Lived my entire life overweight and looking for a change…maybe this will be the last program.

I’m very interested in your new program. I’ve been a fan of yours for years, and
am certain that you are gonna be on the cutting edge again this time too.
At 64, I really want to get back in shape! I used to be very fit and healthy, but have slowly gained 40 lbs over the last 6 years. I’m a 24/7 caregiver to my mom,
and have not given myself much attention for years! I know lots about nutrition and exercise, but I just need a real plan to follow closely. I’m very curious about I F, and have been experimenting with various ways to implement it. Your program is intriguing, and I believe it will enable me to really progress toward my goals. It seems you have blended all the techniques into a great plan. I don’t know of any other trainer who is so knowledgeable, and who I can really commit to following. I would be pleased and honored to receive your program. I promise to follow your advice and prove that being 64 is no obstacle to having a fit, healthy new body.

I truly hope to be picked so I can start my jorney riht away and be able to loose this stuborn weight/fat and be able to fit into my dress for my daughter’d wedding next month on June 18th. Finally be fit and healthy for me and my family. By doing this, I would be an example for my family.

As a tomboy growing up it was easy to stay slim. Competing with the boys on the block gave me the natural muscle it took to stay that way. Life gets in the way some times and as circumstances changed I gained weight. At 200 pounds and hating what I see in the mirror. I am ready to take my life back and stop making excuses. School, work, kids, are important but so am I. I want to look good in my little black dress. I like watching heads turn my ways. I want a program that will help me with scheduled cheat days. Cheating will no longer mean failure. Cheating will be part of my success. This program is going to give me awesome results. I can’t wait to start.

This program is one that sound like I can stick to. After turning 40 and having thyroid problems, I need something to jump start my weight loss to get back to a healthy me. I would love to give it a try.

After spending the past 10 years taking care of my terminally-ill husband, I had packed on the pounds. Though my husband is still declining, he does still survive; however, my mother has become very ill (end-stage emphysema), and my father died from heart complications in mid-March…this was devastating to me as he and I were very close. I miss him terribly and will for a long time to come, but have decided that it was high time to start taking care of myself. I have lost 38 pounds so far, but need to drop another 25-30. I also miss working out and need to start toning (I am fairly muscular anyway and don’t want to lose that). Your workouts are awesome – and challenging (thankfully…many are not!).
I realize that I may not win one of your programs, but thanks so much for being so generous as to give *20* people the opportunity!!

I am so excited about extreme fat loss diet. Being pre menopausal I have put on 15 pounds of excess weight in the last 6 months. I have not put on more than 4-5 pounds at one time in the last 13 yrs. In the past I could work it off within a week or two. Although I go to the gym on a regular basis and eat quite healthy I cannot lose this weght. Not even1 poound no matter how hard I try. I have been weight training for 12 yrs now and I refuse to let my hormones win but they are. I must be doing something wrong and I cannot figure it out. I am so frustrated! Could I be over excercising? I hope you are the answer for me and all other middle aged women who want to stay in shape.

It Just Straight Up Works PERIOD.

Since my BMI indicates that I am overweight and I am pulling 65, I would like this diet plan to be able to reduce to a “normal” weight.

Menopause is generally unkind to women, but was particularly to me. Over ten years, with no change in eating (healthy and organic for the most part for decades) or exercise patterns I packed on almost 75 pounds. I’m 5’3″. My once cute, curvy, healthy self now waved at 200 lbs. BP & cholesterol, previously always rock solid, followed suit. 4 yrs ago I resolved to pursue my childhood dream, which will involve TV and public appearance. I took the bull by the horns, saw an endocrinologist and dropped 53 lbs using HCG. With 20-25lbs to go, I’m stuck. HCG no longer helps. I do yoga and moderate exercise daily, but my body is no longer responding. I need expert help.
I’ve been digesting your emails for a couple of months now, and you have “it” down. My resolve remains unshaken, I will do this. I’m 2/3 the way to my health and weight goal. Help me, and I will be a Success Story for your program.

Over eating, trying every diet that comes out only to find myself regaining weight lost. I am interested in starting a program that implements a safe and healthy way of eating but also teaches me to use weight training and setting goals for a healthy and stronger body. Food at times is an overwhelming addiction. Being physically fit, having a strong body and feeling good about myself is what I would like to achieve by following your program. Hi Joel well I have this problem on loosing the last few pounds when I started my weight loss program I weigh 175 Kg and three years later I am down to 124 Kg but can’t get any lower. They say that my body is fighting to hold onto the remainder of the fat that I have left. I thought with your program that I may be able to loose the remainder in a short time. Can you help me.

My name is Darcy and I work in the peace officer field. 15 years ago, I gained and lost 80 pounds. At first, I was only 50 pounds over weight. The problem is, I never really lost it. It came back. I have tried everything out on the market, from WW to HCG. I would lose weight, than I gain it right back, and when it came back, it would bring friends. I have lost most of my energy. My clothes do not fit and my uniform no longer looks professional because of the added weight that I gain, but can not replace the uniform until the summer.
Don’t get me wrong. I have a gym membership that I use all the time and I watch what I eat, but everything goes to my waist and stays there!!
I am afraid that I am not able to do my best at work like I was when I started. The weight not only makes me feel self conscience, but I believe it makes me look like I am physically fit to do my job.
After reading your e-mails, I feel that this program is just what I need to lose the weight and keep it off. Not only for my professional life, but for my daughter and five year old grandson. Who I would love to be able to chase around and not “jiggle” when I play with him.

I’ve tryed it all from using weight loss pills to the yo-yo dieting. Lossing and gaining it back. I have not found a plan that can really be implemented into my life without it being on the extreme end of something from cutting out the fat to just eating the fat. I want to have a healthy body and of course lose the extra weight. I’m tired of trying every fad diet that comes out on the market, tired of losing muscle and want to follow a program that implements healthy eating and yet helps me maintain and continue to build muscle. Why would I want a free copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss System? I don’t have physical ailments or a life with hardships that others face. I’m a single mom having my 50th birthday at the end of the year. I have tried to lose weight much of my adult life. I’ve used different exercise programs as well as diet programs. I think some of the counselors I have had in my weight loss journey became more frustrated than I was that even tracking my food intake and following their plan didn’t result in the weight loss they promised. I am following Flavia’s workout routine, and yes it is pushing me. :) I want to lose the excess weight for several reasons. Yes, my mom is Type 2 diabetic and my doctor has cautioned me about my weight. My main motivation actually came about because of my son. We are active in the BSA. (Boy Scouts of America) As the BSA is now using BMI’s to determine if boys and adults can participate in outings, I don’t want to be excluded from participating just because I don’t meet the required BMI range. At 5’4″, I haven’t been within the BMI range they will accept since my college days. The patchwork pattern I have used in the past obviously hasn’t worked. It is time to have this issue resolved so I can get on with the rest of my life!

Hi Joel. I have been packing on the pounds since I had my first child. 13 years, 4 children and 4 c-sections later, I am struggling to lose 45lbs. My last child is 21 months and I try to keep up with her but I feel so lethargic and it takes away from the quaility time we could share. I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I want to be healthy, feel good about the way I look and feel. I want to set a good example for my 4 girls and instill in them a healthy lifestyle. Hi Joel. I am passionate about health and am passionate to help people in their health journey. I too have pounds to lose post 4 pregnancies but most of all, I want to discover ways to inspire others. Obesity and inactivity is a serious issue in my family and I would love to show them just how quickly it is, with the right info, to lose weight in a healthy way. I can also add that I want to wear a bikini this summer and just can’t seem to lose that belly fat and extra skin from my pregnancie and really tink this program would do the trick:)
