Hi Joel, im a 48yr old female living in london. I have been overweight for as long as i can remember. I have finally got my weight under control but have been unable to lose the last 10lbs. I work hard at the gym going weight based exercise and intervals 6 times a week. I find it hard to stick to plans to the letter being so busy with my business and family.
I have read all your updates and really like the sound of your system. I totally believe if your going low carbs that cheat day has to help to keep loosing week after week. The day of no food after cheat day sounds hard but nothing i have not done before. In fact it seems each day the focus is different so its not boring, and the cheat day allows you to have a bit of a social life. the programme is 25 days so you can see the wood for the trees.
My only problem is, i have spent a fortune over the years on different plans, and on the one hand i think whow i want to try, but on the other hand i am sceptical and think here we go again. so winning the programme would be fantastic as i would feel i have nothing to lose. At 60 I have been struggling to lose weight ever since losing my thyroid. The medicine I’m on causes edema and weight gain. A hip replacement and shoulder surgery have left me with limited mobility. Though I have only begun sifting through the downloaded copy of Fat Burning Furnace, I am hopeful that this will mean a chance to become healthier, stronger and to get rid of dangerous and stubborn abdominal fat. Being able to keep up with my eight year old grandson is another goal. I would love to win this complete program as I have been aware of my body and have tried to keep in shape for as long as I can remember. Last year I hit the big 40 and suddenly from being sent home from a gym and being told that I have the perfect figure I am a couple kilo’s overweight and can longer fit into my size 32 jeans (this is extremely frustrating for me). I believe hormones as well as everything else can be controlled by diet but unfortunately I do not always have the time to get to a gym. I have a home gym system which I want to get up and running but need help with the correct exercises because I know it is crucial that I do it right or I could hurt myself even more so. In 2008 I lost 60 lbs. Since then, I seem to be stuck. I keep gaining and losing the same ten pounds. I could stand to lose 20 more, but would be ecstatic with ten. I’ll be 48 years old this summer, and feel your program can get me into the best shape of my life. I felt for awhile that this must be a “set point” and maybe my body just wants to be at this weight. I will be 44 this July. I have always been a fitness fanatic and I have tried several programs which I bought over the Internet to reduce my body fat % with the aim being of going down to single digits body fat. Most of the programs did not work. Others worked to some extent. One of these programs, which I will not mention here by name, helped me a lot to break the sticking point which has always been 72kg and 14% body fat. But I was stuck again at 69kg and 12.3% body fat. I just can’t move forward any more. This program is my final attempt to reach my lifetime goal of going down to single digits body fat. If it does not work I will give up my attempts and accept the fact that maybe, genetically, I am not suited to go further down from 12% body fat. I believe everyone has to ability to lose weight. I have the ability to lose weight, although all through my life it has been a yo yo effect all because I love eating. Not too much, but I just love eating. So I just lose a couple of pounds and gain a few and some. I do not have the discipline to lose the weight I needed to lose and stay slim. I do not really get into the habit of losing weight and keeping slim.

I have always struggled with weight issuses. I eat healthy but know there are always more ideas I can used. I don’t know much about exercise and would love to learn more. I walk and enjoy nature for my exercise. I also teach classes on health, diet, attitude and would love to give them tips as well and want to be a better example for them as well as encourage them to be examples for their friends and family. Keep up the good work. I knew people were over weight, but I got a taste as to why while in Vegas (first time there).
I am a 280 pound Triathlete. I want to be a 180 pound Triathelte and see what kind of times I can crank out. Thing is, I don’t eat well. I try and feel like 80% of the time I eat right, but 20% of the time, I hit fast food for the sake of convenience. I’m a fitness fanatic w/ all the education & certifications to boot. Fall & winter I pack on an extra layer of fat, then I go into fat burning diet/exercise phase come spring. I use a high protein (keto style) diet to get lean fast. I do one cheat meal per week. I’m totally sick of it and have been experimenting quicker ways to reach my goals. I can achieve great results after about 40-45 days, But your program sounds like it beats the pants off that w up to 25lbs in 25 days & I get an entire cheat day per week!! UR KIDDING ME!! Many people I know struggle with weight, me included. I was in Vegas recently and got a taste of why. I want to lose the thighs and stomach that I have acquired again. Can’t seem to get it off no matter how healthy I eat. I need some tips to exercise as I believe that is my weakest point.

I’m 27, 6’5″ and 285 lbs. and have been overweight for most of my life, although I’ve tried dieting and various exercise routines to no avail. I’m tired of trying this and trying that with no real results, and after seeing the before and after pictures of Xtreme Fat Loss Diet users, I’m a firm believer that it’s just what I need once and for all.
I am a deputy sheriff who is assigned to a high school. I coach girls fast pitch softball and boys football. I try to teach them about keeping fit but I am not the best example of that. On top of that I get to retire in 2 years and don’t want to just wilt away like some of my colleague have. I am 49 and struggle with finding the right program with nutrition that gets me excited. The stress of the job does not always allow me right eating habits along with having high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
