HEY JOEL…i am in my seventies, and in the last year I’ve lost the sight in one eye, I’ve had surgery for cancer, I’m hard of hearing, and I am 25 pounds overweight. YOU MAY BE MY LAST HOPE. Just one more time before I go, I’d like to walk down the street with a spring in my step, feeling neat and trim, like you, John, and Vince. –Grant

Hi Joel, I have been reading your newsletter for a couple of months now and am really enjoying it. Your information seems to really be well thought out, scientifically proven and very interesting and informative. From what to eat and when, to the specific type of foods that burn fat and build muscle and the proper ways to work out to maximize the results–I am extremely excited to finally lose the last 30 pounds that I have been stuck with after losing 45 on my own. I really do believe with your help I can break through this weight loss barrier and get to my goal. I know I can’t do it alone but with your help I believe I can! Even if I don’t get the Free X-treme fat loss program (and trust me–I would love to have it!!!) I would at least like to thank you so much for some real, honest and truly informative guidance! Sincerely, Lilla
Hi Joel,
Thanks for the opportunity to test your amazing program! I’m really impressed with your results, and no kidding, I’d like to get everyone I know on your program! As an Holistic Practitioner, I put a lot of emphasis on ‘walking my talk’, especially since most of my clients are struggling with weight issues; I’d really like to be a poster child for your program, to show them exactly *HOW* to be successful. See, people are expecting me to be an authority, have some expertise, yet my once healthy physique has finally succumbed to aging hormones! I used to work out consistently, until ten years ago, when I was injured in a yoga class(!), and stopped doing three hour workouts with heavy calisthenics. So my lean, hard body has turned into a fat factory! It’s gotten so bad, I don’t even enjoy walking anymore because my thighs rub together so much, I actually get painful chaffing! At 50, my health is more important than ever, and I need to get back on track; I’m weighing in at 160, and I’m only 5’3″. It’s not good for business when the person who’s supposed to have ‘all the answers’, is suffering with the same questions… Yet, I’m still learning all the time, studying cutting edge science, seeking to understand weight loss/gain, the causes of obesity, including thyroid disorders and dietary links to ‘metabolic syndrome’. Understanding that only 20 people can win one of your programs, please consider me to be one of your ‘Beta Users’, and I promise, I will be a great ‘guinea pig’! Either way, I’d like to extend my sincere thanks for your generosity! Blessings ~

ps. My website is under construction, but I’m interested in the possibility of becoming an affiliate. Please let me know how I can do this, Thanks so much!
As I get close to 50 I realise that I am getting into the danger zone with my weight and that my 3 children whom I encourage to be healthy and fit are seeing that I am no longer walking the talk but rather waddling it. A quick kick start of losing 20+ pounds would make all the difference to me, my wife and my children.
Hi
I am 32 years old and my weight is 89 Kilograms, I’ve managed to lose 24 Kilograms of my weight (103) just to gain 10 kilograms and I’ve already got rid of all the big size clothes and no I am stuck with only one suite that fits
Would really love to lose these 10 KGs to be able to fit in all of my clothes and feel healthier again, the feeling was great but the hunger was really bad
I assume using your techniques I can strike balance to achieve my goal weight and keep my passion for food satisfied
Hi, I am 57 yrs old and have been under lot of work and travel pressure, and although always bit overweight, have put on a lot of weight – I weigh 185lbs and am 5ft 7in tall now. I have fallen in love with a beautiful lady who is into health and fitness and has perfect figure and a wonderful nature and we are planning on getting married in 3 months. I have decided that I need to change and get really fit and healthy and need to do this before my wedding in August. So I really need all the help I can get to see if I can do this.
I WANT TO LIVE! I’m 54. I’m fat. I’m fearful I will die if I don’t kick it in gear and drop these extra pounds. I CAN do this… I’m ready to do this! I need help though, I need guidance. I believe your knowledge… your down to earth, hard work, no messing around approach is my path to freedom from this excess weight I’m smothering myself in. I WANT TO LIVE!!! I want to whitewater raft again! I want to hike, snorkel in the ocean, chase crawfish in the river, dance in the park & wear clothes that will impress (or embarrass) my kids! LMAO!!! …and when I succeed, I want to make a fabulous, old fool of myself on Wipeout… bouncing off the big balls & blowing everyone away by my strength and determination! Pick me Joel; I am one of your future success stories!
Hello. I am 44 years old coping with hypothyroid disorder and need to lose over 100 lbs to get to a “normal weight”. I need help.

I was an active person in high school. At that time my weight was like 65 kg which was ideal for me. That was on 2001. After i left high school, my weight increased gradually to 70kg..72 kg..75 kg..79 kg and now 97 kg!!! I have been exercising all those years and dieting but all that didn’t seem to work! My weight never decreased a bit and keep on increasing. Haha..so if you say you have something that works, I really want to do it. Seriously! I am tired of being fat!
Hi Joel
After having 3 beautiful kids in the past 5 years (ages 4,3 and 4months !) it is finally time for me to start looking after myself again. I have approximately 17kg to loose and would like to have a structured program to follow. I love being a mom an i know the only way to fully enjoy my children and give them what they need is to be healthy and to feel good about myself. Being a mom also means that i often have nights of broken sleep… being tired i can handle (and even enjoy if i focus on the bigger picture !!!) but being overweight makes me feel down and miserable sometimes witch means my kids don’t get the best of me. I would love to be on your program and i have made a commitment to lose the weight, your program would make the journey so much more exciting…..

I’m 24, and approximately 40% (or over) bodyfat. The first time the doctor told me I was a bit overweight I was 5 years old. Yes, five. At the moment I should be in the best shape of my life, instead I can hardly run to the bus. My knee, which was always problematic, is now getting rapidly worse. I’m disgusted with the way I look. Some people talk about getting back that spring in their step, or that healthy, incredible body they used to have…I never had either.
I feel this is my last change now… if I don’t shed the weight right now, for good, I will be bedbound before 40. I’m at that crossroads where I can still turn everything around if I have the right tools to help me get there. And I need something that’s going to actually WORK and FAST so I can keep my motivation up (you have no idea how many diets etc I’ve tried in the past; some were extremely hard and unhealthy and had me starving -> would work on short term, but you know what happens after that. With others it took months to see any difference, which hardly keeps your motivation up). My other option is just to give up… which I’m definitely not ready to do.

hi, I have been battling with overweight problem since I am young. I have never been slim and it’s my dream to be skinny thin! for the past ten yrs, I have tried all sort of ways and diets but only to had a yo-yo weight ever since. I tried pills, crash diets, going to gym, traditional diets and even to those slimming centre but all to no vail. I begin to lose hope in getting slim until I catch your webpage. I believe you will be able to help me since I have hit a plateau and desperately need a way out.
I exercise for 2 hours per day 7 days per week and have done for the last 7 years but my body weight/fat stays the same. I am sick of the constant struggle and need help x
Hi Joel,
First of all can I say how invigorating it is to listen to someone who has such a passion for weight loss and the health and well being of others.
I live in QLD Australia and have over the last 12 years been trying to get my life back on track.
It was Australia Day 1999 when I broke my neck and changed my life. Before this time I was a person who had ridden horses all my life and was looking fowrward to taking my horse to UNI to further my riding career. I instead spent the next 12 months in hospital and at home with my Mum and Dad recuperating.
I have since then had many problems staying at a healthy weight as well as at a healthy mental state. I was told no more riding, which has been hard as I really believed that that was the only thing I was good at. I have tried the gym and other diets but really believe that I had not been really ready to accept the loss of my weight/security blanket that has kept people away and opportunities from me that I deserve.
After listening and reading the information that I have from you so far, I know I can succeed this time, and that I am ready to live the life I have created for myslef, all I know thanks to your help.
Cheers
Tash
I have had a tummy tuck in the past to remove excess stretched skin after a pregnancy, the skin on my tummy is now really very tight. We are now planning a pregnancy which will be quite uncomfortable & painful if I don’t get rid of all excess weight. The more I loose the less there is to compete for space in there! The faster I can loose it the sooner we can start trying for a baby :o)
Hi
At the young age of 60 I have decided once again to regain my slim youthful figure, by losing weight, toning and re-gaining some of my lost fitness. Until 5 years ago I used to go to 4 classes a week, 2 step, 1 high impact aerobics and 1 tums and bums, but unfortunately due to a back injury had to stop everything, and quickly gained weight etc.
After a lot of trawling the web, I found you site and have read everything there, which I believe can help me tremendously regain my self-esteem.
