Hi Joel,

I have been losing weight for sometime but I eventually hit a wall after losing 15kgs. I’m at 15% body fat and I’m just a few more kgs away from my target. Having subscribed to your emails, I slowly began to read about how your program is effective for the last bit of fat I want to lose. I downloaded a free copy of your fat burning tips and I slowly started to include cheat days,lactic-acid based training and glycogen depletion days into my workouts.

Now, I will have a cheat day once a week (no pizzas and quadruple oreos for me though! I choose to stick with “cleaner” pasta ). Prior to my cheat day I will go on a very low carb diet and do glycogen depleting workouts to empty my carb stores. Then on the day after my cheat day, I will once again focus on a large calorie deficit and a glycogen depleting workout.

In my first week, I lost 2kgs before the cheat day, and I was tempted to NOT do a cheat day. But I remembered your article about leptin levels and I proceeded with my plan (You mentioned I need to believe in your strategy to make this work.) After my cheat day I gained 2kg and I thought my effort for the whole week was gone.

But guess what? I continued the same workout and routine for my 2nd week (current week) and right before my cheat day, I lost 4kgs in total already! I was surprised when the weight I gained from my cheat day was lost so fast through the workouts and methods you mentioned.

I am now at 14% body fat and I look forward to hitting my target of 10%. Your free articles and pdf downloads have already helped me a lot in fat burning and it would be great if I could win a full copy and continue achieving my aims. (Even if I don’t win a copy, I’m sure the material from your newletters and articles will help me achieve my aims!)

I would like to thank you a lot for the information you shared and gave, also the youtube video you did on FPFL is awesome. Without a doubt, FPFL WORKS! because even with a small amount of info from the program, I am already doing very well!

Hi Joel,

I am a 48 year old mother of a 10 year old son. I have battled my weight since I was his age and have lost and gained the same 60-80 lbs over and over again. I am extremely frustrated as not only are my bad habits affecting my health and energy level, it is also affecting the way my son is eating and his weight. I need to lose 75 lbs and my son has 10-15 lbs to lose…this is something we can do together to be more healthy and get my son into a routine that will hopefully last him a lifetime.

I am moving to a new place this summer. Will be away from friends and nothing much to do. I am concentrating on my fitness and your program can help me a lot.

Hey there Joel. Firstly thanks for providing such an informative and motivating website.

So what makes me different from all the other people interested in winning your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System? Not much from the perspective that we are all interested in gaining back our health.

In my case Joel I have about 60kg to lose at the moment and I would like to do so in order to make fitness my career change so that I can inspire many others as you have done.

I really need this program because although I’ve learnt a lot this past year about how to lose fat, I haven’t been able to continue it right down to the end. I’ve lost 50lb but can’t lose the last 15! I need help. I know from reading your posts that I need to understand more about how to use cheat days to control leptin levels, and I need to understand how to exercise and eat prior to and after those days. I have a strong sense that this is what I need to grasp in order to finally reach my final goal. Help me!!!

**– On Wednesday May 30, 2007, I went running at a local church with my husband and Shadow (our dog) to work off stress and try to stay in shape. Little did I know that I had a brain aneurism that was bleeding in my head and that running in the extreme summer heat would not be a good thing for this type of injury. After a mile into the run, I told Dennis that I felt like I was going to pass out and I needed to sit down. I did pass out and my husband flagged down one of the workers at the church who helped load us up and took us to our house. Then my husband rushed me to the emergency room at Greenville Memorial Hospital (GMH). I stayed at GMH for approximately one month and then I was sent to Roger C. Peace Hospital for approximately three months. During my stay ay GMH, I ended up having a stroke on June 15, 2007.

After being released from both hospitals, I was then required to go to the outpatient therapy center of Roger C. Peace for three days a week. There I received physical, speech, and occupational therapy from October 2007 to the fall of 2008.

So you are probably wondering how this girl could possibly be a “picture of health”. Well, during my recovery period, approximately a year and a half, I was not physically active at all. I turned into a vegetable!!! I had to relearn how to talk, feed myself, use the bathroom, walk and function as a normal adult!

Prior to 5/30/07, I would go to the gym or go running at least 4 to 5 times a week. Due to the long time that I was inactive and a bed vegetable, I gained a lot of weight, approximately 57 pounds. I went from a five foot four 27 year old woman to a 212 pound over weight and very unhappy woman! I became determined that I would get back into my old jeans and clothes!!! So I started going back to the gym with my husband five days a week. Also, I started a 1,200 calorie diet that required I track the amount of fat, carbohydrates, and sodium in the items I ate with our local Bariatric Clinic.

As of today, May 20, 2011, I have lost a total of 27 lbs. and I am still working out regularly five times a week. My goal is to get back to my prior size and weight class which will allow me to get back into my clothes and enjoy a healthier, skinnier life!

I need this program, because I’ve been battling with fat loss ever since I started exercising. I’m on a roll right now and you know what they say “Make hay when the sunshines”. I’ve been following your stuff, and all your articles on cheating your way thin and Im crushing it. I want to put this fat away for good and NOW is the time!
