 lbs for the last 115 years. I ride my tour bike 90 miles a week and want to get back to my 188 lbs and 11.3% body fat I had when I was in the Air Force/flight school flying planes. I made a personal commitment to myself to be in my first competition when I was 45 year old and with all my skepticism with people and plans, your plan has caught my eye. As a business owner and father, I want to prove to the world you can achieve those fitness goals and perhaps think your plan will work.
Second reason, because I am cautious about anyone’s plan, and because perhaps you might have something truly revolutionary, I wanted to be become an official spokes person. I own a marketing company and have always wanted to be one of those people who could tell the world, I did it, it works and it will work for you.

Hi Joel, After turning 40 I found myself not feeling as well as I used to and I’ve put on a bit of additional weight. I’m not completely out of shape but really need to strip the additional 7kgs that “magically appeared” overnight, your program looks like it is exactly what I want

Hi Joel this diet is perfect for me because i am now 30 years old and currently going through a divorce and while i was with my wife i became comfortable in my relationship(as we all do) and piled on the pounds around my belly. So now that i am single again i have taken on a new look at life and want to get back to my fit trim self that i once was(a long time ago).I lack confidence now with women because of what happend in my last relationship and also my fat body and i just want to feel good about myself and be able to walk around confidently knowing people are looking at my because of my abs not my flab. hi, im 19 years old and i been going to gym about 3 straight hard working years now but not seeing much results, i tried all these protein shakes(magic powder) all brands say itll youll start seeing results in a week but i never see a single change. Now i did my research and figued its all in the diet and actually tried other diets that never worked either and now i just feel like giving up but i read about your program and thought it was very intresting and plus eat what i want its the best part. I would really like try this diet out and finally see some change in my body for once. Gary here from down under, thats right i’m an aussie ! I am real keen to get my hands on a copy of xtreme fat loss diet. As many of the readers I have been over weight most of my adult life ( approx 15 kgs ) and have tried every diet known to man and some that aren’t. I am only 5’2′ tall so any weight I carry around really shows in the worst possible way, I am 47 yrs old and have always been very active despite my weight issues . I currently do weights 3 x a week and cardio on 3 other days, but my diet always lets me down, in the past i have been a surf life saver, black belt in TKD and played grade rugby league, I have 3 kids that i love to be with and would love them to see a ripped dad in the near future, we are planning a trip to Bali in the next 4 mths so i would love to be ripped and healthy to enjoy the trip and set a great example for my kids to follow.

Patti says she is the oldest person to respond at 66, but I will be 68 next month, so I have her beat. I have been ill since the age of 20. Because of chronic pain I am unable to exercise, so I need something that does not require exercises that are too difficult to do. I have been trying for months to get below 120, but the scales refuse to budge. I am stuck on 144. It does not help that my husband of 45 years cannot gain weight even when he tries.

I am a 50 year old mother of 5 between the ages of 6 and 21. I have never been comfortable in my own skin and have always felt that I was heavy. It is my desire to get into shape for my children. My daughters who are 21 and 16 will be joining me in this shape up, lifestyle changing adventure. We have been discussing it all week. They are not overweight but would like to shape up and improve their habits. I have known for a long time about confusing your system by changing your eating times and what you consume, etc. to keep your body guessing and the fat furnace burning. The reason I would use this “EXTREME FATLOSS DIET’ program is because at the age of 65 and gluten intolerant, asthmatic,and IBS , I have to be careful of what I eat. I do weigh 225# and need to loose weight. I have been focusing on eating more fruit and vegetables for complex carbs and eat free range beef. I feel that there is something I am missing and I feel that in your program there will be an answer to me as to why, inspite of being careful of what I eat , I still have not lost weight. Dear Joel,
I’m a medical student with the two following goals: lose 30 lbs and learn how to align my nutrition and exercise plans for maximum permanent fat loss. With my busy schedule I still make time for yoga twice a week, lifting weights, and running…however I’ve never been able to get to my “goal” weight and I’m at a loss as to what works. Despite learning a lot about vitamins and minerals in school thus far, I haven’t learned how to lose fat (and I don’t think anyone of my professors is going to teach me). I’d like to follow your program to learn about cheat days, exercise, and combining the two, so that I can be a healthy example for my patients and teach them some of the basic concepts (as well as refer them to you for specifics).

I would love it if I could look in the mirror and think that I was something pretty special. Not that I don’t think everybody is special, but I think that in order to have a healthy level of self confidence it is important to feel special yourself. So that is my reason why I would like to lose the excess weight and then the reason that I would love to use your program is because it is scientifically based. I am a thinker, I should probably just do it. I have this obsessive need to research and plan and make goals. As you have discussed lepton levels and synergy between exercise and diet, it adds up to what all the other experts have been saying, from science research reports. I don’t want to do something that will negatively impact my health and I think your program is the fastest and safest way to lose body fat. And that is my main goal, to lose fat and gain lean muscle, so I can look confident and self assured.

I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago and immediately gained 40 lbs. I have not been able to lose any of that weight since then no matter how much effort I put into it. I have no idea what is best to eat, not eat or what to do to drop that weight! My metabolism changed after the surgery and what worked before for me does not work anymore, I need help with this and if this is the program that could do it, I want it badddd.

I am about 50 lbs over weight as I write this. I am 58. I been working out three days a week following the Fast Track program. I just joined Fasttrack in Jan. of this year. Before that I did loose 25 lbs in 4 months. Just doing my thing. It seem like I am in a rut. I am staying the same weight for the past month and a half. I just can’t seem to get that push I need to succeed in my weight loss . Believe me I am trying, and I do really need to loose the weight so my blood pressure goes down to were it needs to be . My life and my job depends on it. I do contract work around the world and the problem is not only that I am over 55 but also when I have to do a physical for the job my blood pressure is borderline were they accept me for the job. It’s been that way for the past year.
So I decided that I would really like to try you program after reading the stuff you sent out, and to see if I can do it and lower my weight and blood pressure at the same time. Always like a good challenge. Believe me I will put 100% into the program I promises. My future jobs and life will depend on it.

Hi Joel,

I’m a big fan of your work. I’ve already tried Cheat Your Way Thin with great success. Now I’m on a very tight schedule. I have to increase my strength for the next six weeks because I have big tests coming up. If I pass, I will enter a training programme to become a personal trainer. With strength training, I have to eat a substantial amount of food so I’m not as defined as I was after Cheat Your Way Thin. The thing I need to be in top shape for the summer is a very quick fat loss programme, something that gets the work done in less than a month (say 25 days, lol) so that I can have the best body I’ve ever had. To be a successful Personal Trainer, I have to be inspirational be a role model. Your programme can help me get there. I am fully dedicated and I have the willpower it takes to use your strategies.

It’s all about turning points! I am discovering that I can do a lot of things I never thought possible:
– like turning fifty in 6 weeks!
– like leaving an abusive and toxic relationship three weeks ago
– like studying for a Masters Degree I never thought I’d find

None of this is sustainable without good health and I know that the additional 40 pounds I am carrying around is the next thing to go. And this program gives me all the tools to do this.
