look when people look at me all they do is laugh. i want to prove to them that i can be a person that changed myself and didnt fall into their mean comments or anything. if i dont lose weight fast well then all those people that said i was useless, were right. please help me out here. i really need your help.

I NEED this program because I am a 28 year old busy working mom who has struggled with taking the weight off since my second child, 5 years ago. I’ve been active in the gym and spent a lot of time reading everything I can about nutrition and training since I was 18 years old, and I haven’t yet found that “key”. The science behind your program interests me, and I believe it would work well, the fact that it is a 25 day program just makes it all the better. I also think the structured 5 day cycle keeps things interesting, and your body guessing. I teach middle school physical education and strive to be a role model, especially to my young overweight students. I do my best to use interval-style training concepts, but package it in a fun way that doesn’t seem like exercise. I want all of them to leave me with at least one activity or sport that they enjoy so that they can achieve lifetime fitness.
As I’ve hit my 40’s, I’m finding it harder and harder to maintain the exceptional shape that I believe serves as an example to adolescents. I’m in the process of trying to burn off several pounds of fluff that found its way to my mid section and thighs due to a winter back injury, and perhaps pizza and ribs. Your ideas on exercise and weight loss have inspired me to get into shape. I am amazed how we think we’re doing the right thing to lose weight and keep sabotaging ourselves. It’s really been an eye opener. I am nearly 50 and am working with children so need to be stronger for getting up and down from the floor and with keeping up with my 10 year old daughter and 10 month old son and my 13 year younger partner. I’ve always walked but now know this is not the answer for strength and weightloss. I think from everything I’ve read, this would be ideal to power me into the 50s and become the best shape I’ve been in for a while. 2 years ago I had whooping cough and my mother broke her neck and lived with me for a while. Before that I was swim training, weight training and walking but didn’t really recover energy for nearly 10 months so the weight piled on and I became unfit. This last year, I’ve tried to cut back but it hasn’t been enough and the weight kept rising. My 50th is coming up and I want to go to the party as a lean, mean fighting machine!!!

Now I am 28
My long way journey against belly fat lasted for more than 8 years. Of course, I was not exerciseing the full length of this time. I used to quit and return and quiet and return several times, not knowing the secret of how to lose the last 10 pounds. Now I am fighting against my last 4-7 pounds of fats and I am sure of the victory as I am reading all your messages and others of Jon Benson, Mike Geary, Vince Del Monte, Arnel Ricafranca, Nick Nilsson ……etc. I have been following more than 2 years ago. Christopher Guerriero also inspired me psychologically for how to persist.
The beautiful thing is that you all experts filled the gap between the pro bodybuilders and the mainstream people who are stuck misearably in the middle of the way to have a better life.

I started this journey of fitness and fat loss at 296 lbs in December 2010 with John Romaniello’s “Final Phase Fat Loss” program. It is a great program and the training sessions are awesome, they leave you completely worn out and feeling great at the same time. I have lost 35 lbs and am almost half way to my goal weight of 225 lbs., my former rugby playing weight.
But then I hit a plateau, and I realized what was causing me to plateau was what I was eating. I started reading your emails and following your advice, most notably the advice for extreme measures to take the extreme weight off. You recommended having a fast day with cardio and lactic acid training after the cheat day. I did that last week and lost 6 lbs of fat in 2 days. That was after 3 weeks of frustrating slight weight gain or loss. I am sold, I wonder what other gems of wisdom exist in your new extreme Fat loss program and can’t wait until May 24 release date.

This program is the perfect one for me because I have tried almost all other diets out there but have come to realize after reading many of your articles that those diets are not the way to go. And sadly, none of them worked. 2.5 years ago was when I first started dieting because I had become overweight. I tried dieting and was frustrated for 1 year before realizing that I had binge eating disorder for at 2 years so far. Instead of focusing on fixing that, I kept trying to diet because maybe one would solve the other. But a few months after I started fixing my disorder. I believe it is no longer a problem because I have not have had any problems for several months now and am actually in much better shape. My stubborn belly fat was still (and is) present and with the confidence of overcoming the disorder I believed I had the mental strength to stay on a diet to get in ideal shape. Like I said earlier, none worked for me. I truly believe your program is smartly designed and will work in my final stage to being in the best shape of my life. I also know that the 25 days will be hard but I am confident I have what it takes to stay through it. I would love to lose my last 20 lb of fat and gain muscle through your program in time for summer. Thanks!

On May 24 it will be my 45th birthday. I classify myself as just your normal average bloke content with the cards I have been dealt with life. Married for 20years still going hard too, three kids 19,16,7.Right into my sports throughout school and just thought that my body then was just natural without realising all the science that goes on in back that allowed me to have the trim bod that I had back then. Dont get me wrong but I am not excessively overweight but I have put on weight since back in the day and now well I look at it as my absolute last dig at giving it all my best to shred any weight and maintaining the healthy weight throughout the latter stages of my life. Like what I was saying above Joel just your average happy go lucky guy ready to give this weight loss one final blast while I still have the energy too and to also share your system with my family so that they all realise how important a good weight is for just everyone’s well being and enjoyment in life.

I am 30something, single and have amazing kids. We eat right, get lots of exercise playing sports, but it’s just not enough. I love my family and want to be a happy healthy mom for them. Raising kids on my own I can’t afford luxuries for myself like a gym membership or a trainer to help me get in the kind of shape that would make me feel happy about myself again. Recently someone saw a picture of me before I had my second child and asked me “why don’t you look like that anymore?” My heart sank and so did what little self-esteem I had left. I would so love to have a copy of your program as I feel like if I just had something to guide me I have the determination to stick with it and make it happen. I want to be the kind of mom who can do anything with her kids and not be held back or shy away because I am not fit enough, or am too embarrassed to be seen in a swimsuit or shorts. Slowly piece by piece I have rebuilt our lives after a very messy and ugly divorce, but the one thing I have not been able to rebuild is my self-esteem/confidence or my body (and for me the 2 go hand in hand no matter how many people try to tell me they don’t). I am an aspiring Olympic athlete in the sport of volleyball. With the 2012 London games just around the corner, qualification for the games is nigh.
But firstly, I must make the team to even get the chance to qualify my country.
I have the skills to be a leader on the team, though I have always struggled with that last couple of pounds that has been holding my true athleticism under hostage.
With the help of you & your partners in crime Vinnie and Roman, I believe that I now have the key to blow past my “genetic potential” and achieve something that I have only ever dreamed of.

Joel, I am 26 years old and never had a flat stomach in my life, well maybe when I was a child but I am in school for a degreen in Psychology and my current job pays me crap so I am neck deep in debt. I recently started P90x and I am going to be in Miami in July so I want to loose fat fast so that I can look smokin’ on South Beach, I am also taking a cruise in November. My father passed away a few weeks ago so I am super stressed and on top of this , it is hard to eat healthy, I am eating healthy now but it is so expenseive to keep up with it. I would like to eat healthier for the rest of my life but your book can help me lose weight extremely fast so I can look and feel better than I ever have it would be greatly appreciated.

I think that this program will be perfect for me, as I am a Junior Triathlete heading to the World Championships in Beijing, China this September. I will also be off to university in the fall and want to avoid the “Freshman 15.” However, lately, my training has not been enough. I am currently 15 pounds heavier than I was a few weeks ago, and am going to extremes in my diet and exercise to fix this. I am looking for a program that will help with my fat loss, while maintaining my muscle tone for optimal performance this fall. Hey Joel,
I am 41 years old. 21 years ago i was in boot camp, feeling good and looking fine! Even though i was in the best shape of my life, i never had a “wash board” stomach! Now that i let me self get way out of shape and am working so hard to get back, i am thinking that it just is not in my genetics to ever be “that fit”. each time i try… something some how side lines me. Then i see your system; and i wonder… Would this one work? Will this be the plan? Then when i start to hear myself talk my way out of it… i think it is only 25 days! WHO can not do that?
and it is this reason alone, that i want to give your system a try.
