Hi Joel. I’m a 47 year old former standout athlete who now owns and operates a typical American diner. I am just another housewife sitting at home and fading away and comforting myself with food all the time, but recently i resided it is time to take action, but i don’t really know how, or how to do it on my own, but i know it is now or never.

Hope Im not too late – after six kids my body has made some changes. We eat clean (ok about 75-80% of the time), I walk/run a few morning a week.yet, the scale hovers around 190lbs. I have tried weight watchers and waiting on hunger – nothings makes that scale budge more than 1/2 lb or so every week. I am staring down my 40th soon and would love to feel good about my appearance and my overall health as i start this next phase.

This fat loss system is perfect for me! I have tried many “FAD” diets in the past and at my age need some REAL helo and quickly! I have followed all your e-mails and agree with this program fully! I need printed and audio material, not downloads and with print in hand can follow easier then referring to the computer for the information. This would be a husband & wife effort at 66 & 73 we could use the encouragement and direction of your program. We are healthy active adusts, but the acumulative of a few pounds a year have added up and we desire to lose the body fat, as it is dangerous at our age to have the extra baggage! It is hard to keep the metabolism at a fat losing level at our age although we walk any cycle daily it is not what the younger kids can do with intense workouts! With limited income we can not invest in all these programs and having viewed yours for a time feel it is the best one out there for us!

Hi Joel and gang…….well, I guess I’m sick and tired of always “trying” to lose a little weight. I don’t buy new clothes anymore, cause what’s the sense when I’m “trying” to lose a little weight? Problem is I’ve been “trying” to lose it for over 2 years. I finally woke up one morning not too long ago and said to myself “stop TRYING and do it!” Unfortunately I have a few factors working against me. I’m a woman almost 50 and perimenopausal, so my hormonal system is tricky a the best of times. I read and research until my eyes almost bleed, because I can’t find a physician versed in female hormones, never mind one who also knows about nutrition! That’s actually laughable. I am an intelligent soul who takes full responsibility for my actions, past and present, and my health, and would like to achieve optimum health (which includes mental health; body image being such an important factor in that equation) going into my later years. I’m so well aware that there’s no magic cure for pounds and pounds of extra fat….I put it there, it has to be my own hard work and efforts that get rid of it. Unfortunately, I feel as though I’m doing a jigsaw puzzle without having a picture….I have all of the pieces, the dexterity and visual coordination to put it together physically, the willingness and the patience to spend the time and effort to see it to completion, but I might as well be doing it in the dark. HELP !!! I’am 58, 5’11” and just hit 348 lbs. No matter what I do, count calories, carbs, stay away from sugars, pasta’s, and whole wheats, I still add on the lbs. The fatter I get , the less I can do. Thought it maybe a Thyroid problem, but that seems to check out ok. I have picked into your updates and tips to try and make up sum kind of a plan as far as what to eat, what to drink,(right now on water n SoBe).I’am hoping if I had the real deal, Extreme Fat Loss Diet, it would guide Me back to being a fit and healthy person again. Why do I need the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 system?
Since the start of the year I have been researching diet principles and exercise, which has led to 25kgs total weight loss so far this year, with still another approx. 10kg of fat to lose, I DONT want to lose any more muscle in the process.

My only child is in high school and I am a single parent about to be alone. I am Afraid to date because of the weight but I don’t want to be alone for the rest of my life. I’m just honestly curious what your program has to offer. I am one of the many who have low metabolism type of body and it has always been a struggle losing and firming my body. I am starting a new life as a single person after almost 40 years of marriage. That part of my life is exciting. The idea of losing weight and getting more healthy is at the top of my “me” list. I have done for other people all my life, raising children and being a wife and doing way to much. I would not trade most of that for anything, but it now my time to enjoy what I want. I want to try hiking and traveling more, but I need to lose about 75 pounds to get to that goal and be able to feel good. Since I can remember I have been overweight or if I managed to reach normal weight, still felt fat and the weight came back on. Since having children I have really struggled and my youngest is nearly 18. I want to be slim and healthy to see them and families and to enjoy and get the best from life. Your system seems to be the answer.
I am 44 years old and have had an un-diagnosable illness my whole life (a genetic fault, paternal side). The symptoms are similar to ADD, depression and chronic fatigue. Because of my chronically low energy (main symptom), I always felt I was different to everyone else (but didn’t know why). When, at about age 30, I couldn’t work any more (the illness has been slowly getting worse), I ended up on a disability pension. I ended up seeing a psychiatrist, who diagnosed depression. The first anti-depressant worked after 28 days, but only lasted for 14 days. However, during those 14 days, I had never felt so alive, had had so much energy and I was happy for the first time in my life. Since then I have tried every medication that may have had a positive effect (also many natural therapies), with no luck (and almost no side-effects). My father and I are still looking for answers (brother also had the illness, but suicided 7 years ago). However, one side-effect I got from one anti-depressant about 8 years ago, was massive weight gain. I went from my normal (for me) weight of about 95kg (I am a 6’1” solid guy), right up to about 165kg. Because of my chronically low energy, exercise is difficult, but so far have lost about 20kg through diet restrictions alone. An effective weight loss program like yours could just help me lose weight quicker and leave me with one less problem to deal with.

I’m 41 and I’ve had some success with dieting. But I can’t get pass the yoyoing. I joined the military 22years ago at 149lbs since then I ballooned to 311lbs last Jan. I exercised and dieted to 218 but went back to 264 I’m now going back and forth between 233 and 246 . I would love a program that would help me get to My goal 170bs. From what i’ve read, I think this program is it.
