Like so many people lately, my family has been struggling financially. Throughout our rough times, I have been focused on providing emotional support to my 3 daughters and husband. And I have been working my butt off to bring in as much extra money as possible. I have come to realize that to be the best mom and wife that I can be, I need to spend some time taking care of me. I need to empower myself with a fitter body so that I can be strong inside and I. My body, my weight and my fitness level are something I can control in my life and I am so ready for a positive change.

I have struggled over the past five or six years with getting over that “hump.” I have been in decent shape in the past, but since college, my diet and routine just don’t seem to be working the way they used to and results don’t seem to come anymore, which is incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I have tried countless programs with maximum effort, but nothing to show for it. Sure, I put on muscle, but never seem to look good enough to feel comfortable in a swim suit. I need a new program to motivate me again with results! Joel, help me! Thanks, Jim.

Hi Joel, there is definitely a lot of stuff out there regarding fat loss and exercise; I do believe that a lot of it is written with the best purpose in mind, but they lack a key ingredient. I need the program because I think your program has that key ingredient: a worthwhile challenge to push our boundaries a little bit further. I really believe that the only way to excel is to try and to push yourself to the limit with true and honest challenges. I believe that that your program is exactly that a gateway for change, a door to test ourselves, a way to discover who we really are and how far can our minds and bodies go. We are responsible for our lives and our future, and we can’t change unless we are willing to put everything in the line, every ounce of perseverance to it, but we must be careful which tools to pick. I feel your program merges challenge and honesty in what I believe can be an overwhelming journey. I have been sitting at a desk job for over 10 years and gained 80 lbs. I have with your help tips and tricks to lose 60 lbs i need to lose 15 more lbs of fat and reshape my body and lose this belly fat. I just can’t seem to shake this last 15 and know i could do it with the Xtreme Fatloss System.

I have recently had my second child who is now 3 months old and I am struggling to lose the weight in my belly although i am exercising really hard by doing bootcamp classes, spin classes and running and eating right it doesn’t seem to want to budge. – I was laid off from my job last November and I feel that my weight is a real deteriment to my ability to land a new job. It’s well known that employers have a tendency to believe that people like me who are overweight don’t take care of themselves and/or are lazy, which are characteristics they consider to be negative about a potential employee. I’ve had 6 interviews since I started my job search, but I still don’t have a job.

Let’s be honest, a good chunk of my interest in your program is rooted in vanity. I’m not overweight, I don’t NEED to lose weight. I’m kind of like the “ok” gal on the left in update #3 but would rather look like the “smokin’ hot” one on the right (love the incognito Gargoyle, btw!). I’ll be 8 months post-partum at my 20 year class reunion this summer and I don’t want to look it. I’m a healthy eater (whole grains, lean meat, veggies, etc) and a regular exerciser including swimming, nautilus & weights, but would like to take it up a notch and see extreme results in the next couple months. I’ve got about 10-15lbs until the scale reads the same as my pre-preggo weight, but my goal is more than a number. I want the fat loss and muscle tone to make any number look great. From following your blog for the past year or so, I appreciate the science that goes into your advice. The inherent weak link in the program is compliance. As my motivator, I should say that I want to be healthy to play with my kids, but I already am and do. I started this post with honesty, so I’ll finish it that way. Seeing your program through will be purely selfish… I want to strut that little wrap dress that’s been hanging in my closet since my kidless days!

I have one of the most important functions of my live coming up and I have tried every diet known to man except your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System and can’t loose any weight. I haven’t been able to since I had some major surgery two years ago. I am desperate and seriously need help so that I don’t look like the goodyear blimp and ruin my son’s wedding photos when he gets married late this year. Nobody has been able to help me so far are you the exception to the rule?????

As a retired military officer, I know how difficult it is for many soldiers to stay within weight limits. Sure, the military has a PT program, but it doesn’t work for many. We lose hundreds of otherwise good people every year because they can’t control the weight and exceed the standards. Unfit and overweight soldiers pose a danger to themselves and their buddies. Fitness saves lives – and saves careers.

That’s why my goal is to become a fitness trainer and work with young soldiers who have weight control problems: weigh-ins coming up – or are getting ready to deploy – or are getting ready to get married. I’ve been overweight since I was a kid, even though I exercise regularly. It’s very frustrating, and sometimes I feel like conforming since my mother and my brother have the same problem.
I don’t want to give up though! What I’ve always done is just a sloppy few days of eating very little, losing weight and then I always gain it back. The thing is, I’ve seen so many celebrities who have lost weight and gotten back in shape after having a baby, if they can do it I think I can too. All I need a good strategy! I want to lose weight, keep it off, and finally improve my musculature. That’s why I think the Xtreme Fat Loss System will be my best shot; it involves not only losing weight, but being fit too and you’re clearly proof that it works!

I know this program is exactly what i need! Ive literally tried EVERY diet out there, sugar busters, weight watchers, atkins, dukan, master cleanse, jucing, fasting, cleansing, macro, raw food, and i could still go on but ill spare you! Im exhausted with all the confusing info out there and false promises! I need to see results before i completely give up on the dream of having a great body! Im ready to just listen to someone who knows what there talking about, whos been through it themselves! Im ready to just follow a strict plan thats gonna get me those results and fast! I turn 40 this year and am seriously amazed at how quickly time flies. From the time I have been 8 years old, i have been on liquid diets and almost every diet under the sun so it seems and nothing has been lasting. I have been married for 4 years and have a 3 year old daughter and we are wanting another child. I do not want my kids to grow up watching an unhealthy mommy battle through eating and excersise everyday. I am old enough to be your grandmother. (66) I notice that all of the other
comments were younger people. I really probably am the oldest one. I KNOW
that I can do this. Nothing else has worked. Wouldn’t my doing this bring
more older people in. ( can’t bring myself to say I’m old because I am not).

Hi Joel i am a a senior in high school and getting excited and preparing for college. My whole life I have struggled to lose fat. right know I am focusing on packing on muscle and then I want to shed the fat. I went from a skinny,chubby looking 149 lbs and I know packed on about 20 lbs to go to 174 lbs but I look like a bulky guy. I have the summer to train because I am off school and I can focus on shedding fat. I really wan’t to be able to compete in fitness model competitions and I want to be more athletic general. I hope that at if I work hard enough I will be able to compete in a Division I school and play DI football. Joel thank you for this great opportunity!

My name is Andres Cavazos. I’ve been obese for around all my life. I started dieting and it was going all great, till I stopped and recover even more of my weight. I’m currently 18 years old. I’ve seen your 5 email upgrades, and they were amazing! I totally loved them. I lost around 2 pounds since I started reading them, and I’m so excited. I just wish I can have the complete version, to go all my way slim! I really need to know everything there is to know for weight losing. Achieving a personal weight goal is difficult for me, even as a former Marine, in that I have a Titanium rod in my leg that troubles me everyday and three months ago tore a muscle in my forearm so both carido and weights are practically a no go now. Your program I believe can help me achieve a fitness level I havent known since bootcamp. Boosting my fat loss with your program will help me until my arm heals and I can lift weights again. I have already had to pass up two roles that could’ve really helped my career had I just been in better shape. I was working like a dog in the gym for 3 hours a night, 4-5 nights a week from last nov to feb and while stronger, bodyfat loss just wasnt what it should have been. I now know that diet is the biggest part and with the help of your weight loss wizardry can hopefully fullfill my goals and dreams.

Hi, I have been doing different exercise programmes. I’m already quite lean but I still have some extra fat I would like to get rid off. I would like to achieve more defined muscles and body. I believe that with the help of your new programme that could be possible! Thanks.

For the past year I have been unable to exercise due to a back injury. I spent a month in hospital unable to walk and have been able to nothing but sit at home, watch TV and eat.

I am now well on the road to recovery walking, cycling, hitting the gym and training in Rhee Tae Kwon-Do however the weight is not coming off.

I have now been diagnosed as a diabetic my doctor has told me that the next option is for strong medication to reduce my weight and I don’t want to do this your program appears to do everything that I need without the medication.

My 7 year old daughter wants me to run and play with her but it’s very hard to keep up with her.

I’m 28 years old, and I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. After fighting with hormone battles for the past 13 years, the weight has consistently packed on my 5′ 2″ frame and nothing I have tried has made more than a temporary dent. I feel as though I’m on a precipice, and if I don’t take charge of my body and start living healthier day by day, I’m going to end up dead. I’m tired of being tired all the time, tired of my clothes not fitting right, tired of my joints aching after minor movements and tired of not feeling like the person I know I am inside.

I have been working on a whole life transformation for the last 4yrs. March 26th, 2007 I conquered my addiction to Diet Coke. I was delivered from my smoking habit on April 20th, 2007. At that time I was already about 15 lbs. overweight and managed to put on 50 more. I started working out in late 2008 but was not real dedicated! Fast forward to the beginning of this year, this being my year to finally put it all together. I have been dieting, exercising and just over all being very regimented and as a result have managed to lose 45 lbs since January 2nd. I am 53 yrs old, and really working hard to be in the best, healthiest shape of my adult life. I have the hard 20lbs. left to lose and just know that your SYSTEM is what I need to be the best me I can be!!
