I’ve only just started following Flavia’s FBL workout program, i’m fairly adept with the training but I fall down when it comes to nutritional requirements….I need help with the nutritional side of things. Ultimately my goal will be to compete in some sort of amateur figure competition here in Australia. The diet side of things always holds me back & prevents me achieving the results I want, short of binge eating to drop weight (which I know is ridiculous because I lose lean muslce mass not fat stores) i’m at my whit’s end! I’d love your help to make my goals a reality instead of just a dream.
