At 54, I do not lose weight like I did as an athlete in school. I know that I need the assistance of specific guidance to address the belly fat that I still carry. I have lost 45 pounds over the last 6 months, but still need to address those stubborn inches that are hanging on. With both knees trashed from sports injuries, I am not able to do all of the high impact exercises and have relied on nutrition to balance out my exercise. From what I have read about your program, I believe that it would provide the direction that I need to eradicate those pesky inches. I really hope that I am fortunate enough to be selected for one of your programs. Thank you for making it available.
