Joel, I have gone through alot of changes over the last few years and my health has suffered because of this, I have been ignoring myself and need a system like this to give me the boost and confidence I can loose weight long term. I have recently gotten married and want to have a long fruitful life with my wife, whom also would like me to cosistantly lose some weight. I just want to know what to do because everything else has failed.

54 years old – I have had problems with my weight for the last 15 years. I would like to change my entire way of thinking – how to eat and workout to get the biggest bang for my time. I care for my 8 year old granddaughter 4-5 days a week and have been having trouble keeping up with her. She doesn’t have a mom around, so I need to be there. I have been thinking about the example I am showing my granddaughter if I am always overweight. I would like to show her how to eat to correctly and work out, I know she loves to work out with gramma! I have already lost about 30 lbs with the 1000 Calorie Challenge which is pretty amazing and its been a rejuvenating route not only on the outside but also my inside makeup. I want to be able to have a little bit more boost to be able to shed off my last 25 lbs. I dont know if i am pretty close to a fat loss plateau or if my diet is a little bit off but it seems harder to lose the weight now. I have the drive and the motivation, and i am always prepared to worked with higher intensity. i love a new challenge and i like something new( do not like routines much). hey man, thanks for this opportunity, but looking at all these other people, some others probably need this more, but any ways your doin a great thing for people, ive also followed a bit of vince”s stuff ,arnel, an dr k” advice, but i just struggle with eating, i can follow a bit off a routine for a short time but then get sucked back in to my old ways, i just love food an find it real hard not too eat everything, in saying sayin that following yours an the guys above advice ive managed to drop from 137 kg in 2008 to 95kg(first time since i was 18, currently 30) dec 2010,im currently 110 but am excercising regularly so will get there, so thanks again mate, so yeah theres hundreds of others out there who need this more, keep it up, seeya

Help me please! I just turned 44 last week and am struggling with depression. It has been a rough year – you see, my mother died at 43 and I think turning 43 last year has had a negative effect on me. I am 5’5″ and weight 190 lbs. I have lost about 35 lbs, with close to 10 coming back. I do not like the way I look or the way I feel physically or emotionally. I really need something that will work for me and help to turn my life around. Life is very difficult when you feel worthless. It would be great to have the opportunity to feel good, look good and get healthy. Thanks for considering me for this opportunity.

I am 40 years old with BP issues along with climbing cholesterol. I think a system like this will give me the boost I need to confidently lose weight but help me in other areas of life. 250 words is not enough to tell you all the reasons I need this program so I will put down a few things. After the military, I discharged Combat Disabled and suffer from PTSD, every day after I self medicated on alcohol. My weight went from 165 to 195 pounds in a matter of 3 months. I had stopped working out and sheltered myself from the rest of the world. My wife and my mom convinced me to seek help, but the help that I received, did not help with my weight. I don’t drink like I use to but my weight still fluxuates between 180an 190 (by the way I am 35 years old and 5’ 8”) My Doctor says that I have the body of a 50 year old that does not take care of himself. I now work in the California Department of Corrections and I barley passed the academy now day to day I am surrounded by convicted killers, rapist, child molesters and other low life. I work around some of the worst inmates the state has every seen, including Richard Ramirez and Scott Peterson. Any day a fight or riot can kick off while I am by myself and I can get hurt or killed. I have a wife and two kids that I live very much and would like to come home to them every night. The only reason I have the job I do is to support them. Please help me stay alive and become healthier. You can be the key to my life.

I just commented and for some reason, I do not see my post here…so am trying again…altho this time it is slightly different…

I have been following your posts on the program and am very interested and confident in your knowledge of nutrition, exercise and physiology. I am interested in receiving a quick-start that shows fabulous and real results quickly in a short period of time! I realize this is an Xtreme program and should only be followed for that short duration (but may be repeated).

I like that idea (psychologically and physiologically) of having a cheat day, followed by a low-calorie day and the altering of the carbs, etc. and exercise.

I would look forward to the expertise of someone who has been through the program and fat-loss and would appreciate any coaching that is provided.

It would be motivating and encouraging to see steady progress for one’s efforts and see such a good return on the investment for the effort.

As I get older, I am finding it increasingly more difficult to lose fat and keep it off. I need some assistance in losing fat and becoming more fit.

Im looking for a program to show me what I can accomplish in a month. I’m desperate to see results as thats what motivates me. I have used the cheat day method as part of a program, but I have a hard time not completely destroying my diet on that day and usually end up with two or three cheat days! I’m hoping that this extreme method helps me to manage that, and really maximize these days.

Well, I really want this program because I just finished a cleanse, which I thought might get rid of a lot of fat, but it hasn’t done what I thought it would. I think maybe I am just eating wrong or combining wrong, but I really want to learn the right way. Your program (what I’ve seen of it) seems to make so much sense, and I can see how your body would react by burning fat when you follow it….I just need the details. Here I am, the happiest I have ever been. I’m getting married in just 2 weeks. I never expected to find such happiness. My face & my heart are doing great but my body?? Well lets just say it’s letting me down. I’ll be 60 this year so I expect some aging but when did I get my mothers arms? I feel so frumpy, lumpy and saggy and baggy. My body just isn’t matching the bounce in my attitude and the zing I feel every day. I am a 40 year old and I have lost and gained the same 15-30 lbs for the last 12 years. Recently, I had ACDF surgery and have on the ugly side of 178 lbs for a few months. I’m 5’2″ and I shouldn’t weigh more than 130 lbs. I have tried over and over for years to get back to my super skinny 105 but at the ripe old age of 40, recovering from major surgery, going to college and being a manager of a company, I need a better game plan and better info. I feel like just throwing in the towel and I know that isn’t the way. I want to be able to walk from the parking lot to my car and not lose my breath anymore!

I recently lost 40 pounds and, while I’ve tried to remain positive and acknowledge that I’ve maintained the weightloss, I’m getting frustrated by this plateau that has lasted almost four months. I need to lose 30 more pounds, but the things that were originally working for me are no longer working. I believe I’m doing the right things, but your emails have taught me that I’m not doing them at the right times. Since turning 50, it has been very hard to loose weight. I used to loose weight real quickly, but now no matter how I try I can’t seem to loose weight. I am very active and still no real weight loss. I am 260 lbs, 5’10”. I always feel drained, sluggish, and achy due to the weight. My knees and feet hurt due to the added weight I just want to feel good again.

my name is Monika. I used to work out all the time, that was my life. After I met with my husband and now have two kids 24/7 I don’t have time for myself anymore. How I read your e-mails I felt I already knew you and I have a friend to help me to reach my goal and get back in shape again.
I’m going to be 40 years old and my legs and back hurt all the time, but my 2 and 4 years old need me and they need a mother who is not tired to play with them.

My wife and I have worked really hard the past 3 months to get in the best possible shape. Your program would actually be a great gift for my wife who is about to turn 35 and has given me 4 beautiful children in 5 years. Hello, I am almost 36 years old and have three children 5 and under. I have been trying to lose 60lbs. on and off over the past couple of years. I have lost up to 25 of those lbs. but gained most of them back. I am currently trying again and want to work on developing a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family (as opposed to just another diet). In addition, I have had trouble fitting in times to exercise and even in being motivated to make the time. I am a person who needs a regimen to follow if I want to accomplish anything over time. I’m only 19 and I’m already on my way to long term obesity and that is definitely not what I want for my life and my future. I want this program because I’d like to learn to change the way I live. Bought your book THE CHEAT TO LOSE DIET and although I’m a newby to your info, I live “by the book” and I would like to gain further knowledge from you. I’m pushing 60 but I lift three times a week and also try to get in 4 sprints. I can’t really say why I should have a free copy of your system (more than anybody else) but I sure would like one!

On my last checkup, BP was up, cholesteral was up (except for the good stuff), and blood sugar was up. Time to get serious – your program is probably the best way to do it!

There have been very few women my age finish the Chilli Challenge Adventure Triathlon in the last several years. I plan on adding my name to that short list in October, 2011.
I am a 51-year-old female recovering fatso. During the last two years I have dropped more than 100 pounds of body fat. I have learned how to run, how to swim, how to bike. I have put on muscle and a very large smile. I can swing a 25 pound kettlebell, squat with 75 pounds of dumbbell on my shoulders, bend over and place my hands flat on the floor. I can run a 38 minute 5K and climb stairs without going into cardiac arrest.
But there is much more I want to do. There’s a floaty ring of fat still clinging stubbornly to my middle that needs to go away. There are faster runs to have, more muscle to build, bike trails to follow.
And there’s a triathlon. The training will be intense, the personal requirements and sacrifices huge. I don’t just want to finish the race. I want to finish strong
