At 54, I do not lose weight like I did as an athlete in school. I know that I need the assistance of specific guidance to address the belly fat that I still carry. I have lost 45 pounds over the last 6 months, but still need to address those stubborn inches that are hanging on. With both knees trashed from sports injuries, I am not able to do all of the high impact exercises and have relied on nutrition to balance out my exercise. From what I have read about your program, I believe that it would provide the direction that I need to eradicate those pesky inches. I really hope that I am fortunate enough to be selected for one of your programs. Thank you for making it available.

I am trying to improve my overall health and read your blog faithfully. I believe your program will give me the missing link information I need to lose that last bit of pesky weight. I am a middle school foods and nutrition teacher who not only wants to help instill good habits in my students but also to make some important life changes for myself. I am 62 and in good health but have gained about 30+ pounds over the last several years. I have tried to lose weight for for the past 20 years. I am 66 and my husband is 77. We both could use the exercise and a better diet for our health. Hubby has a few health problems and it would help him since he tires easily. I need loose the tummy, makes bending difficult. With heart valve problems, high cholesterol and high blood pressure it would be a great help for both of us and running after 3 grandchildren 2 boys (12 and 13) and 1 granddaughter (8 yrs) it sure leaves us tired out. Hi Joel, The #1 reason I need to win this system is because I told my family I was going to be one of the winners and I really believe that. So please don’t make me out to be a liar. I’m trying to teach my 9 year old daughter to always be honest and to look at life with a positive attitude. Secondly,I really like to have pizza & ice cream at least once a week,so the cheat day sounds like it could really work for me. About me, I am 46 years old, married & have a 9 yr.old daughter. I’ve always loved the outdoors & being out in nature. That’s when I know who I am & I can just be me. While trying to encourage my husband in his career, I really believe I’ve lost sight of my dreams & who I am. I sometimes feel like I’m a puppet on a string being who everyone else thinks I should be. Long story short,yes I am fat.Yes,I have health issues & yes ,my parents & older siblings have a lot of health issues,too. You’ve heard it all. I’m so tired of hearing about who’s sick or dying when I talk to my family & all the things I won’t be able to do as I get older. I’m sorry, I want to be like the 90 yr.old lady at our church picnic sliding down the huge curly slide with the kids. My life is on hold no longer. Been receiving your blogs and emails and am very intrigued by your program. I have been working out for a long while but just recently began really studying what work outs are effective and which ones just don’t seem to cut the mustard as far as progressing. Have also learned a great more about nutrition so all in all have lost 27 lbs. and reduced body fat to 24.7% and all since Mid-December. Have kind of hit the wall right now and just need to get over it so i can continue to progress toward my goal weight and body fat %. Your program seems like it would allow me the opportunity to do just that. Keep up great informational programs that you have provided.

On reaching my 70s I have been diagnosed Heart failure with full body Lymphoedema.Struggling every day now being weighed daily fluctuate between
125kgs to 133.5 kgs This is lasting too long even with treatment diets everything that is no exercise spending most of day and night sitting with feet up.
Deteriating energy as the day goes .I now have to get paid help to see to my needs

Hey Joel.

I figured out that I can’t “out” exercise my bad eating habits! I just turned 38 and I don’t think I’ve ever been this unhappy with my weight and overall healthy condition. I feel pain in my joints and lower back, and I’m sure alot of this has to do with being 50 pounds over weight.

Exercise has been in my life, whether sports, weightlifting or vigorous outdoor activity. Try as I might to get healthy and in shape through exercise alone, this just doesn’t work. In fact it seems that I am always undermining any gains in the gym with bad eating when I get home.

Most of my bad habits stem from a unhealthy relationship with food and dieting. When I was younger I was able to consume anything I liked and not gain a pound. Not the case any longer.

I need an “idiot proof” way to break the old patterns and establish newer and healthier ones.

I think that your extreme fat loss program is a possible solution to break me out of bad dieting and exercise programs and into a more sustainable and positive set of habits, safely provocatively and FAST!

I’m a 52 year old bloke and used to be quite fit rugby player in my younger years but now I’m pretty overweight 220lbs @ 5’10”. I’ve tried various diets in the past with limited success and have now decided the hell with it! I want to get rid of this belly once and for all – just someone tell me precisely what I need to do! True love–as the wizard in “Princess Bride” so aptly put it: “What could be a greater motive…?” My true love of 19 years (18 years married next month!) has been working his tail off and has lost 20 lbs, and looks fabulous. However, after having 4 babies, and adopting 2 more babies from Ethiopia last fall, I’ve added a few extra pounds and don’t have the time to do the crazy work-out that my husband is doing to get back into shape. I need a program that I can do that will really work (without hours of working out each day) to get rid of the fat and get my body into shape so that I can best care for my great husband and 6 children. I really need this program because i am pre-diabetic and anything i have tried hasn’t worked. i lost my job two years ago and was 225# at that time(i’m 6″2″ and big-built guy, so that wasn’t bad.) After my department was laid-off, i got depressed and started gaining weight. i have gone from 225 to 310 which is very unhealthy and has directly contributed to my pre-diabetic state. i have tried three diets in the last 6 months with little to no success. after watching your material, i think this could be just what i need to regain controll of my life.

I wanted to get this program for my mother. She’s in her mid 50s, and mid 160s. She is constantly feeling bad about her body image, and I’ve seen her try diet after diet to lose weight, only to regain it and be further discouraged. She always adheres to programs dutifully, but everything she knows about healthy living and proper diet is wrong. She has miles to go before getting to a point where she can see her abdominals, so I just want to find a plan that will give her the confidence to stick with a healthplan that works. She’ll be starting over as far as knowledge, so she’ll need a plan to give her daily instructions on what to eat and how to exercise, something telling her exactly what to do without free space for her to stumble. There is only so much I can tell her, and I can’t guide her by myself. She has yo-yoed between weights all her life and is extremely discouraged. I just want her to be happy and see herself to be just as beautiful as my father and I see her.

  Hi Joel,I’ m a mother of 4 who have a normal weight, but carry an extra percentage of body fat. My waist circumference is more than other normal body weight women have. I also have a very low metabolic rate which just like my  60 year old mother. As a firm believer or calorie counting, my pathway to burn the fat and to get the ideal the body weight is never been easy. A stagnant weight, easily fatigue , and have  frequent infection  make me frustrate to fight for the battle.
After a while, then I realize, all these while i’ ve been practicing a wrong way of dieting. I never taught that leptin roles., until I read your article. If only I
Can discover it earlier I can save a thousand of my money buying supplements just to increase my metabolic rates. And I also can spend more time with my kids rather than lying on the bed suffering from extremely fatigue. I know I can read the leptin article from a tone of journal. But, I think I’ ve never been better than you to read a hundreds paper review, ingest it and blend it to become a best masterpiece of works . That’ s why  I want to learn from an expert and experience people just like you!! 

I need to have a program that maximises loss in the shortest period of time and fits in with my family in terms of meals and activities. I need it to be able to done at home and not needing to go out to a gym. I like many others have had a family later in life and it needs to work so I am fit , healthy and able to enjoy my boys when they are in their late teens and early twenties. There are thousands of us family men. We need something will work for me and my mates.

I’m 46 and weigh 230. I tried dieting and I can lose about 10 pounds but that’s all. I’ve been given a challenge: if I can lose 25 pounds by summer, I will get a free trip. I still have 15 pounds to go and not much time.Please help.

Being the mom of 4 sons (two in college, one in high school and one in elementary) life has been very busy and in that business I neglected myself most of the time. Add into the mix my youngest child is autistic and that takes a tremendous amount of “mom energy” which I currently run low on. I have taken fast food out of our diet several years ago but still struggle with weight. I have made great strides in feeding my family only nutritional food for my family and I. I have the drive to make this happen for me and my family. I just need a little help!
