Bit skeptical I’ll admit but I’m happy to be proven wrong. I need a boss, a guide and a light at the end of the tunnel. I want to be the strong, fit and healthy woman I once was and know it’s achievable. Show me the way!

Hi Joel. I am 53. I am recovering from many health issues. Three big strokes, diabetes, kidney disease. I have lost over one hundred pounds but am now at a standstill. I had lost over one hundred and fifty pounds but cannot keep from gaining my weight back. I’m getting stronger. I have gone from paralysis and a wheelchair to walking 3 hour half marathons but, I am not getting any stronger. My progress has stopped and I am regressing. A big reason I feel that I am no longer losing and gaining is because “conventional” fat loss methods no longer work for me. I need the more extreme methods that your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 system offers due to my extreme situation. I will be a great example of, “This program worked for Scott. Imagine what it can do for YOU!” As a side note, I love you not shying away from using the word, “DIET” in naming your system! I don’t need the sugar coating, gimmicks, or bunch of fancy words other trainers use! I need the hard truth and “just the facts.” I too will not shy away from doing the hard work that success with your system demands.

ever since I hit puberty, I only got fatter and fatter. I struggled with my weight many years since that and I never succeded in losing weight. It affected my self-esteem badly.
Going on several diets didn’t help at all and I always felt out of order next to the other kids back then.
Around last year, I finally managed to lose some pounds, but I feel like those are slowing returning. I’m nowhere near that perfect body, I’d always dreamt of, and I’m really losing faith in actually ever accomplishing it. Maybe I just have to accept the fact that I’ll never get the body I like.

With a long family history of diabetes, and my weight slowly creeping up over the years (until I was a few pounds away the point in the charts that say I was “obese”), I made a decision to stop the cycle I was on, and get my health back in hand. Since making that decision in February, I’ve changed my eating habits, started a regular exercise regimen, and have successfully lost 25 lbs. However, I still have about 15 lbs. to go, and feel like I’ve hit a plateau. My hope is that your program will help me break through to achieve my ultimate goal, and get me back to where I need to be.

Once I get there, I know it will be a lifelong challenge to maintain what I’ve fought so hard to gain back, but my hope is that, with your XFLD program in hand, I’ll have a vital tool at the ready to help me win the battle anytime I need it.

HI Joel, i think this program would be good for me because I am a person that needs structure. I am turning 48 this year and need to lose about 30 lbs or at least tone it up. I want to be able to keep up with my grand kids and just simply stay healthy.

I have steadily been trying to lose weight for the last 20 years with great difficulty, I have had some health issues but over came what I could. I have had a full hysterectomy and that alone makes it very difficult to lose weight. I hope you can help me with this great program to continue on my healthy life changes. I am not looking to be a barbie, I just want to be healthy and active and feel good.

I’ve been a trainer myself in the past and I’m a current university athlete, playing at the varsity level. I’m in pretty good shape, but looking for something to shake things up and help me lose that extra little bit of fat I have to be lean and strong. Your nutrition tips have already been amazing and I’d love to know more about the program. Well this program is not just right for me this program is for anyone simply because ANYONE can commit to 25 days of their lives. I thought the first version was good so I am waiting with anticipation on how it can be improved.

It’s easy to follow and the results are fast. For me also everything can be done at home with the equipment I’ve got. I don’t want to spend time investigating how is the best way for me to lose weight. I want something that has already been proven to do the business. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle now but my weight remains constant so I want this to help me drop to a level that I’m more happy with.

I am 49 years old I started a new eating program on Feb 1, when I weighed 165, the most I have ever weighed in my life, including when I was pregnant and gained 52 lbs. I lost 11 lbs the first 2 weeks but only 9 more since then. I have been exercising 3-4 days a week and although I feel much better and am wearing clothes I have been unable to wear in 3 years, I need a boost to lose the next 15-20 lbs. I am using weights, including bodyweight, as well as core exercises and, although I have lost 10.5 inches overall, I have not lost a single inch in my thighs, lower belly, or that awful fat on my side above the bra line. I am hopeful that your plan would accomplish what I have been able to do on my own. I’ve been receiving your free newsletters and have implemented several of those into my plan. I need to do something about the areas mentioned above. i just need a little boost and hope you will consider me as a winning entry. THANKS!

Thank you Joel for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. On the XFLD release date, I will be turning 45. Most of my life I’ve been overweight but am now at my heaviest. Last year I made a commitment to lose 70 pounds and get in better shape than before kids. It’s been a long road to lose just 25 lbs. And I’m feeling stuck. Your plan incorporating cheat days and fasting days sounds intriguing and I’m looking forward to melting the fat so I can see the muscles I know are there. The XFLD will give me a motivational boost! My knees and back will be appreciative.

I have struggled with my self image pretty much my entire life. I eat pretty healthy and workout 5-6 times a week and most people would probably say that I look great. They would probably never guess that I struggle with my body image because I don’t look overweight, but I am VERY self-conscious when it comes to putting on a bathing suit. I’ve tried so many diets and exercise programs but have never been able to get toned the way I want to be. What I want more than anything is to be comfortable in a bathing suit and not feel like I need to wear a coverup when I go to the beach. I believe that the Xtreme Fat Loss strategy is EXACTLY what I need to get past the plateau that I have been stuck in for several years and give me the confidence to wear a bikini without fear. I just turned 40 this year and behold … the gut seemed to have appeared out of no where!! My muscles just don’t have the tone they used to. I try to fit in work outs here and there but I haven’t been consistant. I think this program seems perfect to get quick results that will keep me going and working the system. The idea of different exercise routines combined with different eating days is appealing and interesting. I hope it will work!

I think this program is just what I need. I am 50-wow-sounds old to write that! I have always been a fitness fanatic and a runner. Have taught group exercise and I am one of those people who try to motivate everyone to be fit and healthy. I promote wellness to anyone who will listen-but here I am with an extra 20-25 lbs on me right now after a rough winter and a new job that has taken away my flexibility. My favorite exercise is running and dance and I lift weights a few days per week. I have recently done the insanity program and some of it was definitely hard work. I must admit, I did not follow the diet part as faithfully, although I am a fairly healthy eater. I lost a few lbs but it wasn’t dropping off. I need something to follow and to get this weight off. I will be your biggest advocate-even on my new blog on wellness if it works for me!!!!

Let me start by thanking you for the hope I feel now as I pursue my goals. Recently I stumbled onto the info you’ve been sharing. It was all very new to me but I began implementing all that I could understand 4 weeks ago. Now I’m down 15 pounds and beginning to feel great. I’m 55 and at 227 with GREAT HOPES of returning to the active life I once lived. My sons’ upcoming wedding gave me the initial motivation, but now I really want my life back & I finally dare believe it’s possible.

I used to run 5 miles per day, I even ran a half marathon in my “former” life but due to a back injury etc, running was out and I later stopped other activities that would keep me functional. The quality of my life deteriorated. Life handed me some very tough deals and I ran out of hope & stopped fighting back. I was 56 and weighed 217 lbs on October 24, 2110 when I started DSP by Isabel. I later added Cheat Day concept by Joel. I have lost 25 lbs so far. I have 55 lbs to go. I need your package to get to my goal by October 28 this year when my Mom has her 82nd birthday. I have not seen her in 7 years and don´t know how much longer she will last. I live in the Republic of Panama and she lives in Finland and I would love to surprise her; she might not even recognize me in my new look! My present diet and exercise may get me to my goal weigth and to the trip in 2 more years!! I don´t know if Mom will live that long.

I need structure! I can do it on my own, but all the information out there is overwhelming and I don’t know where to start….so I need the structure. I’m a mom, a wife, and a small business owner, so trying to figure out what to do in a workout and when and what to eat, seems to be beyond what I am capable at this point in time.

I need to feel successful! I need to lose weight, but when I try I give up after a couple of weeks because the results don’t come fast enough…so I need to feel successful to help keep me on the right track.

I am 18 right now and had a baby just 9 months ago. I was always a perfect weight until I got pregnant and gained 45 pounds. Everything I have tried hasn’t worked for me, causing me to become severely depressed about my self image. I just want to be sexy for my husband again and to be able to feel better about my body. I want to be able to feel comfortable not having to wear a hoody all day!

My wife has MS and is no longer able to walk, sit up unaided [or with extreme difficulty]. She is experiencing severe muscle atrophy and we are looking for a system that will actuall work for people with disabilities. It seems that this might for a low aerobic, impaired mobility situation. Losing accumulating body fat should likely assist in maximizing the limited mobility assets available to any type of disability situation. It couldn’t hurt me either since I have to do a lot of moving and lifting, loss of fat combined with working on enhancing body strength cas only be a plus for a situation where one person is disabled and the other does much of the moving.

I’ve tried many programs to lose my body fat and I seem to always plateau at 25 %body fat . Your program seems to be fundamental and sound .I’d like to give a shot but I’m tired of paying for no results.If you’d like give a 56 year old a lift,I’d give it a honest to goodness try. Joel, wow, where to begin? I have always been on the heavy side growing up. I’m 34 years old now and in the last 5-7 years, I’ve been really trying to get my weight under control. My body seems to like a certain weight and I’m always within the same 5 pounds regardless of how hard I work, how much or how little I eat. I’ve totally changed my eating habits after moving away from home. Low fat, low carb, good fruits and veggies, etc. (I’ve taught my mom a quite few things along the way.) I circuit train hard for 60 min at a time 3-4 days a week, do heavy weight lifting and perform lots of HIIT, but I still can’t seem to budge off my body’s set number. I’ve been to hormone replacement clinics, tried HCG and several diets to no avail. I track my calories day in and day out, track my workouts, and put a ton of effort with no results. From your audios, this program sounds like it was meant for me. I understand the concept, it sounds like it’s easy enough, and I can finally get the results I am looking for. My goal is to lose about 30-40 pounds in time for my wedding at the end of the year. I want to finally turn heads and it would be great to make a grand entrance that would make everyone look twice.
