I would like to become a powerful example to many of my friends who are also overweight (like myself) that it is possible to make a complete difference in our lives at this point that we are (the damn 40`s, lol) and i know that your program would alow me that…I have a lot to live yet and under this fat cover nobody can see my true me.

I’m try for many years but I’m not completely done . I lose half of fat that I want , but the other half still with me . I want the best ,always . And I think your program it’s the best solution for me . I have a world to save , a girl to love , and the dream to do go on . I’ve hit the big 40 and I want my old prebaby body back! Mostly I want to be an example for my kids – I want to be fit and healthier, and get my metabolism and energy levels back to where they were when I was 25…I’m not asking for much am I?

I am 22 and I was playing volleyball for 8 years… well my weight problems began in the last year of highschool and than at university… I was pretty good but however I just had enough of pain in my knees and shoulders so I stopped…

well, up to recomendations I was also doing fitness gain muscle programme, what I know it wasnt a good idea… I gain some muscles but I got bulky, so I tried some crazy diets… well I stopped doing that, when I realised that all have just ”jo-jo” affect and instead of losing kg, everytime I gained anouther one.

like I said I stopped….I know, the easiest stuff to do… well today Im sory that I even allow myself to gain so much weight.
Today I am 1,80 m and with 92 kg I am 20 kg over-weighted… my weight is the same for 1 year now…
however, I would like to loose weight, but I want to start playing volleyball again, stay in shape, improve my health (my heart just can take a 45 min of running… damm :S) and of course my self-confidence (that one is somewhere downthere for the last years).

well I really want to loose weight this summer, so I need something extreme and especially effective…

I look skinny with my clothes on, but flabby with my clothes off. I thought I had tried everything, but no matter what I do, my way doesn’t work. I just end up tired and hungry with little to show for it. I would like to finally break through this plateau. I love your philosophy of working smarter, not harder. Joel, I will trust the process and follow your instructions faithfully. I’m 40 something now and kinda feel like it’s now or never.

I began struggling with my weight and staying fit a few years ago and really want to find a solid program that will allow me to get back in shape and maintain a healthy life style. I am also a a point where my husband and I want to start a family in the next year and I would really like to start out on the best possible foot before and after we take that step. i’m 47 yrs. old and have been re-habing from 2 knee surgeries (same knee) the first one was a botched job, so i got a different dr. and he did it right. anyway the whole process took about a year but with all the inactivity i put on about 90 lbs. my knee is finally where it needs to be to start exercising again. i have been reading about your program and im really excited to give it a try! i think if i could get a free one, that would help motivate me even more! maybe i could get out of this funk i’ve been and get my old body back. love reading your stuff.

I have always been on the weight loss roller coaster. Down and Up and down and up. I have really enjoyed the articles sent me to date and have found them very informative and helpful. Having your system would mean the world to me. Ive been on a weight battle my whole short life, at the age of 19 Im at my heaviest. I played nothing but sports and always had that pregnant look. I would constantly diet exercise but I never lost fat. Ever. Ive yet to been able wear a swimsuit because too much fat on me at 5’2 is way too much fat. My body type is a endomorph so even when i exercise I just gain muscle but the body fat stays, I already have a naturally slow metabolism but Im sure theres now metabolic damage. Ive hit depression because of the weight, I need a diet that actually work, I tried the high protein, the low carb, the vegan. Nothing it seems like what ever I did somehow I gained from it. Please help me lose the weight so I dont waste away another summer in doors to hide.

I am 30 years old. I have a 2 year old named michael and love to watch him run around and play. But, the problem is with the extra weight I have on me playing with him is not something I can do for very long. I’m a rule follower from way back! I have been adhering to my current exercise and nutrition program for many years, and would love access to some new ‘rules’, to ensure my approach to exercise and nutrition is the most effective and efficient possible.

The company I work for is getting busier (which is really great) but I need to be fitter, healthier and carrying less weight to be able to increase my workload.
I live in the Middle East so it’s also getting seriously hot at this time of year and to be unfit, unhealthy & overweight in 50+ degrees is no joke so….your Xtreme Fat Loss System would greatly enhance my life.
Eating more healthily is becoming easier here in the UAE due to better products becoming available i.e. grass fed meat, free range eggs & organic produce, and thanks to the advice in your news letters, I’m now more educated in what I eat.
I like to walk in the local park (very early!!) and would like to be able to adapt a workout that I can do there.

Hi, I’m 41 and for the past 7 months I’ve been dieting with Josh Bezoni’s 7DBB diet and lost 28 pounds and then plateau’d. I still have 15 pounds to go. I then started John Roman’s workout routine Final Phase Fat Loss and love it! But just the workouts aren’t helping me lose weight any more. I have gained back muscle lost in crappy low-carb diets from years ago but I would really love to have the whole package: an effective diet AND workout program. At this point in my weight-loss journey I really could use a program that’s diet and exercise components work together to help one lose weight in a healthy way. I think your program fits the bill! And I LOOOVVE cheat days!!!!!

I am an expert on as many diets as you care to list. Some worked for a while but none of them work permanently. I have starved,craved,cried,turned down invitations out when on one of my faddy diets. I know how to walk without seeing myself in shop windows. I cut labels out of clothes so on-one (including my husband) can see my true size. I am pretty successful in a professional job,I have 2 great kids but I feel a complete failure. Why? Because I am fat. I can’t wear the clothes I want only those which fit. I am a 55 year old grandmother that is in a death battle to reclaim her health. I have literally tried everything to lose weight, but have found little or no success with anythng. I have been following the final phase fat loss workout and I am down to my last 15 pounds. Losing these last 15 pounds is getting really hard. I was hoping that your diet would be the way to get me to my goal.

I have tried many different diets over the years. Some left me starved, weak and exhausted. Sure I had weightloss while I was on them…but gained back the weight and more when I went off of them. All the plans were not something I could continue with long term. If you feel the Xtreme Fatloss Diet can give me energy, provide a healthy meal plan and an action plan…I am up for the challenge. I am tired of being tired and just want to be healthy once and for all.

I am 36 and have 2 kids. I am not overweight, but I know I’m flabby. And for the past year, I have not been quite healthy. I want to be fit and healthy, be able to wear those bikinis again with confidence. Most of all, I want my husband to see me change and decide to try your program, for he is overweight and has a family history of diabetes. I know he has been struggling to be fit for more than 7 years, and I want to prove to him that this program works.

I am following the final phase far loss program and I am down to my last 15 pounds. Now it’s getting really hard to lose the weight. I was hoping this diet would help me reach my goal.

I have been diligently watching and hanging onto all of the advice you email out. I am a 50 year old working mother of six children and have struggled with my weight all my life. I just want to be healthy and feel good. It’s not about what the scale says, it’s about how I feel and what my health statistics are. I desperately need a plan that will get the weight off as quickly as is possible in a healthy manner and than a follow up plan to keep it off and to incorporate into a healthy lifestyle. I am 50 years old. I have five children. I stay pretty active going to their activities, which include basketball, volleyball, track, cross country, and wrestling. I help them practice and work hard. I am about 90 pounds overweight and hate being fat. I also know that I am looking forward to some not so nice health problems if I do not lose the fat. I need a no-nonsense approach to losing fat, from what I have read, you seem to have that. I am not too familiar with your program. I just learned about it, but from what I have seen, it is based on good nutrition and hard work. I am not afraid of that. This is what I am looking for. I don’t have time for fad diets and fanatical, potentially harmful plans. I just need to lose the fat and get my life back. I am not looking to be a super model, but I do want to live long enough to see my kids graduate from high school and maybe even get to see my grandkids…I have just started really concentrating on good nutrition and have cut sugar and wheat products and processed food and have lost 14 pounds and need a good program to follow up with. I am a 38 yr old mother of 2 who loves fitness and all things fitness related. I currently help facilitate a bootcamp at my church ( Not a paid professional, or paid amateur for that matter :)) but believe this program would be so helpful to all the ladies currently in my group.
