Joel,

This program is coming out at the golden time, because I am very close to getting under 10% body fat, which has been my goal for the past 3 years (I say 3 years only because I have been serious about my nutrition and workouts for 3 years, I’ve been wanting to be lean for as long as I can remember). 3 years ago I was at least 25% body fat and that in my opinion is probably being generous. I had moobs, rolls, chins, and chafed skin. My whole life I’ve been an athlete and always HATED how I could never be the best performing athlete on my team and in the game and I just hated how I looked. Years of research, tweaking my diet, and tweaking my workouts have lead me to finally being within a few percents of my fat loss goal, but I am not there yet and want to get there as fast as I can now that I am so close and with summer coming up. To be honest though, being under 10% body fat isn’t even my ultimate goal in terms of my carnal state, my true goal is to get a vertical of over 40″ and you can’t get a 40″ vertical without being in very good shape. Please help me out and I just want to say that I trust your knowledge as well as John Romaniello and Vince Del Monte.

I am 30 yrs young and have been working out in the gym for a year already. I work in a bank so most of the time i am just seated on my desk. from 8am till 5pm m like a sitting duck and even if i hit the gym i still get get those stubborn unwanted fats off me. Its killing me and getting me frustrated specially when i have to render overtime and when i arrive home i feel so tired and hungry that i just dont kn ow how to control my appetite. I dont know what to do. perhaps your program can help me Joel. Correction, I know your program will help me lose those fats m trying to get rid off for quite sometime now. I tried all the stuff being thought in the mags and on tv but nothing works. I hope that you can change my life Joel. Thank you so much for in advance and more power to you for helping many people like me live a better life. :)

Hi Joel, I’m a 38yr old woman who’s struggled with her weight for years I’ve been on tons of diets, and have gained weight back. Its so frustrating, the last 7months I’ve been eating healthy, strength training twice a week, I also do cardio once a week, and hot yoga. I’ve lost 30lbs, but now I have plateaued, and am losing my motivation to workout, I also just started running , I completed two 5k marathons, I want my body to transform to another level, I want to be lean, healthy and fit. I went to doctor last month she told me I gained 8lbs, in which 3 lbs was muscle, and my body fat increased, please help me take my health and body to a new level!

I’m a 40 year old mom of 2 boys. I’ve always been in ok shape but not great. I work out, run and do TaeKwondo on a regular basis. However, over the last few years, the weight has crept up on me slowly and I’ve noticed this fat layer in my mid-section – the muffin top. I’ve recently started eating a lot healthier and lost a few pounds but have seemed to plateau. I look fine with “my clothes on” as you indicated in your article but would love to look great in a bathing suit. I like your concept of keeping the body “happy” while still burning fat and losing weight. I’m not overly obsessed over the numbers on the scale but desire to have that lean, muscular look that Flavia has. I’m very interested in your program and where your research has led you with it. I’m a hard worker and want to try your program. Thank you!

I stumbled upon this program after having been working out for a year. Not everything in this program came as a complete surprise to me as over the past year I really did my research too. However there are things mentioned in this system that I was not totally aware of that I now use to really reach my true fat burning potential while maintaining lean muscle mass.

Hey Joel!
I’m 22 year old grad student looking to help my mom get in shape for her 10k run. I used to play volleyball back in university and though I always try to make her read articles off the net to help her training and nutrition, she doesn’t seem to want to just believe anything and would rather get her information from books. She’s not comfortable with technology that much too so I decided to have a go and enter the contest for her =)

From what I’ve been reading, your plan seems to offer a feasible approach for people of all ages to get in better shape or lose those stubborn last pounds and I’d love for my mom to have access to that.

Cheers!
Paulyn

Hey Joel,

I am a 22 year old who just finished up my undergraduate degree while working part time as a data analyst. My health is a very important aspect of my life, and I strive to be a positive role model for my family (all of whom struggle with their health). In the past, I have overcome my genetics and worked continuously at improving my lean body mass and strength. However, the past 6 months have been riddled with small illnesses and constant stresses that sapped my energy and have taken a toll on my health. I’m not in bad shape, but I could stand to lose the 15 pounds I’ve accumulated during this time where I haven’t been well enough to maintain a successful fitness regimen. I sincerely believe that the science behind your XFLD is sound, and would be an undeniable asset to overcome my recent weight gain and increasing blood pressure. I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but what I lack is the time and organizational skills to develop and maintain a program of my own. The XFLD would allow me to get back on track, lose these stubborn 15 pounds, improve my overall health, and give me an opportunity to relay these positive results to my family.

Thanks,

Ben Crocker

Hi Joel,
I made a commitment to health and fitness a couple of years ago, and I’ve stuck with it, losing 30 pounds and still very motivated to continue. However, I’ve hit a plateau and cannot seem to lose the final 10 pounds. I’m so close, and I’ve worked so hard and want to reach that goal! A few months ago I started challenging resistance training, which has helped, but I’m still stuck in this plateau. I’m really excited about your program (wow, structuring eating patterns with specific workouts, brilliant!) and am really confident it can help me reach my goal. Your testimonials are really impressive.

Can you imagine being 30 years old and never had a boyfriend, never been on a third date, never been kissed? Can you imagine trying to lose weight for 17 years yet failing year after year? Can you imagine being someone who has tried to eat healthy (though never eating enough, actually), and has exercised regularly since she was in 8th grade, yet has never been able to lose weight? Can you imagine someone who is 99.9% out of hope? Why would this program be great for me? Because I have tried EVERYTHING I know to do to try and become a healthier/happier me with still no success and maybe (I mean of course) this will be the program that will work for me! So, PLEASE help me Joel because I don’t know what else to do!

Joel,

I am a retired Army soldier (medically retired) after 24 years. I have knee, lower back and neck issues that make it hard for me to lose weight and keep it off. I work 12 hours a day so that makes it difficult to get on and keep an exercise program that will make a difference. I am currently a little over 5’6″ and weigh 210 pounds. Friends say I have a lot of muscle, but I know I can lose at least 6 inches off my waist and would LOVE to lose 40 pounds. Perhaps, if I could lose weight on your program, I could inspire my wife to get on the same program and get her to lose the weight she wants to lose too!
Thanks for considering me.

Sincerely,
Joe

Joel –

Nine years ago I became ill, and I was bedridden for about six months. I did recover, but I have been on medication ever since. The number one side effect is weight gain. I put on over 30 pounds and went from 118 to 151. I have had nothing but frustratiuon in trying to lose the weight. I lost 15 pounds on a strict no-carb/ketosis diet, but immediately put it back on because I could not stay on such a strict regime forever.

Two months ago, I learned I have elevated C-REactive protein and High LDL. My husband had a massive heart attack 6 years ago at the age of 43, and he has permanent toxic myopathy as a result of taking a statin. I refuse to take a statin as we have a 12 year old son and I cannot risk also having a toxic reaction to a statin. But – I also cannot risk coronary artery disease. So I MUST lower my LDL via diet and exercise. I have completely changed my eating habits and have started to lose weight. But I really need help with appropriate, targeted fat-loss exercise. I am very serious about your program because the combination of effective exercise with targeted nutrition is exactly what I need to reduce my body fat. The science behind your program is impressive! Please help me become healthy again. Thanks for considering my application. – Sara

Dear Joel,

I am the oldest player on the softball team, and frankly, I want to beat my buddies to get your program before them. Of course, I did not mention to anyone about your great program. All I want is to enjoy the pizza in front of them while they have no idea that I am going through the transformation. Will I share the secret with them? Yes, I will, after meeting my goal :) I will be 40 years old in two months. The time is running out.

Hi Joel
I look forward to reading your information about weight loss whenever you send it out. All my life I have been interested in health and wellness and I am not going to stop either. I am still trying to build muscle and lose weight. I’m in my fifties and at my age sometimes it seems as if everytime I think that I lose weight, I begin feeling bloated again. I need something to get me going and keep me going in my effort to lose weight and eat healthy. My desire right now is to get to the ideal weight and shape that I picture myself to be in. With your help I know that it can be achieved.

In July I will have 19 years in the Army. I have always been over weight and NEVER made the Army height and weight charts for my age so therefore I would get taped. I have come close many time busting the tape standard as well. I will also be deploying in July and plan to retire once I return from Iraq. My plan while deployed is to get in a healthier shape. I want to be in the best healthiest shape I can be before I retire. I want to be fitter than I was when I joined the Army at 18 years old. I have tried every diet and diet pill out there. They all work for some one but that some one is not me. I like the way this plan lets you have a cheat day. That is where I seem to fail. I can go a long time eating good and healthy and then I’ll lose it and goes crazy eating all the bad things for for a long time. I feel like I failed and I give up for a bit. But again this plan includes those cheat days. It makes sense! V/r Monica

Hi Joel, I am approaching the 50 year mark, I have a muffin top and weight on my lower section. I am looking to lose the extra weight before I get too much older and to also improve my fitness for the years ahead, I wouldn’t say that I was totally unfit but not as fit as I should/would like to be. I have a 12 year old daughter who is active and I can’t quite keep up with her at the moment, I would dearly love to.

Hi Joel!

I don’t want to have the copy for free, I just can’t wait until is out so I can buy it!!
Your nutritional knowledge and Roman’s exercising style?! It’s worth to pay for!

Hi Joel
I have been interested in health and wellness all my life. I have tried just about everything, to reach my ideal weight and so far I haven’t accomplished it as yet. At one point I would feel as if I am getting there, then not long afterwards I would feel bloated again. I am in my late fifties, and I wonder if it is the result of my age. I have always heard that the older you get, the harder it is to lose weight and get in shape. But I am not letting that stop me from trying. I’m not giving up. I really need to find the ideal system that will be the right one for my situation. I know that you are knowledgeable about weight management and this new system that you have brought out might be the one that will work effectively for me.

Hi Joel–

I’ve been on the stay up half the night studying/overeat/too tired to exercise on a regular basis for years along with going through menopause at the same time. I just finished the Spring semester and will be off for the summer. I would really love to lose fat, get in shape, look hot and enjoy myself before I die of old age!!

Thanks for the contest opportunity. You’re very generous.

Joel,
I would love to receive a copy of your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System. I have followed a number of your posts with great interest. I like the idea of having a cheat day (for psychological as well as physiological reasons), and then following it with a lower caloric consumption. I would welcome any coaching involved and I have confidence in your knowledge of nutrition (and biochemistry) and exercise. I think it would also be wonderful and motivating to be able to experience results so quickly for all the work and effort one is required to expend for that short 25 day period…and welcome the idea that it can be used again…smart, fast weight loss with some muscle-building

Am really motivated right now to do something for myself that has been proven to WORK!! I want my efforts to be efficient. I am getting older and finding it increasingly more difficult to lose fat and maintain that loss…and, obviously, my current exercise efforts are not doing it for me! I need and want your direction! I want to change my life and become more fit and healthy! I want to see steady progress, which is what I believe you are offering in the 25 days. I need the jump start!

Gayle

I’m 77 years young and am the only person to care for my 85 year husband who has had a stroke and falls frequently. I have little time and need both additional strength and steady nerves to handle my present position. Simple diet and exercise that I can do late at night will with luck keep me in shape during this period of stress.

I’m a 26-year-old recently single mother of a little boy who will be two in August. I left my husband in January after the final straw. He gave me two black eyes. Rewinding a few months ahead, I noticed my husband changing and it took a toll on me inside. I’ve always reached out to food to help “heal” me inside. And in a matter of 3 months, I went from 162lbs to 201lbs. I blew up. All because I was depressed. I could feel my health just shooting in to the hole at only 26 years old. The circles around my eyes got worse. I couldn’t sleep. Needless to say, I hit an emotional rock bottom. Here I was, trying to build a family by myself, raising a child alone, eating myself to death and then end up beaten by my husband. Since I left, the emotional roller coaster he has put me on is horrendous and it’s just getting worse. I was laid off from my previous job and still can not find work, and knowing that I have no income, my husband refuses to pay child/spousal support so I’ve got to deal with it legally. With everything going on, yes, I lost some weight. But I am not in the same place as I was in a few months ago. I’m not depressed and am ready to take on the challenge to get my body where I want it to be. My dream is to look like Jamie Eason and I think this is a first step to getting there.

Hi, I am 51 yrs old. Over the last five yrs to 9 yrs. I have had significant set backs with my health and they have resulted in numerous surgeries and being laid up.
Although in the beginning it seemed easy to get back the body I had with work as time went on through these years and the more surgeries I had the more I lost. Over the last few yrs I’ve lost another year and most of what I had left on my body. I have been trying everything from what I think is eating right and exercising but losing 20 lbs and getting back in to some type of shape have become down right frustrating. I am hoping you can help.
Thanks for your time. Mel

Joel,

A few years back I managed (through poor methods) to loose a little more than 100 lbs. Now due to a job with extensive travel and nothing but poor eating choices available while on the road, it’s beginning to come back. I would like to cut all the garbage and get down to what really works for the long haul.

Thanks

Ryan
